Anyone know how to disable the "Droid" sound when the phone is turned on?
Update: «...» If you change the notification ringtone it will also change the ringtone to start for this parameter. »
I just tried and if you change the notification ringtone, it will also change the ringtone to start for this parameter.

Helmet noise levels don't change or mute. SOLVED
Basically, as the title says, that my rate of helmet cannot change volume in progress, 15, which is annoying. IV run updates, restart and sought solutions which resulted in saying restarts or updated. Someone knows how to fix this? Another point is that I can't even cut my sound headphones or change the balance left and right, all these problems are new and are not the headphones, I tried 4 different helmets and the same things continue to happen.
P.S: Solved the problem re-installed drives his helmet and had to re set the default settings of the device. Not sure if it isn't a permanent solution but it works now.

Incoming calls mute after updating iOS 10.0.0.2 iPhone SE
Hello
After the update of 10.0.0.2, I saw a strange problem on my iPhone SE:
- Incoming calls appear to be muted 2 ways (the two of us don't hear)
- The speaker and mute icons on the screen looks normal (non-active)
- When pressing the speaker icon 2 times (the first time it activates the "speaker" icon, but not the President himself, the second time, it disables the icon) all works fine again.
It's the same when you use the standard helmet.
A reboot seems to fix my problem for 1 time. But after that, the problem returns.
I could not find any related problem, so maybe I'm missing some (new) settings?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Peter
Hi Montfrooij,
Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. From what you have said, it seems that you are not able to hear a person during a call on the iPhone. Looks like you already have a troubleshooting. I recommend you to read this article, it may be able to help solve the problem. You can also check that the iPhone is not connected to a headset Bluetooth, the sound of routing to that rather than the receiver.
See you soon.

It's happened several times, but I could always fix simply by rebooting my mac. Now, whenever I try to restart, it does nothing. My volume is stuck on mute. The icon on my top bar is grayed out and my sound preferences look like this (the volume is muted and I can't fix it, because its greyed out) http://prnt.sc/c8078e.
I tried all of the levy with a toothpick to stick my headphones in and out several times. For others there is usually a red light, but I don't have that.
I hope someone can understand how to solve this problem.
See if a NVRAM reset help.

switch ringer iPhone 6s will mute by itself
I have a 6 s iphone, my ringer switch goes to mute by himself, is - this normal position? or a hardware problem? Should I go to the genius bar? It is under warranty
Hello Moses,
First, go to settings > do not disturb and make sure that the regular option and a manual setting is turned off. If they are already extinct or if the problem persists, restart your iPhone by pressing the power and the button "home" for 10 seconds. Alternatively, you can try to reset the iPhone in iTunes and see if that solves the problem. If all else fails, call 1-800-MY-APPLE or take a go-genius bar.
If your settings are all off, they should look like this:
Good luck, let me know if I could help!

I had a problem with "display driver stopped responding and has recovered. Display driver Intel HD Graphics Drivers for Windows 8 (R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered. "I contacted the HP Support and they ran a BIOS update and removed my NVIDIA driver and install the driver of Intel HD. The next morning, the mute led will not come.
If you can help, I will HERE it.
Thank you
Hello
Driving down features are provided by the audio software. Try to reinstall the Realtek HD Audio software at the following link.

When reinstalling, restart the laptop.

Qosmio X 870-14 M - mute button FN does not work
Hello
I have problem with mute button only, all other works very well. When I push button nothing happens. Funny is that when I close Wifi key first, the key works put on mute for a short time, but that the judgment.
Please you have any idea how I can solve this problem.
Hello
Do you mean the Fn + F11 key combination?
AFAIK the FN + F11 mutes the sound from the laptopFn + F12 activates and disables the internal Wi - Fi and a Bluetooth module.
Do you need to press the FN button to use the function key?
You can configure the key operating mode by selecting the mode of special function or Standard F1 - F12. This would use the function keys with or without the extra FN key-press.I also recommend the application of the function of Toshiba key.
You can find it in Desktop-> Desktop Assistant (in the task bar)-> utility tools & -> Toshiba function key -

Mute or LED on / off button question on Satellite A300 - 15 c
Hello
I have a similar problem. I have laptop Toshiba Satellite A300 - 15 c.
Until recently, the multimedia keys worked fine. I have assigned an exe file to the second to the left key and been happy to use the power button lights and the dimmer.exe, but a few days ago the drive key stopped turning lights and acts rather as a key to turn off/turn on the sound. I checked the SCT and the key is always associated with the dimmer.exe. I even tried to associate the key with another function, but it remains just mutes / restores the sound the sound. You have an idea as to what could cause this problem and how can I solve this problem?
And no, apart from updates to Vista randomly I have not installed anything new since before the key drive started acting weird...
Hello!
Value added package regulates these buttons and in this case, you must reinstall and use the latest version on the Toshiba site:
http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com-online decision-making supported Downloads & => Download driversAs Garrett says you have to remove the old version first, restart, clean the system and then install the most recent drivers.
I started this thread and I think it might be useful to you, because the user Raver posted a nice workaround and you should try this also:
http://forums.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?MessageID=165724Good luck and give us feedback! I hope this works for you too! :)
Good bye

I have a HP Pavilion DV6 1030US laptop with Vista/64 bit. Each time the orange mute light itself. I then download driver IDT High-Definition Audio CODEC, which arranges temporarily (for a few weeks or more), but then out of nowhere the orange indicator light comes back. I keep re - download driver above, but it's kind of annoying to have to do this every week or two. Any advice? Thanks in advance for your help.
OK everyone I read some more and I think I've discovered how to solve the problem with the no sound:
1 go to Control Panel
2. go to the Device Manager
3. go to sound, video and game controllers
4 double-click the IDT High Definition Audio CODEC
5 go to the driver on top of the screen of the IDT
6. click on revert to the previous version... Yes it removes the most recent update, but it worked for me
7 after that is done go back return to the IDT and return to driver and click the button to update the driver... ... not to interrupt this leash to search and update
If after following these steps your audio still does not work properly so I can help more
hope that your sound comes back

Cannot use the FN button for volume up/down/mute - Satellite Pro L100
Hello
When I was cleaning up my PC, I removed the programs with the Add/Remove Programs utillity.
I accidentally deleted somekind of its driver. Now, I'm not able to use the fn for its control.
I am not able to use FN - UP to volume high, FN-DOWN to lower the volume or FN - ESC to mute more.
I tried the system restore, but this does not solve the problem.I tried to install the audio driver from the toshiba Web site, it has not helped either.
Is anyone now how I can solve this problem and make the FN-UP/DOWN/ESC for volume control still works?
Thank you.
Great!
Thanks for the comments.

HP-Pavilion 17-F048NR: Mute light lights more
Last Friday, 06/03/15, Microsoft spent 3 hours to solve the problems I've had with updates do not. Yesterday, Monday, I noticed my light button mute does not. I guess it's something they've done. I'm not going to do a system restore, because there were 35 updates that were required to apply, and I can't cancel their.
Is there a quick fix to restore my button mute light? It's cut or turn on the sound, is the light.
Thank you.
Hello
Line mute functionality is provided by the audio driver software, so try to download and reinstall the Realtek driver package on the following link.
http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp67001-67500/sp67289.exe
When the installation has completed, restart the laptop.

[X 200] MUTE button and bluetooth does not not after installing Windows 8
Recently did an upgrade on Windows 7 site to 8.1 and have pretty much everything works except the button mute and Manager connections (and thus bluetooth). I tried to install the latest driver button support page for Windows 8 X 200, and while I saw him appear in Device Manager after you restart, it made no difference. Also, the noise stopped working during this time. I uninstalled driver buttons and brings the sound back, but I still want to get buttons will still once (and the connection manager).
Any ideas?
Thank you.
After much experimentation, I solved the problem. The problem is caused by the integration function Hotkey not installing pack is not right. The most recent version on the assistance of the X 200 (version 3.89.0100) page is over (at least for Windows 8). When you try to install it, it will not yet to present the possibility of installing the highest importance "pilot interface system. To resolve this problem, there are a few things. First of all, I uninstalled what I call the "ThinkPad features Trio"-this is the Hotkey integration pack, power management driver and the driver of tablet buttons.
After uninstalling and rebooting the computer, we can start fresh. To get things working properly, I installed the old Hotkey integration Pack (version 3.52, us.driverscollection.com, look for links to download fake of course), rebooted, installed the driver of power, restarted and finally installed the previous version of the Tablet driver management buttons I used with Windows 7 before, followed by a final reboot.
This combination gets all the buttons (mute, Fn + F5, the buttons of the tablet) and features OSD works 100%. The only negative side effect is that Windows 8 has its own bar of volume on the screen when you change the volume with the buttons, so you will see both the bar and the Lenovo one native. It seems a bit funny, but they overlap or anything like that, so I'm fine with it.

Pavilion 15 p009st: HP Pavilion 15 laptop computer p009st button mute LED does not
Help, please!
I've had this laptop for two years, and it's already happened; I don't remember how I solved it then. The small orange LED on the button mute (also f6) don't would light up. This happened after I cleaned the computer using CCleaner. I guess I deleted something I shouldn't. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem? Thank you.
Hello
Try the following.
Download the Realtek Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.
http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp72001-72500/sp72139.exe
When finished, press and hold the Windows key and press R.
In the run window, type devmgmt.msc and press ENTER.
In the Device Manager window, expand sound, video and game controllers, right click on the Realtek device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.
When you are finished, download and reinstall the Chipset driver at the following link.
http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp72001-72500/sp72043.exe
When the reinstallation of Chipset is finished, stop the laptop.
Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery. Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds. Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter.
Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu. Press f9 to load the default values (sometimes it is f5, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER. Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.
When Windows has reloaded, open your download folder, right-click on the setup of Realtek Audio and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation. When this has completed, restart the laptop.
