  XP does not open in any safe mode.  It just restarts over and over until I stop.  I have tryie "disable automatic restart on system failure" and the blue screen had these codes; I guess that's the BSOD, although I don't know what BSOD is right now.  The codes were - STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF78AA524, 0 x 0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000).  I conclude that this indicates a person well informed of what is wrong, but I don't know what it is or how to fix it.  I consider myself a person of intermediate level; I'm comfortable with some things and others that I'm not.  I hesitate to make the adjustments that I don't know what the results will be.  I do not experiment.

  Before that, my laptop Toshiba L300 (about a year) worked very well. I think there a virus as a "window of 11 news" kept popping up in Internet Explorer.  I ran the Windows scan and it found nothing.  I tried to run a software check Norton which is supposed to run in safe mode and that's when it happened.  I have perhaps inadvertently done something wrong; I don't know what.  Is this enough information for someone to help me to solve this problem, or do I need to take it to someone more clever am I?

  First stop, I have a desktop HP with Windows Vista Home Premium SP2. He was just out of nowhere an error about 2 weeks code would come and tell me one of these services has stopped working.   Yesterday, my measure PC worked fine. To market today, about twenty seconds after startup, I got a blue screen (seen below) and get that since then. However, I am able to run very well Safe Mode. I read on the installation of a patch and installed, but may not run in Mode without failure, and I don't have enough time to run it in normal mode until I get the blue screen again, which is very frustrating. If someone could get back to me soon on how to address this problem, it would be much appreciated.

  Hello, I get these random blue screens and sometimes they occur 3 times a day, and sometimes they occur once every month. The errors are:

  IPF in nonpaged area
  system service exception
  pilot iqrl not or less equal
  KMODE exception not handled
  iqrl not or less equal
  violation of pilot dectected
  and a few others that I don't remember
  I don't know how to check my "minidump" can you tell me how too

  You have two different errors.  I would begin removing Symantec and use the built-in Defender.  If you continue to plant thanks to upload dmp files

  Symantec is a common cause of BSOD.

• Stop error blue screen

  I did experience windows restarts due to the stop as 000000 c 2 or 100008e error. First I reinstalled windows and all adjacent software, but it seems that the problem is to hit me again. Last week I have connected my laptop to the internet and since then I had two windows suddenly reboots.   Believe me; It is very difficult to say what's wrong.
  The Blue error screen usually occurs because of a hardware failure or / and serious malfunctions of software. If this error occurs after installation quite clear, so I guess that it s a hardware failure. Maybe the flaws of memory module. But to be 100% sure you should check it out. I think the best way is to contact the service.

  I was playing music on Windows Media Player. Visualizations was running. When all of a sudden system crashed "Stop error". I restarted the system and received the error message. The details are as follows: -.

  I checked the system tools and looked into the system the only thing I could find was a warning that my web cam created an error about 2-3 days before today.

  A further check revealed that the webcam and its software was not spent by the Microsoft Logo and was therefore inconsistent to run under XP.

  I have experienced this type of problem before crash and recently did a clean install of the operating system. I'm afraid that if I folds music or run that DVD system stops again.

  What can I do to prevent it happening again.

  I will be grateful for any assistance to resolve the problem.

  If it corrects the problem return post, otherwise it would be logical to uninstall the software from your webcam and then see if the error occurs again all while listening to music and watching visualizations.

  The code is displayed when starting upwards. Safe mode, lkgc, etc. all do the same thing. It goes for the xp screen. Takes about 10 seconds, then blinks for a second before the start procedure restarted. It is a XP Home Edition and I can't seem to load. System Restore is inoperatabe. I have no way to know which driver is perhaps out of service or what is the cause.

  Nevermind I found it I took the hard drive and ran as a second hard drive on vista running kaspersky on it and it starts with the mup.sys being infected or changed. Given that the Ministry of the Interior was not load because of bad sectors, read in a forum at random some microsoft guys named chris wrote: it's a kind of jump all started.
