Subscription renewal problem

Read through several posts and have found similar cases where Skype cancels subscriptions more alumni who are at the premium rate. I received an email on 11 October/16 my sub expires in 20 days on Nov 01/16 automatic renewal for Skype credit that to this date (11th) has has been set because not enough of credit and missed payments. Received not less 11 email saying me expires Nov 01/16. Void has been cancelled on 17 Nov/16 date at which it was sufficient Skype credit funds.

Contacted support by chat (Mark S. of Manila) and after 1 h of cat asked to speak to the supervisor. Emil (again in Manila) informed me that "given that the system sends you an email saying that the subscription expires November 1 - our top billing team has determined that it is a problem of system with the mail system).

It was not my mistake and to this end, I asked that my renewed annual sub and Emil has offered a $ 25. credit.

This is not acceptable and how the largest computer in the world company, i.e. Microsoft, it has a "computer problem".

I want my renewed sub and the previous rate - any suggestions would be appreciated

    The result of this encounter with Adobe, it is I have a continuous subscription which I DON'T, I feel scammed and I have a feeling that the policy of renewal is a scam.  My attitude towards Adobe has changed from a happy customer at one of the feeling abused and harmed.  I have been converted to a position never to buy another Adobe product as soon as I'm free this inextricable mess of my unwanted Adobe CC membership.  I want to warn in the world of other customers, existing and potential of Adobe on this incident, and I will proceed to describe the facts of my situation to others.

    Looks like you may have installed creative cloud and run CS6 from there. Please see this link:

    If you completed a trial and want more creative cloud, you must uninstall it, run the cleanup tool, and then reinstall your CS6.

    I subscribed with Creative cloud late February this year, choose the full bundle with an annual subscription with monthly payment.

    A couple of weeks, my credit card has been cloned, so I cancelled it (the one I used to sign up with Adobe) and I forgot to put the new on my Adobe account number.

    Last week I received a message when you use After Effects I had 11 days to change the credit card on my account number to verify my license and process the monthly payment. Since I Don t have an internet connection at home, I do my laptop with me to work to do this. I missed who and when I did yesterday, I didn t get the opportunity to change the number of credit card, my account has changed to a free and I Don t have the option to renew my subscription to the previous price.

    Prices doubled for Brazilian users it a few months ago, but I still paid the price for the moment I'm subscribed in February.

    Any chance of getting the old price back or my only option is the current? I think I should have been contacted by e-mail to let me know about the problem with the treatment of payments or on the fluctuation of the price and the fact that I have can´t renew my subscription paying the previous price.

    I currently have a free subscription to creative cloud through my educator. I recently downloaded Audition CC, but can't use it. When I try to open it I get the following message:

    Go to the Manager of subscription to renew your subscription for creative cloud and continue to use your product without interruption.

    When I go into the membership Manager, it says I have a free membership, and yet I can not use the products. Please help as soon as POSSIBLE as I have an assignment using CC hearing due this weekend!

  • Get a refund for cancellation costs £101 for a subscription renewed automatically without my permission?

    I've had cloud creative adobe for 12 months. Later, I wanted to cancel before he missed, around February of this year, but I couldn't t know how. Therefore, I must now pay ME for 15 months, WHICH FLUCTUATES up to £21 tax WITHOUT SAYING! AND I have to pay a CANCELLATION FEE OF £101! This is equivalent to nearly 300 pounds ($465) only 15 months on a plan for student!

    An absolute and criminal shame! I will do everything in my power to warn others of this type of scam before they buy it.

    Last year, I bought the photoshop of a year through Best Buy. Now that my subscription is expired, I went to renew and it give me any other options and charged just my 19.99 card. I wanted to have it be the photoshop + lightroom for 9.99 per month, but I don't think that is how it is treated. How can I fix it?

    Obviously, as I'm typing this on an online forum, I am connected to the internet. I can even click on the customer service link in the post above and it takes me directly to adobe.  I made no changes to my internet, web browser, or anything else from my software renewed in July and then it connected very well.  I saw the link to a help page on the errors of connection or activation (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html) in a different view on internet connectivity issues and went through all the steps on it.  Everything checked out fine.

    I really need to be able to use my software.  Any help on how to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
