• Uninstalled Sound Max?

Audio out works very well. Drivers for sound cards are up to date. The properties of entry and exit in volume (start/Accessories/Entertainment/volume control) are correct as well (not selected line, no button mute on, sliders to 100%.). I suspect that the problem is to do with XP;  a bad configuration or something missing. Help, please.
