4 open the CCC folder

5. run the L4.bat uninstall_ for computers not HP.  For HP computers, run the Uninstall_L3.bat

6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer

  • HP solutions Center not in new printing software

I recently bought the HP Photosmart e-all-in-one 7510 device, it replaced my HP J6480 all-in-one. One of the programs with the software J6380s has been that something called "HP solutions Center." I ended up uninstalling the Solution Center and all the HP software to fix a bug. I installed successfully the new printer and software, however, the digital dashboard is very rudimentary. It lacks several features that I really enjoyed with Solution Center: 1. the is scan searchable .pdf documents 2. several photos with a scan (can not do this with the basic software provided with the 7510) 3. easier handling of scanned documents, (crops, rotation, etc.). The printer is a great, but without the software to drive... I tried to find a 'Contact HP with a suggestion/comment' link, but unfortunately, everything is suitable for technical support. Everything works fine, so I really don't need to contact technical support. Does anyone know if HP will integrate Solution Center in an update of the player/softward futre. It seems that all new everything-in-one have more solutions as part of the software Center. Thank you

    Hello

One of the latest HP products come with different software, no longer aiming the center of HP solutions and will most likely not include it in the future.

    1. I'm afraid you won't be able to save a searchable PDF using the specific printer.
Unlike products Officejet, Photosmart products does not include OCR application as part of the HP software, which means that text or searchable PDF editable scan are not available. for this, you can use any 3rd party software scanning.

You can try Vuescan to 3rd party software, in my opinion, it should provide this kind of functionality.

It can also answer your problem of 3rd.

    2. to scan multiple pages into a single file, the pages in the feeder from the lace top and then analyze by selecting the Document in the file option.

You can also do this from the flat bed scanner by launching the software from your PC.

Click on scan a Document or Photo and select the Document in the file option.

Make sure the show the preview scan option is checked and click on scan.

Use the button "+" under Add / Remove PAges to add more pages, filnally, click on save.

Hope you find this information useful,

  • I am running windows vista and my solution Center tells me that my printer is not completely installed

I re-installed the printer (photosmart all-in-one B209a) and I get a message every time I try to access the center of solution that my printer is not completely installed. In addition, the HP does not appear in my program menu. Help!

    Hello Gordon,.

I want to thank you for all your help. It has been very frustrating for me to not be able to solve this problem. However, with your help, I learned a little. As I mentioned previously, I am not savvy in computer science.

The installation that I downloaded from the HP site seems to be useless. Fortunately, I found my installation CD and was able to successfully install it with the CD. I now have my rear HP Solution Center, and everything seems to work well. No message more that it has not been installed correctly or the pilot is missing.

I did however, buy another printer. So I have now two printers. If I am given the penalty, I can use the other until I understand what could be the problem.

    Once again, thanks a lot.

  • Solution Center HP says that my printer is disconnected?

I have a newer desktop with Windows 7 running computer. My printer says it lack drivers but I did everything to update & it is supposed to be compatible with Windows 7, but in the center of HP Solution it says that the printer is disconnected again I can still print, scan, etc? What is the problem and how to fix it?

  • Solution Center not connect

After I rub and clean, I tried to reinstall but when the window opens and tell press on install, but only a tab out there, I'm runnung HP desktop with win 8 and a j4550all in one. the computer can print wireless, but there is no access from the solution Center. Help, please

According to the specifications of product on this printer, it doesn't support a network connection any except for printer sharing. If you share the printer on the network, you will not be able to use the Solution Center with him.

  • HP 4500 GS10n-z: Solution Center not working not not for Win 7

My Solution Center has just stopped working, I tried all the solutions I found here, including empty the temporary files, unistalling and current features and drivers, replacement hpqscloc complete software installation.  I noticed that a recent update of Microsoft 3132372 raises questions on 10 to win, but this update does not appear on my computer.  I wonder if different update for Windows 7 is the culprit, since when I run HP and Scan Doctor for Windows printing, the printer will scan, but displays an error to the Solution Center.  The weird part is that I don't even show Solution Center on my list of program isntalled EXCEPT when I try to run the full feature software and drivers, then it shows already installed sound.

    Any ideas?

    Rainbow7000,

Finally got everything working. First using System Scan, then unistall4, then analysis system, unistall4, and twice as much for good luck restarting after each process.  Then using CC Cleaner, I uninstalled all HP programs remaining. Reset. Then an analysis of the system again. Restart the registry then using CC Cleaner cleaning.  Reset. Then I emptied the Temp folder.  An analysis over system. Reset.  Delete all files on the HP System. Reset

Finally, printer Install Wizard and voila!  With the printer connected via USB, the rest of the installation of f smooth including wireless setup.  We didn't know re restart and Solution HP now works!

I have the old Flashplayer10X on my system, but I don't care!  I never use IE anyway, so having this obsolete version on my computer shouldn't matter. I'm so happy to have Sokutin Center works again

    Thanks for your help!

  • Solution Center not listed all-in-one HP C3100 is not on Windows 7 PC

    Hello

My C3100 printer software was originally installed on a disk hard using the Windows XP operating system.  I had to replace my pc and now it has Win 7 as the o/s.  The original installation disc will not work on the new PC and so, although I can print I am unable to see the HP Solution Center telling me ink levels etc.

How can I install missing HPSC installation on the PC?

Thank you in anticipation of your help.

    Hello

Thanks a lot for your answer. I followed the advice of a previous forum Announces and successfully downloaded the drivers, that I need for my printer to run on W7. Everything is fine now thank you and I have a very happy with the different style of the center of Solution I have now compared to the old version of XP. Thank you!

  • HP Solution Center not working after reboot (scan fails also)

My HP Photosmart 3310 software fails after a reboot, the day or the installation of the printer in Windows 7 64 bit.  No error - it is said that installation is not completed and to connect the USB cable (it worked only 1 hour ago), or the printer is offline.  I can reach the printer via IP (192.168.1.64 - static IP).  The other computers in the House are printing and scanning very well.

Help I received via the software discussion and support forums is to re - install the software.  I did it more than 20 times - it does NOT work. Let me repeat if you have not received this the first time - software does NOT solve the problem.

The scanner and the printer work fine after that the software is completely installed.  The problem is that the printer and the scanner work not the next day.

    Yes, I tried:

    1. check the latest system and windows updates.

    2. turned and on the firewall.

    3. pull on the printer and connect via a USB cable.  "" The installation is complete, but I can't run this way. The problem comes back the next day when I tried using the printer as a network through the router.

4 when I "add" the printer to Windows printers list, it causes the software HP Solution Center to enter the "incomplete installation error.  Then, either the scanner or printer works, not both at the same time.  Other computers work fine.

    5. it's a brand new computer, if any old malware running.

    6. I uninstalled, reinstalled, installed multiple copies, etc. of the latest version of the software from this site (AIO_CDB_FSW_Full_Win_WW_130_141) printer.

    7. I ran the software patch network of HP, before and after the reboot, no real effect.  (CPE_SLP_NETWORKMSI_hpcom_000_006)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Rich

I found a solution to the issue of scanner!  I installed the software VueScan from http://www.hamrick.com/ , the software is designed for high end photo editing, so it's a no-brainer for her to scan documents.  The free version works fine. If I wanted to the cost of the professional version of the $90 is nothing compared to the time I've wasted on getting the HP software to work.

To resolve the problem of the printer, I installed the driver through windows and bypassed the HP software.  The only thing that miss me is now the ability to fax, but which can be performed directly from the HP Photosmart camera.

  • HP Solution Center can't find the printer.

I have a C280 and Windows Vista. I worked OK. for years. Now the HP Solution Center would not find the printer. I tried to reinstall the printer, but the problem doesn't go away. I reinstalled Windows Vista and the printer does not have a solution. To reinstall the printer, I used the cd that came with the printer and I also downloaded the drivers for HP Web site.

I can print and make copies, but I can't get a file after scanning a document or a picture.

    I'd appreciate any help.

You can try a reinstall of the software HP Solution itself, rather than just the printer drivers.

You can find a guide for it here:

You can download the latest version of the complete software of features here:

  • Software OffficeJet Pro 8500 HP Solution Center not supported on Windows 7

Just upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 and when I tried to reload the CD with the HP Solution Center, he told me that he only works on XP or Vista.  It is an application very used on my PC.  Is there an upgraded version that I can download that will run on Windows 7.  The wireless printer works fine on Windows 7 but without the goodies from the Solution Center.

There are a few different versions of the Officejet Pro 8500, but to make easier the task that I have linked below to the page where you can find your specific model and download the drivers and any software for it.

  • Generic ink cartridge not recognized for HP printer

    Hello

I used the same generic brand of cartridge for my printer HP 6313 since its warranty period has expired. The last being has been accepted and took the alignment process, and I used it. The next time that I turned on the printer about 3 days later, he came up with an error message "this cartridge is not intended for this printer. My sister who has the same printer says just as suddenly as it becomes the same error message. There was an update to Windows 7 that causes this problem you know?

    Thank you very much

We have one of these printers, and the user plugged into their PC before that we loaded the drivers.  Now the PC sees the printer as an external storage device.  Even when we try to load the complete drivers and connect us the printer to the USB port when the installation process is said to connect the printer that it distillers immediately sees it as a storage device and will not complete the installation.  We have tried to do the same process with a different USB port, but no luck.  We tried to go through the registry and remove all references to a printer M401 but that did not help.  What can we do to fix this?  Thank you

Thanks for the reply... what I ended up doing was in the settings in the Panel, I turned off the Smart Install feature and then after a reboot of the PC, I was able to install the printer drivers and everything works now.
