Subscription has expired, but he is not?  CC for teams

When you try to start and cs6 or CC version of adobe software, told me the following:

Subscription expired
You have more access to creative cloud. Please contact your administrator to renew your membership and continue to use creative cloud

I talked to my admin and looked at the console of team management, and I have a valid license that does not expire for 10-11 months.

I searched here and already tried the following:

  • Logging out and back in
  • restart the computer
  • removal of the opm.db
  • disabled my CC account for console teams and reactivated it.

I need help with this resolved...

Don't know what support should do, like the NEVER called or sent me as a two different partners promised to...

I tried a few days after the post #3, and it started working again.  It was a little less 3 weeks without CC adobe software.

Good luck to anyone who has this from happening, wish I could share what needed to be fixed, but Adobe support refuses to keep their promises and email or call when the element is fixed.

Best I can deduce that happened

"You have been assigned a new license, but that is not yet removed for that I need to make a request to the dedicated team"

"Alright I forwards the request to the relevant team to release your email address for the subscription cancelled.
the thing is the subscription has been renewed and your Admin has reassigned the license you before removing the old account
"I'll try to remove the subscription cancelled the account.
