SPI port 10 GB

Hello, people!

I have a question:

Why the IPS have port 10 GB if there performance 4 GB?

model of which you speak?

I don't see on the datasheet for the IPS appliances all 10 GB Interface:

  • LabVIEW FPGA SPI accident - SPI OR IP address for example - R series OR

    Hello

I am trying to run the series R - sample project NI SPI FPGA Simulation.lvproj that comes with the SPI IP OR on a real FlexRIO FPGA SMU-7976R target with an attached digital adaptation NI 6581 B Module. The example is for a PCIe-7841R but I wore during my target FPGA, follow these steps and made additional changes to try to make it work with my set-up. I learned that FlexRIO FAMs CLIPs do not work with nodes in office had so I know I can't simulate the project originally planned so I will try to use FPGA to e/s node host side (open FPGA vi reference) to implement the actual hardware.

My first question concerns my configuration of the adapter module e/s and selection. I added the IO Module (NI 6581 B: NI 6581 B channel) for my project and selected the channels as shown in the table below. I have a real physical hardware connection as described below using two NI SHC68-C68-D4 cables and a break-out Board.

I changed the names as well:

I selected these DIO channels because I wanted the DDCA connector to be the master and the DDCB connector to be the slave. In addition, in this CLIP every eight channels of i/o has a write enable signal. I have not used the Port configuration because I needed 4 available DIO channels and I saw DIO0-3. Is my logic of selection of channel vs correct Port here?

Following the same strategy that examples FlexRIO/NI6581B, I changed the FPGA.vi to include initialization outside of timed loops:

And in the Host.vi I have a node reference FPGA and wired loops of feedback accordingly:

When I compile the FPGA and try to run Host.vi LabVIEW inevitably crashes with Crash Reporter below and must restart:

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong here? My guess is that it has something to do with the CLIP/IOModule. Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you

    Scott

    Hi Scott,.

I suspect that the problem might be related to the fact that your node open FPGA VI reference is in the while loop and trying to open a new FPGA reference at each iteration.
If you move outside of the while loop, it does not solve the crash?

On channel vs port question, your logic seems reasonable to me, but I recommend to try it since this feature could depend on device.

  • All those put up the SPI bus on a 7831R using Labview 2009? I have

I tried to get the bus SPI (http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/9117) Protocol to work on my series PCI-7831R device with no luck.  I followed the directions on the topic "change FPGA targets."  When I change the target FPGA to match my hardware, it seems that the FPGA (see FPGA Reference.ctl) reference is not being correctly transmitted between files following (FPGA, FPGA SPI_Read Write.vi and Example_Host SPI SPI_Configure.vi double Port.vi).

Common error among all the vi is the following:

An internal software error occurred. Contact National Instruments technical support on ni.com/support. Error details:
Error-61499 occurred at an unidentified place

    Possible reasons:

LabVIEW FPGA: An internal software error in the LabVIEW FPGA Module has occurred.  Please contact National Instruments technical support on ni.com/support.

Additional information: the target class configuration does not match the target class in the bitfile. This can be caused by using the same VI in various targets. Try to rename your target.

Has anyone successfully pulled this off?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There are a few things that you need to do to move this bus to a different target.

  • The PCI-6052e does support I2C or SPI communication?

Currently, I am trying to build a data acquisition system to test, among other things, SPI and I2C devices verification of characteristics and surveys of behaviour without advertisement above the different temperatures.  The DAQ card that I use is the PCI-6052e as well as the SCB-68.  It has 8 ports DIO, but can someone tell me if it will support SPI or I2C?  Another post in the forum indicated that it will not support 16-bit SPI, but for my application only 8 bit is necessary.  I am not opposed to research in other materials DAQ, such as the USB-8451, but would like to see if the 6052e can do the job first.  If she can't, then my next question would be; Can the 6052e and USB-8451 operate in parallel which allows me to use both analog and digital functionality?  Thank you

  • Serial port with LabView

    Hi all

I have some kind of project as a proximity matrix. Pretty much looks like 16 LED panels in the config of 4 by 4.

I need to create a GUI that can show what I physically see. IE: I have a block of LED that shows me the intensity or brightness of the LED is full or half of the intensity and I want that same value or data appear on the screen with a delay of almost nothing.

I use a PIC16f73 with IrDA sensors. The sensor sends the value of the ADC to the PIC and then send this value to the PWM port that controls the LED then this same numerical value, it will go to the PC via master/slave SPI communication.

Let's say, I have the entry value of the slave 11001100 and past by the master and then go to the computer via a SERIAL port, I want the lu GUI only and interprets this as a specific value and modify the intensity of this block on the GUI.

How can I do? I already attracts 16 Blocks (LEDs) using the LabView, but I don't know what to do to perform playback of the Serial Port and then interpret that and make a table of the eye and the screen will change the color from black to white depending on the intensity.

Can someone help me with this problem please.

  • WAG160Nv2 v2.00.21 Port Forwarding

Thank you very much in advance

What is your internet IP address, tsester? I think that there is a double NAT on your network. If you get a private IP address, I suggest that you contact your ISP and your current subscription go to full bridge mode. Next, configure the router again based on the new settings and see if it will solve the problem.

  • Impossible to access remotely to Zoneminder on port 80

I have a Cisco Linksys E2500 modem and I can't access Zoneminder which is basically a Linux video security DVR software package.  It runs on a Ubuntu Linux server.

I have HTTP port 80 forwarded to the address static IP of the server Ubuntu but I repeatedly get an error indicating that the connection has expired whenever I try to access Zoneminder remotely as in access it remotely from a coffee shop.

I have absolutely no problem to access the Zoneminder when I on my home LAN.

I can access other software from remote sites on the parameters of the port 4369 with a favorite TCP protocol.  In other words, 4369 port is forwarded to an another Windows workstation with a static IP address assigned. Absolutely no problem with 4369 port forwarding.

Also, I tried port 80 on the site, YouGetSignal, which is used to test port forwarding.  The Web site indicates that port 80 is closed.  But when I test port 4369, the site indicates that the port is open.  Zoneminder that uses port 80 is fully operational when I test port 80 via YouGetsignal.

My ISP told me that they do not block the ports including port 80.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanx

    Try the following steps:

[A] with the help of the Cisco Connect software (if at all, you have installed the router using this software)

1] open the software and go to the option that says "settings of the router.

[2] then click on the option that says 'Advanced settings', which will take you to the router configuration page.

[3] then click on disable SPI Firewall Protection Security tab, uncheck the box filter anonymous Internet requests...

[B] If you have not installed Cisco connect then you can connect to the router's user interface using its default IP address in the browser which is 192.168.1.1 and enter "admin" as password empty username field. This will take to the web interface of the router and then follow the steps as indicated above to make the changes.

  • Linksys WRT160n SPI Firewall

I recently installed a Linksys WRT160n mainly to its advantage as a hardware firewall. I chose the wireless router because I intend to buy a laptop later. In the meantime, since I don't need wireless, I disabled the it. This router always provide firewall protection to my PC with the wired connection until I SPI Firewall Protection enabled?

    Thanks for help.  Alton

The WRT is NAT that will make your inaccessible since the internet LAN unless you configure port forwarding, port triggering, DMZ or compatible UPnP host. The SPI Firewall protects especially the router.

  • IPS inline & port interface port trunk Switch

    Hello

Is it possible to configure the IP addresses as the topology below? SW1 and SW2 SPI connection ports is in trunk mode. I would like to configure the IPS in inline mode pairing interface. (not the vlan pairing mode)

    SW1 - IPS - SW2

    Kind regards.

Yes, this method is fully supported.

If you want to control all the VLANS with a single virtual sensor, then assign the pair inline interface to the virtual sensor.

If you want to monitor the VLANS with different virtual sensors, we support groups vlan on this pair of inline interface.

Do not confuse "inline-pair of vlan" with the "groups of vlan inline on a pair of inline interface.

The "pair of vlan inline" will pair 2 VLANS on the same interface. When a package arrives in the sensor it will be sent back the same interface with its header vlan has changed.

The "groups of vlan" on a pair of inline interface don't change headers for VLANs.

They are only used for virtual local networks, so that the Group of VLAN can then be assigned to a specific virtual sensor.

You could then take a group of VLANs for your office network employees and assign them to vs0 and take a second group of VLAN for your DMZ and assign them to vs1.

You can place a vlan unique within each vlan, or you can place several VLANs within each group vlan.

But it only made sense to have 4 groups of vlan, because you have only 4 virtual sensors on most devices (a bit like the 4215 have 1 virutal sensor so you can make groups of vlan on the 4215).

I also recommend that you change your virtual sensor and set the Inline TCP Session tracking mode on "Interface and Vlan. In this way the sensor will separately monitor connections on each vlan. This is necessary if a router can route traffic between several VLANs. Without this setting, the sensor will become confused if it sees the same connection of multiple VLANs.

  • invalid-spi-recovery crypto isakmp command worked well in the case of DMVPN

    Hello

I did the Setup for Hub/spoke in th DMVPN case and it worked fine. But after reloading Hub and I saw an output of error below, well I added the command invalid-spi-recovery isakmp crypto in the Hub & spokes:

Note: spoke1 IP address: 150.2.1.2/spoke2's IP address:150.3.1.3/Hub's IP address: 150.1.1.1

My temporary solution for the same problem, I need to erase SPI by manually and it worked fine again.

Everyone has the same problem, please let me know

    Kind regards

    TRAN

    Hello

There is a common misconception of what the invalid-spi-recovery crypto isakmp command does. Even without this command IOS already performs a kind of recovery invalid SPI feature by sending a DELETION notify for the SA has received send peer If she already has an IKE SA with this peer. Still once, this happens regardless of whether the order invalid-spi-recovery crypto isakmp is enabled or not.

With the order of isakmp crypto invalid-spi-recovery , he tries to regulate the condition where a router receives the IPSec traffic with invalid SPI and

It doesn't have an IKE SA with this peer. In this case, it will try to put in place a new IKE session with the peer and then send a DELETION notification on the newly created HIS IKE. However, this command does not work in all configurations of crypto. Are the only configurations that this command works cryptographic instantiated, for example, Asit, and peer static maps from static cryptographic cards where the peer is defined explicitly. Here is a summary of commonly used configurations of crypto and know if invalid spi recovery works with this configuration or not:

    Crypto config Not valid-spi-recovery?
    Static crypto map YES
    Dynamic crypto map NO.
    P2P GRE with TP YES
using love TP w / static PNDH mapping YES
using love TP w / dynamic PNDH mapping NO.
    ASIT YES
    EzVPN client N/A

For help with your scenario, you can enable DPD (isakmp crypto keepalive) on the shelf to help the recovery tunnel.

    Thank you

Can user, you please tell us your exact Jdev version?

The error message tells you that the server has been started, but is not available under the localhost:7102 of access

The port doesn't look good for me. The built-in Server normally uses port 7101. You can check which port you configured for the server?

You can check this on the "application server" tab and select the built-in server, right-click, and select Properties. In the dialog box, you see the configuration.

I am trying to connect a computer to the lan on my Airport Express port. In preferences, it says "status: connected, Ethernet has an assigned IP address and won't be able to connect to the internet." Any suggestions?

An "auto assigned" IP address indicates that your computer could not find or negotiate with a DHCP server to obtain an IP address appropriate for network access.

It should be more on your network to provide assistance if you need it. For example, is the terminal of AirPort Express the only router in the current configuration of your network? What exact model do? What is the brand and model of your modem Internet?

  • Port SSL messages to jabber/gtalk does not stick

    Hi-

It is not purely associated with Sierra, as happening on El Cap.  The port default to Google talk is 5223, which is blocked in my company.  I had previously configured messages to use 443, which is not blocked (and supports gtalk).  But at some point during the last couple months, gtalk stopped linking to work.  When I looked at it, she returned to 5223.  When I try to set it to 443 (disable the account, change the port, re - enable the account) everything looks good, but at the time when I try to connect, it turns to 5223.  I tried to delete the account completely re - create, both as a right has Jabber (port 443 from the beginning of setting) or as a gmail e-mail account and then change the port later.  Nothing does.

Thinking perhaps it was corrupted prefs, I deleted all the * prefs to iChat and everything that seemed related to google or jabber.  No change in behavior.

Anyone seen this before?  Help to solve if possible of love.

    Thank you!

    Hello

Currently I use port 5222 and without SSL and my account settings Google is for applications that are less secure.

    I can't use 5223 or even443 with SSL on.
