  For my school projects, I use a Macbook pro and the Adobe Mastercollection.

  The fact is, I've updated my Mac and now all my programs no longer work...

  I tried to reinstall creative cloud but now it does nothing.

  Try following the procedure below

  Click on Finder and then hold down command + SHIFT + G keys on your keyboard

  Hi all, I've just upgraded computer laptop of my partner (a Toshiba Satellite A200-196) to Windows 7 after you initially install Windows XP on it (it came with Vista).

  After the XP update, I noticed that some keys were not working. I don't remember the process that I used to solve the problem, but the difficulty that I did, and they were all soon works perfectly. So this is a software problem and not material. I think he might have something to do with the FN key - but I can't be sure.

  OK, so we have a record of product recovery and we have tried to reinstall Windows, but it wouldn't work. Some of our programs as the built-in webcam and Bluetooth don't work without reason.   Had the same problem (and message) with Cyberlink Media Show on Windows10 on a Satellite P50t - a. Tried to find PowerDirector Touch 1 with the intention to delete, but could not find. Did not find any other mention of this problem on the forum!
