Solution Center said problem as the printer is disabled

Since the upgrade to 8.1 Windows solution Center says that my printer is disabled. This isn't the case, that my printer is enabled and works well. I deleted and reinstalled the printer drivers and also Center solutions lenovo, but he always tells me that I have a problem with the printer is disabled. Device Manager tells me he is correctly installed and activated. How can I get this message from the solution center off?

  • Why the HP Solution Center will not find the printer and then closing?

    I reinstalled the HP Solution Center Suite software for my Officejet Pro L7590 (all-in-one) on my wife's computer and was able to print but the solution center not working anymore.  Then, I connected the printer to the network and the driver/software installed on my computer.  I am able to print as well, but when I open the Solution Center it says "Products HP undetected" and then closes.  I have Windows XP Pro on two computers and before that I did a reinstall of the software on my wife's computer, everything worked well.  Where should I go from here?

    Thanks for the Document of all possible solutions.  What I found was the "Digital Imaging Monitor" wasn't not and by going to the directory C:\Program Files\HP\Document Imaging\Bin and find the run file hpqtra08.exe, clicking on that and pressing the key ENTRY, the digital imaging monitor started and the icon popped up in the projection of bar good lower program that it is running.  Once who was running, I was able to open the HP Solution Center to my scanner, etc.

    The only problem I had was when I restarted my computer, the Document Imaging Monitor does not open and the icon show up in the lower right of the bar program.  So this time I went in the directory C:\Program HP Imaging\Bin, click once on the file hpqtra08.exe , then created and right click a shortcut icon on my desktop for this run.  Now, whenever I need to use the HP Solution Center I double-click on the icon that I created that starts the digital imaging monitor and then I am able to open the HP Solution Center.

    Of course, there is a defect in the installation but I reinstalled the program 3 times without success so I'll stick with manually from the digital imaging monitor, because I know it works.

    I would like to help you today to solve the problems of detection of product that you encounter on your Windows Vista-based computer when you try to use the Solutions Center HP all-in-one printer, HP Officejet Pro L7590. There are certainly some kind of product detection software or driver glitch that makes the error "detection". To solve this problem please can I you follow the steps below.

    If you use a USB cable connection, please unplug this cable now.

    Step 1: Uninstall the drivers:

    1. Click on the Start menu
    2. Select all programs (or programs)
    3. Select the HP folder
    4. Select your HP Officejet
    5. Select Uninstall

    Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the uninstallation of your product. After the uninstall completed successfully, please proceed to the next step.

    Step 2: Remove temporary files:

    1. Click on the Start menu
    2. In the box "search programs and files" located just above to start after you click on it, type %temp% , and then press enter on your keyboard
    3. When the Temp folder opens, select Ctrl + A at the same time on your keyboard. Everything in this folder will highlight now.
    4. Select the "delete" button on your keyboard. The Temp folder contains the temporary internet files. None of the actual files or folders on your computer will be affected by deleting Temp files. A Temp file should you will automatically get the pop up to 'jump' this point.
    5. Close the Temp folder when it is empty
    6. Right-click the recycling bin on your desktop and select empty recycling bin

    Step 3: Reinstall the drivers:

    1. Please click here to install the drivers for your computer
    2. Once the site opens click on the download button at the top left
    3. If you are prompted, please allow the download to run it
    4. Once the download is complete, follow the instructions on the screen to reinstall your printer
    5. Please do not connect the USB cable until the installation program invites you to

    Once the installation is complete, please open the HP Solutions Center to check if your HP Officejet is now detected and works correctly.

    I'm running Windows 8.1 and want to install an all-in-one Photosmart HP printer 110a.  The only installation disc I have is for Windows 7 so I went on HP website, downloaded the drivers and existing software and install. However, after installation only works the print function. The HP Solution Center software installed, therefore, the scanner does not work.  How can I get the HP solutions Center installed?

    Thank you for visiting the Forums from the HP Support! I see that you are not able to scan with your HP Photosmart D110a, when you reinstalled the printer with the computer running Windows 8.1 operating system.  Complete the following steps:

    1. disconnect the USB key if you use a direct connection.

    2. remove the software HP D110a uninstall from the control panel of your computers an option of the program.

    3. restart the computer.

    4. make sure that all them that software D110a has disappeared from the list of programs, but also your HP folder listed under all programs in your Start Menu.

    5. now, go ahead and download the software and drivers for your PS D110a (DO NOT connect USB until the software prompts you to):

    I have a HP Officejet Pro 8600 + which is coming up with an error message. This just happened out of the Blue yesterday. The printer is a little older than a year.

    It is said:

    "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Printhead not missing not detected incorectly installed or incompatible.

    I've deleted and reinstalled ink cartridges, head, unplugged, cleaned up, etc etc.

    It seems to be a bad printhead, or it needs manually cleaned with water and lint. If these steps do not resolve the problem, contact HP (1800-474-6836) support.

    I replaced the magenta cartridge with a new cartridge genuine HP (end of warranty 2017/01), but now get a message "problem with the printer or the ink system.

    If I restore the old cartridge I get the message that it is empty, but all the other options of the printer are available.

    Online support does not give me any result of solution but suspect there may be a manufacturing error in the new cartridge.

    I have a HP Officejet 6600. I replaced the black cartridge with a new HP black ink cartridge. This message keeps poping up, there is a problem with the printer or ink system.     Having not used the 'Apps' on my HP Photosmart 7520e for awhile I discovered that my printer is recognized on logging in HP ePrint, as "one line", but here's a yellow Triangle telling me 'problem with printer.

    My printer functions ok but if I try to use an application (I tried to print the calendar), I get the message "unable to connect to web services. "Cool Internet access and try again.

    I tested the printer by sending a test print of my Tablet and that works fine but Apps simply do not seem to recognize a web connection.

    Thank you for being a member of the community of HP support.  I understand that you are unable to get the applications to connect from the front panel of the printer and you get a message "Problem with the printer" in connected HP.

    Connected HP sometimes gives a false report that there is a problem not specified with the printer. HP has been able to reproduce the error.  If there was a genuine mistake, the message would point to the problem (low on ink, paper, etc). Unspecified error message does not prevent you to use ePrint.

    Regarding applications is not enabled on the front panel of the printer, HP is aware of the problem and working on a solution. It is recommended that you have your updates of product set to automatic on the front of the printer in order to receive the update as soon as it is available.     I have an all-in-one Photosmart 7510. My slides print head is no longer the center when I open the printer to change the ink cartridges. It remains in place on the right side. I can't access the cartridges. Otherwise, the printer can print pages without problem - it is not blocked when printing. I have had this printer for during 9 months - it is a new problem.

    Thanks, but I returned the printer for a replacement - it was still under warranty.

I put the original ink cartridges in the printer I can use those to the top. Still no error message and this printer now works well. PERSONAL OPINION: When we enrolled in instantink, hp tried to contact our printer via wireless (whatever) and when it failed an error occurred every DAY, after the installation of the instant ink cartridges a connection has been established at hpinstantink have finished the registration process.
