Speakers not connected after Windows update

Windows 7 update will be "unplugging" are then 'reconnect' after I did the updates.  I looked through the other questions on this and have not found a solution.  It is linked to updates and doesn't happen then.  Last updated "unplugged" and has not overturned it.  (in June). Question is "how to their return to the top" and "10 Windows will fix it"?  I used connections front and rear.

I have a 810 years of HP-145qe;  Intel i7 - 4770K; PROCESSOR 350GHZ; 8 GB RAM; 64-bit computer.

I have not checked - enabled, no registry errors, his current...  Also - I am a retired user, non-technical, so here's something easy to follow.

Thanks for your time, Mary

  • U410 - cannot connect after Windows Update after restore factory when the time zone is not UTC-8.

    Steps to reproduce the error:

1 use OneKey recovery to restore the initial factory settings.

    2. on the initial setup of Windows screen, select a time zone to UTC - 8, UTC (London)

    3. connect to Windows, open the Windows Update control panel and click on "Install updates"

4 restart the computer to complete the update.

    5. on the login screen, try to connect or shutdown the computer.

    Result:

Computer is blocked with the only desktop wallpaper and mouse pointer visible. Does not meet all the keys. By pressing the power button sleep machine. Press again on he wakes the machine in the blocked State.

I have reproduced this problem 3 times for initial help restore every time.

    Wordaround:

Before starting the factory restore processes, set the clock of system by 24 hours. After the end of the restoration of the factory, set the system clock to the correct time.

Otherwise, wait 24 hours between a factory reset and try to install the Windows updates.

    Analysis:

This problem is caused because of the way that Windows stores time. It assumes that the system clock is set to local time rather than UTC. When you use the OneKey recovery system he doesn't know what time zone of the system clock is set on, and so it assumes that it is set to UTC - 8. If it is in fact the UTC value, OneKey Recovery creates files with a time stamp of 8 hours in the future. This causes the Windows Update to fail.

One step that I forgot to mention, that may be important:

After the installation of the plant, during the initial configuration screens, I updated the time zone GMT London.

Since the OneKey recovery uses GMT - 8, this can cause some files to have a timestamp of 8 hours in the future. Maybe if I waited 8 hours before the update of this problem would not occur. I'll test this by setting the clock system for 1 week in the past, make reset factory and then it retroactively to the correct date before the update.

EDIT: Test successfully. This workaround works.

  • Toshiba L 39 4353 TV is not certified after Windows update 8.1 Windows

The TV worked fine on my computer with windows 8, but after I updated for Windows 8.1 it is said that the TV is not certified windows. Anyone have any ideas? The TV is equipped with the latest updates and fact the computer.

I think it's a bad place for this question, because this issue has nothing to do with the Toshiba TV.

I have no idea how the Windows 8.1 update works for other computers, but if upgrading 8.1 to Windows on computers laptops Toshiba, all tools and drivers must be updated to version 8.1 of Windows also.

I put t know how you plugged the calculation of this TV but it s recommended to repeat the connection procedure after the update of any system.

  • NB550D - does not start after Windows Update

NetBook may have turned off during the update of Windows like now it will not go beyond the Green loading bar with 'Microsoft Corporation' below. It gives an option to start windows normally or to load files to repair, but the two find themselves stuck on the Green loading bar. SafeMode (all options) earn as much as classpnp.sys and then freezes.

Using a different laptop I did a windows repair disc and then copied the files on the USB key (netbook has no CD drive) according to the guides online. When the USB key is loading files of repair, there is a flashing cursor, and then he's new to the Green loading bar. SafeMode (all options) gets stuck on disk.sys with inserted USB.

Found a few threads with similar symptoms with most being caused by a questionable HD (verified, nothing obviously disconnected) connection or the SATA mode in the BIOS the wrong (seems to make no difference between ACHI or Compatible). Next plan is to start a live version of linux and try to replace the classpnp.sys file with on another copy of Windows 7.

If anyone has experienced this before or can give indications that they would be much appreciated,
    Thank you.

    Hello

To be honest, never had any problems after a windows update.
But it looks like an anomaly in the system.
My first idea was the use of the repair option and you try to start the operating system using the option: use the last known good configuration.

But if it would not help, then you can try to replace the files to aid and booting from the Live CD. Not sure if this would solve the problem, but I think that it of certainly worth trying otherwise you will have to reinstall the OS using the HARD drive recovery (if still available)

  • Satellite L750/755 - no connection after Windows updates

HI, I have a brand new L750/755. network card is atheros.

There is no way to connect to the internet after you install updates to windows (85Mo, framework 3.5.1 security updates).

Computer laptop will always find any accesspoints, but connect only with limited connectivity or no internet access.

I had to restore the laptop before the updates installed to solve this problem.

How can I work around this problem, or if not how can I get these updates to stop installing on close?

    Thanks in advance

PS I had already tried installin the latest NIC drivers, change the power settings and connections to all other routers. nothing has worked.

    > I had to restore the laptop before the updates installed to solve this problem.
Do this and after having done this only automatic disabling Windows update. When you manually do Windows update, install important updates only. Before you begin to update the optional check listed and disable updates updates of pilot.

  • Windows XP does not start after Windows updates

Original title: recent Windows update for xp

As a result a my computer Windows xp, last Tuesday, my computer is now inoperative.  He was fine before this, but cannot get it to turn on.

When I tried again today, a message came up saying Microsoft to apologize for the inconvenience, but Windows did not start successfully.  A recent hardware or software change might have caused this.

    Grandmother,

If the options above do not, I suggest you use the Recovery Console to try to fix your Windows XP

Here's HOW - there images, so it is easier to follow. Read the section on how to use it.

Once you are connected to the Recovery Console, type the following command and press ENTER:

    CHKDSK/p

    There is a space between 'k' and ' / '.

This may take a few minutes and the command can fix registry issues possible that occurred. This is based on the experience that I have used this on an old XP machine and it showed a message after the recovery that looks like this

  • Biometric fingerprint logon is not available after Windows update

    Hello

I have a HP ProBook 4540 S with Windows 8 (not Pro) preinstalled. I activated the fingerprint reader to log in to the biometric applet when I got it, and it worked very well.

Recently, after a scheduled Windows Update, he stopped to offer the option of connecting biometric fingerprints. I opened the HP security settings and the settings of fingerprints are still all there. Sliding my finger on the scanner brings up the settings as well. So the device works and the OS recogizes it. However, all the instructions I read that indicate how to enable fingerprint scanning for connection say go to the control panel and find the applet biometric parameters. There is no applet in my control panel which has the word 'Biometrics' in there.

So I'm at a loss on how to reactivate the connection of fingerprint scan. Can anyone help?

    Thank you

    Mark

OK, I reinstalled these items, but the function does not appear. However, I found another clue published somewhere in the forum suggesting to go to HP ProtectTools > Administration > administration Console > increase the security of the system. From there, I checked "Windows logon security" and which brought the fingerprint logon.

  • Computer does not start after Windows update

I built my computer in December last year, which makes it less than a year. It has worked fine until this last week when I decided to give a few necessary windows updates a lot. I decided to download and install all night, and now it does not start. I get nothing on the screen. I don't get the safe mode options. I didn't get last known good configuration options. I don't not even a splash screen. After a full minute, it turns off again, regardless of how many times I turn it back on. It happened for a few days. Are no external hard drives not connected; only an intern. The only devices I plugged are my keyboard and mouse. Can anyone offer a solution? Whatever happened to you?

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate Edition.

The first time I tried to start after downloading the updates, he went to the boot screen windows 7 usual, that clear blue that says it configures windows and not turn off the computer during the process. Before we were told: "Welcome to Windows," he said "Shutting Down", but not before the configuration of progress has reached 100%. At this time, everything seemed normal. After the computer turns.

  • Lightning will not rise after Windows update 10

My computer came installed with Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. The computer has a Thunderbolt 2 interface. I loaded the software and the drivers were mounted and worked a lot their use in Garland.

External drives are USB 3.0 and LaCie thunderbolt. The computer was shipped with the HP security software. I did the upgrade to Windows 10; in the Windows dialog box update, said could not be updated without removing the HP security. I said yes, and since that time, readers not only mount.  After the update, and readers would not mount. I then used system restored and returned the computer to Windows 7.

When I tried to reload the drivers for LaCie drivers, I get cannot lack of file sysInfo.dll. I download this file, place it in the system 32 folder. After a reboot, I tried and the pilot program installed. However, readers will not rise. I contacted HP and they remote connected to my computer, BIOS update installed, chip set drivers and still drives don't mount not via the port of Thuderbolt2.

They run a lot when it is connected to the USB 3.0 port. My logic is readers are very much like the mount and run fine with USB 3.0, but is no longer the mount with the crush. I am a photographer and work with large files often 1 GB or more. Thus, the impact of lightning speed is desired.

I have the drive Professional OEM Windows 7 SP1, however I have a large amount of the image installed and that you hope to find a way to solve this problem without the operating system reinstallation and all the photo editing programs. A pre thank you for everything that helps her.

  • Qosmio F750 - touch buttons does not work after Windows update 10

    I use a laptop Qosmio F750 (PQF75A-02Y00Q).

Installed on the computer the previous operating system was Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Then, I upgraded the operating system to Windows 64-bit edition 10.

As expected, this change would cause problems to appear. The thing that is really bothers me right now is that the touch of the keys in the top right of the keyboard do not work as expected.

The buttons respond always if you touch them, but they do nothing on the screen. for the most part. When I touch the Volume Up / Volume keys down, they work as expected. However, the key Mute, the button Play/Pause, the Wifi key on / off and Mode (as well as the key to toshiba bulletin board) eco button do nothing.

Curiously, when I manually turn eco mode from the power settings mode eco button again turns the green.

My last question is, how can I fix this so that ALL keys work as expected?

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I noticed that the recognition facial webcam was funny things as well, but everything what needed to be done was to recalibrate the installation for that to make it work again.
Curiously, all the FN key functions work well.

In addition to the question in bold, there are all the other drivers should I install to improve/restore functionality to my laptop? As the page of Windows 8?

  • Laptop HP - 15-r213ns: hotkeys (keys of wifi sound, brightness), does not work after windows update

    Hello

    I have a HP laptop - 15-r213ns (ENERGY STAR) with windows 8.1

Last night, after an update of windows, the shortcut of the brightness (F2 and F3) volume (F7 and F8), wifi (F12) and keys all others have stopped working.  I can always change the brightness and volume using windows, but I can't do more using the keys.

The function keys are working, as refresh F5 or F3 Browse. I noticed that before I had to press the FN key for this and now she does without the FN + Fx, so I guess that the update of windows must have changed something here.

They used to work fine before the update. I reinstalled the display drivers (NVIDIA G-FORCE 820 - M) and looked for new drivers or update drivers using HP Support Assistant, but everything is up-to-date.

I was looking for hot key factors in the page of HP drivers for my product but could not find any keyboard, drivers or software related shortcut keys.

    any suggestions?

This package contains the HP System Event utility for the laptop models running a supported operating system. HP System Event Utility allows the special programming function keys.

    File name: sp70439.exe
