Check your Internet Explorer, to see if it has its flaws.
Here are step by step...
Start > default programs > set your default programs > click on Internet Explorer. He said "this program has all its defaults"? My guess is, it's not.
If not, click Choose defaults for this program > tick on each entry in the list > save

System administrator cannot create new organization
I have a new Lab Manager 4.0 installation on vSphere.
I'm logged in as original user with the system administrator role.
"New organization...". "is grayed out and when I hover over the button, it tells me"you must be in the world Organization to create a new organization. »
Say what? I only see one body on the screen and it is 'default'.

My computuer does not recognize me as the system administrator - cannot install or remove programs
For some reason, I'm able to do some updates on my laptop, but I can't install or remove all programs, even though I am the administrator (and the only user in addition to comments). I get messages that this "installation is forbidden by system policy" or "you don't have write permissions. I tried to restore the system to a point before all that is going on has begun, but no luck. Any help here? Thank you!

Cannot insert link in the email in Thunderbird 31
In Thunderbird 31 I can't insert a link when I highlight a Word using the two small box thingy and using the option to link to insert under "insert". All I get is 'No named anchors or positions in this page.' I use Windows 7 64. Is there a reason, this work stopped with the last update v31 and still it does not work under the new update v31.1.1? Thank you.

When I do not remove the review of the Scout, the comments show. I don't want to use all my memory on the conservation of the comments in the review tracker!
I think that this is on purpose. The review of files is deleted on the server if the author removes their "Sent" in the Adobe Tracker program review file review. What we do is: once the review is completed, create a copy of "archives" that has the comments embedded permanently. Then you can remove it from your tracker, which removes the review and comments. Adobe sees comments shared as temporary spaces, I guess. Logic, if you look at it this way.
If your procedure requires to keep a review will never, well, I guess you need to keep in your tracker.
You can hide the old comments by creating a folder and moving them here (right click "sent", "create a new folder"). I don't think it's "with the help of your memory".

Original title: link stop "restrictions in effect on this computer.
All of a sudden when I try to click on a link in an email that I get "this operation was cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator. Well... I am the system administrator and I have no idea what is the cause. What is a windows problem or a problem of office?
Bruce,
See my post on 1 December. None of those links gave me an answer that worked. I found a Geek forum that works. I now can have all three browsers installed IE9, GoggleChrome and Firefox. I like the last two because IE9 periodially breaks down and the others did not. In addition, Chrome is faster for some things like the control off site to purchase.

Original title: user account with an effort of parental control
After logging in to my admin account, I created two user accounts for my children, set up parental controls for both that I created, when I tried to set up the third account that he would allow me to activate parental control. It seems that he is trying to load the screen to give me the parental control options then the window disappers and another small window appears saying "cannot make changes to parental controls settings. If the problem persists, see your system administrator. I close the window, and then open the parental controls for other accounts, and they work very well, allows me the chance to change. I deleted the third account several times, making sure to create on behalf of others, just like I did the first two. Still no luck. Can I have only 3 total accounts? My administrator account and standard users 2.
How can I get a standard user account third with parental controls?
Hello
Create a new user account and check if the problem persists, the problem does not persist in the new user account, then fix the damaged user account.
