  I have a BB Curve 9300. It is around the age of 7 months and am running OS 5. I got an update of the application for an application "economic climate". This is a news app and used it for a month. After the update, it asked for a reboot so I clicked restart now. It has been restarted normally, and then it got stuck on the Welcome screen (the white screen where it says just BlackBerry® as well as the blackberry logo). I tried to reboot again, but it gets stuck on the same screen. I don't know what to do. I rebooted it several times but whenever he is stuck on the Welcome screen.   Problem solved. Started in safe mode. delete the app have apparently he had some problems. In safe mode, delete the app and rebooted. It worked fine after that.

  If you disable automatic synchronization, you can manually synchronize the files between your computer and your device. You must manually synchronize any changes to files that manually synchronize you.

  1. On your computer, open BlackBerry link.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, click on your device.
  3. Click on the settings icon.
  4. In the view settings, click synchronization.
  5. Do one of the following:
     • To turn off automatic synchronization for your music, turn off the Musiccheckbox.
     • To disable the automatic synchronization of your photos, clear the Picturescheckbox.
     • To turn off automatic synchronization for your video, disable the Videoscheckbox.
     • To disable the automatic synchronization of your documents, clear the check box of Documents.

  The problem occurred after that I left my cousin played the Sims 4. She said that after she closed the Sims 4, a window appears and it has clicked away and stop the laptop. The next day I started it and it got stuck on the screen that is shown in the video. She unfortunately can't remember what has shown the window pop up.

  I tried to reset hard, leaving the rest of the laptop computer for 24 hours to reset the BIOS settings and to test (who first succeeded and only shows not all errors) and leave it on for 1 hour + to try to let it load.

  I have a theory that the hard drive is ruin or the operating system does not sort properly load.

  As I can't access the hard drive and the data in it, how this issue can be fixed without losing all the data important and meaningful; for example images?

  I have problems logging into App World on the Web site. When I click on loggin it brings me to the BlackBerry ID url that shows the site cannot be displayed or problem loading page due to the connection has expired.

  I tried to go through the site ID BlackBerry (BlackBerry - BlackBerry ID) and App World Store (BlackBerry App World - home page), but I still have this problem. I have tried different browsers (IE 8, Firefox, Chrome, Opera) but no luck.

  App World works very well on my BlackBerry but unable to loggin on the Web portal.

  I tried to contact RIM via Twitter but had no solutions of their own.

  I contacted the RIM through my wireless support and discovered his works at their end. I contacted my friend and he was able to connect to the site. There must be something with my ISP connection.

  I contacted my ISP and they said that they can access the login page of the App World. I tried my VPN connection and it works. I still don't understand why I can't access it without VPN

  If BlackBerry Desktop Software does not recognize your phone, you're really out of luck. It is imperative that the BDS connects to your phone.

  An hour is located on the side the highest... you could give it another half hour and remove the cable of the device.

  Remove the battery from the unit and see if it restarts.
