Support in Russia is the worst service I've ever met

The problem is that my girlfriend 5 c's iPhone was stolen. We finally found it, but it was deleted and locked with unknown AppleID.
I phoned Customer Service to Moscow and spoke with Anton, he asked me to send him a photo of the receipt. I did exactly what he said.
The next week I was awaiting its response, but received nothing. I called again and I realized that, after sending files that I need to call Service to the customer and with kindness, ask them to deal with my files. Really? Not all of them.
Then, an officer confirmed that he sent my files to the engineers and I have to wait for their response.
... 1 week later - no response. A week more - even...
I decided to call again. Maria replied and said that a week ago, they received response of engineers with refuse. I asked why? "I don't know", she says. "Maybe something wrong with your receipt", she added.
I was really surprised and asked him: ' are you OK? " I sent you received with all the information on the device: s/n, the IMEI, store name, shop post address and etc. »

Media Player for Windows 7 is the worst program I have ever delt with and don't ever use again
For all of you out there. I read tons of message and responses on this forum and have tried all of the solutions that I found related to my questions. Nothing and I mean nothing doesn't work, music disappears: go back to the bed the other day, or the time you use it happens repeatedly. All tracks will not add in an album album evil is a long list... no solution works or works and lasts. Microsoft really needs to think about it with the next version of Windows. I never had problems with the media player to Vista and 7. Sorry, everything but this user MP gave up.

I bought a Vostro 5560 six months ago, the laptop is still under warranty, my OS is crashed and I tried to get my laptop repaired by Dell of last 2 weeks with no result. After regular monitoring Dell sent a technician yesterday, who could not resolve the problem. Technician on the left say that dell would contact me all night to the subject of the follow-up, I have no calls or Email from Dell. I called customer support which forwarded that a person called "Syeed" was looking for in my case and that he should have contacted me and they can't help. I am back to square one, I need a laptop to work Dell expects me to buy a new?. This is the worst service I've experienced and it's the last time I'm going to buy a Dell product guess I should gone for another product. If the product fails, you are in a soup. As for me, I'll ask dell where the laptop courier and go for a different product.

Basically what is happening, is that secure services are not load when I shoot to the top of the Web site when you use Internet Explorer. The site works perfectly in FireFox and Safari support however nothing via the HTTP services when using SSL. I read the Wired article http://weblogs.macromedia.com/lin/archives/flex/security/index.cfm on the use of SSL with THE de Lin Lin, however I am confused as how to implement the changes that she mentions. Basically, she mentioned a couple of the reasons why the httpServices would not be able to load data in the event of connection via SSL. I've read about the Adobe TechNote at http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=fdc7b5c & SSP = rss_flashplayer_fdc7b5 c , but it was not clear either.
1. How can I change the settings of the server have the correct header information?

I've disabled all extensions and plugins, then works them both.
The culprit is AN extension: Firebug 1.11.3
With everything on except Firebug, my performance on this system is OK
In addition, when I activate Firebug, performance goes in the toilet
Disable Firebug and the performance is OK again.
Oddly enough, my home PC XP finally updated for Firefox v21 yesterday office. This, also, use Firebug.
I have had no adverse performance on this another XP PC

The worst Support Adobe &; service customer - Creative cheating!

So, I was using some of the CS6 products, but not have all the applications and get an email with an offer to get a 1 year subscription price reduced.
I got it. It has been for automated PayPal payment. I was happy for 2 months.
The month of 3d, I received a message there is a problem with billing information. I immediately contacted support and they told me to check the billing information. I checked and I said it is set to PayPal and I can't change it. They told me not to worry because everything is good.
After that some days I contacted them again as I have not received the message about the payment. They said, don't worry, everything is good.
I received an email there is a problem of Adobe Portfoilo. I contacted the support again. They said not to worry and forget about it.
Then... The subscription was cancelled. I contacted the support again.
They told me to get a full subscription for a full price.
I'll now try old CS6 products instead of cheating wonderful Creative. In addition to spending a lot of time, I am not able to make the urgent work for my clients how costs more then the price of the subscription. I understand that Adobe does not want to keep their promotions, but it's just a... I can't describe all the emotions I have. I will certainly NOT use creative cloud. It is not worth to spend a dollar on this issue, given that the level of support is the worst I have ever experienced. They have not even say sorry.
Don't worry, we you fool you. Stay away from creative cheating and be sure that they won't help you when you have a problem. We made a mistake? You pay customer and have a nice day.

Oh man, I know that the whole story is not funny, but I laugh read this conversation with this lady.
The situation is really complicated.
Maybe you should pick up your laptop and try to fix it in Israel.
As far as I know that Russia (country of purchase) and Israel (the country where you live) belongs to the Toshiba EMEA (Europe, Middle East Africa) and order parts are not so problematic.Of course, it can be complicated when Toshiba Asia must order parts Toshiba EMEA.
