  The "map" can be a map of component discrete snap or maybe it's just the chips that are integrated into the motherboard of the PC. Look at where you connect the VGA monitor cable. If there are plenty of other (different) connectors on the same plate then your motherboard has an integrated graphics card. If there is only one (or maybe two) connectors, so you have a discrete graphics card.

Try to get the free diagnosis, it shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Then, get a quote before agreeing to pay anything.

  Where do you see a "black background" in iTunes?  You can include a screenshot?

  Command-shift-4 to take a screenshot of the portion of the screen showing the problem.  Then drag the files to screenshot (which appears on the desktop of your Mac) in your reply in the Safari window message.

  Run Firefox 15.0. Hotmail has suddenly changed appearance and my page is not at the bottom of the screen. The top 5/6 of the page is a series of horizontal blue stripes. Text in the blue section is the Windows Live titles such as ' home, Mobile devices, etc. When I try to compose a new message, text in the blue box partially covers the 'To' button, so I need to position the slider at the bottom of the button to enter an address. I have tried Hotmail in IE and it seems fine, so it must be a problem of compatibility between Hotmail & Firefox. Hotmail has not responded to my questions by e-mail. I could understand that if this happened at the beginning of a session, just after I have lights, but this happened after, I had been active in Hotmail and other sites. Other sites are not affected, just Hotmail and only in Firefox.

  You have some problems-

  (1) software license Service is not running

  (2) you have a Tamper of Auth Mod present (TTS error)

  I suspect that this might have been caused by install you a new antivirus? (which one?)

  If so, you need to uninstall and upgrade of Windows Vista SP 2 level of updates to Windows, and then reinstall your anti-virus again.

  If it is not the anti-virus, it may be malicious, or any other program that you have installed 3 days before the problem appearing. Yet once again, uninstall the software and see if this removes the problem or try a system restore to about 6-10 days.

• My color scheme changes in black and white, but preferences continue to it's normal color.

  On computer start everything seems fine and in color until the login screen. Often there's color for a few moments, but before I'm even able to enter my password of connection the regime change in black and white and stays that way. Sometimes in re-opening a session, it goes through the same process, but the computer remains very rarely in color.

  I suggest that you go to your computer manufactuers website and download the latest drivers for your video card.

  If nothing works, try to uninstall and reinstall the graphics card.

  Reinstall the driver with your driver CD.

  Alternatively, you can try to uninstall the driver from Device Manager, then go to the computer or the device factory site download the latest driver for your network card and install it.

  In Internet Explorer, try tools, Internet Options, Connections tab, LAN settings if the box has been checked, uncheck the box "use a Proxy Server" and click OK, and click OK. Some malicious programs use the proxy server to redirect when you connect to the internet. You must then restart in Mode safe mode with networking and download and run Malwarebytes and Superantispyware in accordance with what I posted earlier.

  Hi guys, I have a problem with my desktop background is no longer automatically using the slide show.

  It works fine if I go in customize / wallpaper slide show / re select all UN ticked the box in the image - save money-changers. Then, after a re boot, all photos are once more a tic tac fact & the slide show function not working anymore... until of course I repeat part 1...
  I tried to go to C:\Users\***my account * removed \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes and slideshow.ini and the TranscodedWallpaper.jpg. Closing the computer and restart but that did not help.
