  Receive a fraudulent e-mail for a purchase confirmation, you did not is a very common scam. Remember that you are not misled by providing personal information solicited by this e-mail.

  No harm will come of the fact that you wrote. Fraudulent Web sites that are made to appear as legitimate those who are specially designed to convince you to reveal personal information. If you don't have that, no further action is necessary or justified. Do not install anything, no matter the source or the apparent popularity, in response to one such scam. To do this would be the first step in a path well worn to the misery.

  On the other hand, if you were tricked into providing personal information (like your Apple ID and password) you will need to change your password on Apple ID. Please write back for instructions.

  I have an ipod 6th generation and I managed to download something w/spyware I guess? Then I got a message saying I had a wrong password on my emails (I don't have anything to this e-mail) I started to delete my emails one by one and even then, I couldn't open my email application, and then I noticed that my application of chrome has been updated by himself (he was in the same folder as the downloader and vpn) so I deleted everything on this folder and updated my ipod to the latest ios, after that, I saw that I still had my chrome app? but on another page on my ipod so I deleted who and then I fear that the spyware was on something else so I have reset the settings on my ipod and I could FINALLY open my mail application and see the email correctly and I even took screenshots this time.

  Unless they jailbroke your phone, it is unlikely that you have a keylogger on it.

  They may have installed some profiles that would be used to work within the security of the iOS and a better level of control over your device, but away from logging.

  Hi, there is a legitimate program called Mozilla Maintenance Service, which in your programs, should show the same under Firefox version number - what is the Service of Maintenance Mozilla?. If that's what you mean, it would be not responsible for pop-ups advertising. If it is really "Maintenance of Firefox", then I would have certainly considered with suspicion.

  There are no viruses that can attack Mac.OS X. For example, anti-virus programs are selling a cure for a disease that does not exist. And they are known for the Mac was systems.

  It was a phishing attempt; not more, not less.  Unless you recently downloaded something of a torrent or a comprehensive download site, or recently let someone away from your computer, it is highly unlikely that you have any malware/spyware/adware on your computer.  If you wish, you can download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware for Mac.  It was developed by an employee trust and respected here.  It's a simple, non - intrusive program that removes malware known/adware from your hard drive.  That's all that.  It does nothing and is not take anything else.  That being said, I don't think it's necessary here, but if you want to do it for peace of mind, it wouldn't hurt anything.
