  The reason behind the audio call could only be polycom HDX endpoint is defined on the base line or the basic mode respectively.
  The only resolutiom can be off the base line or the basic on the polycom endpoint mode to activate the H263 and H264 video Protocols.

• Why import video is not grayed out for a new Flash project?

  I tried in vain to load any MP4 (H.264 encoding), FLV or F4V files into a new project. I tried to import FLV and F4V via the Library Import and import files to the stage menu choice but all result in error message "one or more files were not imported because he had problems reading of their. Just download Flash CC today (February 23, 2014) and cannot even start on my project, because I can't load a video in the library or scene. I watched the tutorials, but they assume that I can choose the import video... greyed menu choices. Research of the discussion did not help me as most of the discussions are off-topic or 2 years or more back.

  Thank you sinious. I had QT installed 7.5.5. The problem was not. Like a bufoon, I created a new HTML5 canvas, which is impossible to import videos. When I went to an AS3 Web everything has been as it should. And it was a joy throughout the country! Detective Conan.

• Live messenger activation causes poor video quality

  Whenever I have activate Live messenger (Windows xp, version 2009, Build 14.0.8117.416) my monitor turns off completely. After a few seconds the video links and this is horrible. Right-click on a zone empty of my desktop and go to properties, a time I'm on the view tab, I see that my video quality went to 8-bit, low. I can use the drop-down list box and select 32 - bit and 'ok', and my video quality goes back to normal. However, whenever I click on a link in live messenger, or select an option Menu tab in live messenger that my video goes back to 8 bits.  What's worse, is that my Messenger friend sent me a video link 'you tube '. By clicking on the link caused my video problem to cycles in the horrible back 8-bit to 32-bit normal. Every few seconds, the screen goes white and back, it is the other video quality.  Previously, I was able to have video conversations with my friend, but now we have problems (she can see and hear me, I can't hear him). I also noticed that the 'video', and the point of 'Photo' of the bar menu is grayed out. Live messenger does not show even I have a webcam, although this option is selected.  Why do I have all this trouble with live messenger. It started a few months ago.   Oh, one last thing... When I close Live Messenger, my video quality returns to normal as if nothing happened.

  Method 1

  I suggest that reduce you the hardware acceleration on your computer and check if it helps.

  (a) click Start, click run, type desk.cpl, and then click OK.

  (b) click on the settings tab and then click Advanced.

  (c) in the performance tab or on the Troubleshooting tab, move the Hardware Acceleration all the way to the right ( Full position).

  (d) click OKand then click close.

  (e) If you are prompted to restart your computer, click Yes.

  If the previous step fails then I suggest that you install the updated drivers for the graphics card on the computer by visiting adapter manufacturer's Web site to download and install the drivers, check if it helps.

• Creative cloud is grayed out when I start the computer...

  I'm on Mac. When I start the computer CC is grayed out in the menu bar above. So Typekit fonts are recognized when opening an Indesign document, then I have to go manually connect to CC.

  I thought that CC was just automatically started and total boot time? I didn't used to have this problem. Please notify.

I first thought that maybe FaceTime should be turned on, because my friend has it. But he seems to have nothing in common. I also tried to toggle camera during the video conference session when it's on, but the camera does not illuminate. Typed on/off camera, but nothing happens. I am naïve and I really want this to work. I appreciate any suggestions!

If you see your sef on your screen then the problem is probably the end of your friend, if you do not see yourself try to switch to the rear camera and see what happens, if it does not work try to use facetime to reach your friend and put end facetime and Skype.

  If this does not uninstall Skype and reinstall.

  IMO no matter what AT & T told you, it seems that the fault is theirs. You can just try it with a different sim card and you will have the answer. Also, try to connect your phone to iTunes and "check for updates". This function also checks the parameters of your career, so if there is an update, you will get it.
