  I'm trying to do something very simple: find an installation for Acobe Acrobat Standard manual.

  When I go to the Adobe site, here's what I'm trying to do:

  1. Go to Support & learning-> I need help-> Products
  2. Choose Acrobat

  WHERE GODS NAME IS AN INSTALLATION MANUAL?

  The Adobe site literally takes me autour in circles.

  It may also be that some of your questions are addressed by the license agreement (you can find the EULA on Adobe.com). Normally, the Acrobat license is for a single machine, not a server. A shared machine is somehow between if I understand well and so it's probably a grey area. However, the EULA may answer some of the questions to ask you. For a large organization, you might find a volume license to more appropriate - you need to talk to Adobe. If I understand correctly, these licenses are negotiated based on the number of users and other factors - there is only the rumors I've heard. Acrobat manual (can also be downloaded - http://helpx.adobe.com/en/pdf/acrobat_reference.pdf) provides the following statement regarding the installation: "Installation and registration: If your Adobe product requires installation or registration, see the Readme on the CD-ROM or DVD for detailed instructions." The Readme also contains instructions to uninstall the product, as applicable. Register your Adobe product to be eligible to receive additional support on installation and product defects and to receive notifications on updates".

  Recently uninstalled Acrobat 9 Pro from the computer of my wife XP, the upgraded Windows 7 x 64 and re-installed Acrobat machine. It works very well, but is at version 9.0.0 for more than three weeks since the installation. When I click on update, it says that there is no update available. Next steps?

  If you update Acrobat 9 by manually downloading patches, you will need to follow the sequence below:

  Acrobat version 9.0.0-> 9.1.0 (quarterly)-> 9.1.2 (quarterly)-> 9.2.0 (quarterly)-> 9.3.0 (quarterly),-> 9.3.2 (quarterly)-> 9.3.3 (quarterly)-> 9.4.0 (quarterly)-> 9.4.2 (quarterly)-> 9.4.5 (quarterly),-> 9.4.6 (quarterly)-> 9.5.0 (quarterly),-> 9.5.1 (quarterly)-> 9.5.2 (quarterly)-> 9.5.3 (quarterly)-> 9.5.5 (quarterly)

• Cannot remove Acrobat 7.0 when you install Acrobat 9.0

  I must have uninstalled Acrobat 7.0 Pro evil and so now when I go to install Acrobat 9.0 Standard the installation wizard tells me that I must remove Acrobat 7.0 before installing 9.0.  As he tries to uninstall the rest of 7.0 9.0 installation, a message screen telling me "error 1714: the older version of Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard can not be deleted.".  Contact your technical support group.

  What should I do because I tried runnning own script and Acrobat 7.0 Manual removal, as discussed in some threads in this forum, but nothing seems to work. I don't seem to be able to remove the remaining files in the program Files\Adobe\Active X directory, he said that they "can not be deleted, access is denied, make sure that the disk is not full or write protected or not currently in use.

  Use the Microsoft Installer Cleanup tool. Then you can install 9.

  I was wondering if anyone knows how to know if a XFA (LiveCycle) form turned in a batch process (IE with JavaSript) Player. I scoured the Acrobat JS reference manual nothing helps.

  I have hundreds of forms in quite a hierarchy of complex documents and having a report generated for all forms that I missed would be great. I am aware that LiveCycle Reader Extensions is the best method, but at the moment we have no access to it where I work.

  Any help or a "No. Can not be done with Acrobat' would be great.

  My problem is the following. I have Acrobat Professional license, so I can create pdf forms.

  I added a shipment through the mail button to my form and sent to the end user, who had only the acrobat reader software. He was able to complete the form and send its data via the e-mail button, and I got an xml with the data file.

  Because I had not extended the document, I suppose it's always possible, so I can always receive the xml data in completed forms, I can't?

  I quote acrobat licenze agreement:

  Since the function I described before (the xml data emailing) is granted even if the document is not extended, I think that this limitation does not apply to me. Am I wrong?

  The limitation applies instead if I use the function 'Distribuite form' (forms-> Distribuite forms...) in acrobat professional. If I use this feature for distribuite the form, an email is automatically sent by acrobat (and not manually by me, as before) and pdf dataset is created. When the end customer cliks button, a pdf file (and not an xml) with the data are sent to me. If I double click on acrobat fills the dataset that was created with the data. It is the extraction of information to which the license relates?

  This is my conclusion: a pdf form can still send data xml by the player, and if I Express with acrobat, the end-user can also record. The only restriction is to distribute the form using "Distribuite form", but if I use it not I have no limitation on the number of times where ever I can get xml data.

  Can anyone confirm that my conclusion is just?

  I want to have a split for EBS configuration. Say that I have 2 servers and I'll use 1 for the DB and the other for applications.
  Although I have not yet tried, because we have only 1 test server to exercise the profession.

  I am a customer of USA using English for usa. I downloaded the Acro Pro XI installation package three times from Adobe, time after the purchase (which seems to be a separate download process) and as a trial download using the Adobe download install program... Different sites, different methods. Manually installed twicw, allowed the download of Adobe install twice and installed on two different computers. Eash time, the opening sequence and various other pages/windows are in Swedish, not English. During the installation, English is chosen each time... These Swedish screens include various web links in Swedish and "local" screens I have ten screenshots of Swedish screens. I spent 2 hours with a technical support, try a variety of bugs, including repair.modify, uninstall re - install and uninstall and re - download, install: all to nothing does not. WTF?

  Any ideas?

  Please try this:

  1) go to Control Panel - Add Remove programs

  (2) select Acrobat XI. Click on 'change '.

  3) click "next". Select 'change '. Click "next".

  4) click on the plus sign for the icon 'languages '.

  (5) remove all languages other than English and click on 'Next' and then click on "Update".

  Please let me know if it works or not.

• Can I manually update Acrobat Pro XI of 11.0.0 to 11.0.17

  I have three computers HP laptop with Windows 7 Pro 64, and each has a unique full version of Adobe Acrobat Pro XI 11.0.0.

  When I try to update a laptop (help, Check for Updates), it brings up a window saying there is an update available, past through the download process, but in the end gives me error 1328.  I removed the program (Control Panel, uninstall a program) and reinstalled.  I tried updates again.  Same error message.

  I tried a second laptop, and it does not yet to the top of the window saying there are updates available, but a window appears in the taskbar indicating the download of Acrobat updates.  When I click on the pop - up it disappears, there is no progress download and software window does not update.

  I have not yet tried third laptop.

  Can I update to version 11.0.0 directly to 11.0.17 of this Web page:

  I'm pretty sure that updates to 11.x are complete and you don't need older versions. Unlike 9.x where you would have to run at day of 20 or more separate updates.

  My father-in-law Swedish switched to Mac and I bought Photoshop elements 13 and it doesn't have the Swedish language. That does exist for Windows.  His English is not very good so I want to download the Swedish manual for the version of Windows, so it can understand with my help menu items. I have not been able to find any link for him on the Adobe site. Can someone help me? Thank you

• How can manual uninstall older versions of Acrobat Reader?

  I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10.  After meeting with sound problems, that Microsoft support has failed to solve, I returned to Windows 7.   Unfortunately, Acrobat Reader with automatically deleted in the process.   I am now having trouble to reinstall Acrobat Reader.   The installer downloads, but the installation stops and it is an error message reading: "the component you are trying to use is on a network unavailable resource."   Click OK to try again or enter another path to the folder containing the installation package "ArcoRead.msi" in the box below.

  I think what I have to do is to make sure that all versions previous and their components have been removed.  How to do this manually?   Also Windows uninstaller fails to remove previous, perhaps damaged or incomplete versions.

• Is it possible to make a drafting in bulk in a legal document without manually scanning and OCR the document?  For example, there is an add-on that I can buy that can accomplish my goal in Acrobat Pro

  I work with legal documents throughout the day.  To submit supporting documents in the Court, the documents must be redacted statements inadmissible evidence. For example, information about the claims number, social insurance number, date of birth and date of birth must be redacted.  I want to know if there is a way to redact this information by a global search and replace rather than manually searching for information, which will be extremely laborious?  If not, is there a third-party application or add on that I can buy to use with Adobe Acrobat Pro, which will help me to achieve this goal?

  Why not just use the Radaction tool provided with Acrobat Pro. It is quite sturdy and offers various possibilities. Review of help for a detailed study of the tool.
