  I think to buy an audio interface of stroke of lightning and I saw that the main advantage is lower than firewire/usb latency.

  My question is:

  Thunderbolt leads to a performance increase in Logic Pro? Sense that may have multiple channels most plugins etc before overload?

  Or is it only the lag time? Is there an increased global buffer size 1024 leading to increased performance or it reaches only a lower latency to the same buffer size?

  Only if you are in real time of recording, or output in real time, 16 + channels at the same time, you bolt would have shown no benefit.  A USB 3.0 drive will work fine.

  Player that improves performance recording and playback in a certain measure.  The rest is CPU/GPU/RAM.  You won't see LPX better work together while plugging a drive you bolt.  Unless you have really huge projects and a mixer 24 channels run all channels for live recording.

  FilterKeys or repeated Key Strokes and slow keys prevents me from holding the keys for playing games.  I tried to disable in the ease of access Center, but that does not change.  Any time I press a key, it records the run key for about two seconds, then stops.  It prevents to move in the game because I can't hold before, I either have to use my mouse to move or I have to use autoplay.  It caused a lot of problems to be able to play the game.

  You fill the keyboard buffer. It has probably nothing to do with the accessibility settings. Your game id showing signs of no compatibility with Win 7. I'd go to the game to a patch for the game machine to run it in Windows 7.

  Hi all

  My customer wants to implement STROKE in order to prioritize the Skype traffic. I applied the QoS as money in my WLAN & planning set up STROKE in order to highlight the value of DSCP for Skype. If I configure 802.1 STROKE & card p-values, the WLC will send frames with CoS of good value.

  I would like to know if the DSCP value is mapped to the CoS & send to the switch upstream by the WLC.

  I have applied QoS as silver in my WLAN & planning to configure AVC to mark DSCP value for Skype. If I configure the AVC &  map 802.1p values, will the WLC send the  frames out with correct CoS value. 

  You must apply QoS 'Platinum' profile to your SSID, and then make the Skype application traffic that marked with STROKE. Here is the summary of the upstream & downstream STROKE treatment. 1 upstream. Package comes with or without DSCP internal wireless (wireless client) side. 2 AP will add DSCP in the header based CAPWAP configured on WLAN (QoS configuration). 3 WLC will remove CAPWAP header. 4 STROKE module on the controller will overwrite the DSCP for the configured value in the profile of STROKE marked and send him outside. 1 downstream. Package comes with or without DSCP switch inner wireframe dimension value. 2 module STROKE will crush the internal DSCP value. 3 controller will compare WLAN QoS configuration (according to the value of p 802,1 which is actually 802.11e) with the inner DSCP value which NBAR had crushed. WLC will choose the lower value and implement CAPWAP for DSCP header. 4 WLC will send the package to AP with WLAN QoS definition for CAPWAP and STROKE inner DSCP outside. 5 AP removes the CAPWAP header and sends the packet on the airwaves with setting DSCP STROKE; If STROKE will not apply to an application while the application will adopt the setting of the WLAN QoS. • Get some APs to join a vWLC large-scale which replaces a small scale vWLC

  Hello everyone. I'm in a bit of a dead end. Here's our situation:

  • We have two vWLC on a small scale (.210 et.211), each with 200 AP licenses max. They are both on the 8.1.120.0 version.
  • vWLC.210 is maxed out et.211 is halfway there, as far as APs go. All APs are AIR-CAP702I-A-K9.
  • We recently bought APs more, but it was unclear, these APs are now 702i-B, which works with a newer version.
  • We were already looking to upgrade le.210 to a vWLC on a large scale, but ran into problems (error attached screenshot) and for some reason any could not do.
  • I was on vacation (a week or more), came back and my colleagues have already implemented a new and large scale vWLC, running version 8.2.111.0. His IP est.212.
  • So now what we're trying to do is to have the + 300 APs connect a.212 the most effective way possible.
  • One way that we figured out to hover over an AP has been put by default, but it would be horrible.

  At this point, we are eager to have a single virtual controller (large scale) for all the APs. If someone managed to upgrade small-scale (version 8.1.120.0) large scale (version 8.2.110.0), which would definitely be the way to go. I couldn't get this error with our support team.

  If we cannot go from small to large, then the second option could migrate their all new, large scale (. 212) controller. What would be the best/effective way to do.

  I just deconnecter.210 the network vWLC and edit the new vWLC at the same IP address (. 210). In this way, all of your AP must register with new vWLC.

  If you intend to use these vWLCs, you need to change the PDC of each AP (under AP config - tab that high) to new vWLC name & IP management. You can do this via vWLC CLI as well. If you get all the details of your AP, you can prepare your config in Notepad & applied only once. (first test & make sure it works for you)

  Yes, good. New platforms of controller, there is only the interface of management exist. There is no separate AP Manager interface.

   3.How can I distinguish my AP's  "Country Code"  ?

  If you look at your reference number AP (see the version should also give this), it indicates a regulatory domain (for example - A,-E, n, z). This means that your vWLC set up with a country code in this regulatory area.   STROKE-dashoffset provides only the offset in a race model defined by stroke-dasharray.  Stroke-dasharray described the effects of the dotted line.

  AP Max supported by vWLC is from 200 to 3000

  You can, but must create AP manager interface vWLC.Management Interface will do the job.

  My AP (AG 1130) could join vWLC 7.3 after enable access AP SSC, but can not join vWLC same 8.2 if enable SSC.

  The AP LWAPP version is 8.0, no idea for this problem?

  I always confuse with this, is it any body could explain the process of joining the AP about certification? What things are asterisk to match when the AP to vWLC jion?

  1131 only supported up to 8.0.x code. So you cannot use this AP model with 8.1.x or 8.2.x.

• Cisco vWLC - questions while implementing - practice design recommendations

  Hi Forum,

  I am right now with the implementation of a virtual wireless LAN controller in one of our customers environment.

  Customer is facing several problems and I'm not sure how to solve them - then maybe the supportforum could give me answers or advice.

  (1.) the client complains about not being able to see several ports on the vWLC when you implement a second vNIC in VMWare (via the show summary of the vWLCs CLI port command). According to my understanding of the vWLC always show only a 'physical' port and interfaces n (depending on how many interfaces is created on the vWLC) - mapping is accomplished through the vWLC - so basically as that administrator we are not able to see the exact mapping and always only a single port "physical"?

  (2.) the customer was told that the vWLC essentially works except the bypass between the tunnel CAPWAP for VMWare to the router - I'm not sure what he means by that, but I guess it has something to do with the marking of the dynamic interfaces / VLAN to the ESX and later of the ESX via vNIC to the vWLC - advice? (Please take account also details of design of question 3)

  3.) is it ok to TAG all the VLAN via a vNIC without using the service port? I mean create a vNIC transporting and marking of the management and the VLAN database? Or is it mandatory to separate the management of data using a dedicated with the service port subnet VLANS? Suggestions for best practice to get the job of controller - especially on the part of VMWare?

  You are right, you can mark the VLAN for management and data is not required to use the service port. You're management interface will also be Manager AP interface on what APs registry. You can not have 2 management. You can have 1 management officially and 1 for the AP Manager.

  Internal DHCP on vwlc is not supported. You need to do a dhcp relay. If you need more information let me know.

  My vWLC is in VLAN 100 and all the APs are in VLAN 101. I need to know, if they join the processes of all the APs at vWLC will be accur normally or should I set up other things related to the tagging VLAN?

  No, I don't have anything accurding to the DHCP Service.

  If the APs and WLC management interface are in the same subnet, then the APs will be able to reach the controller.

  If the access points are in a different subnet, then a sort of mechanism is necessary for the APs to find their controllers.  Manually, each APs can be configured to access a specific WLC.  The most effective method is to use DHCP Option 43.
