  I've already set up a process in console design to assign a task to someone when a creation of the user is requested (in the assignment tab). When this person validate the task, the user is created.
  
  Today, the validator of request can just validate or deny the task.
  
  I would like to know if it was possible to provide an additional field for the validator request where he can put additional information.
  
  Here is an example of what I'm trying to achieve:
  A configuration of resource is requested with the creation and assignment of a badge.
  The 'referent of the badge"will receive a task where he will ask you to validate the assignment and provide the badge number.

• The skin is cropping of content when published

  I created a project of 1200 x 700. When published the it will come out as 1200 x 700 but cover the controls of the skin on the 25 and 26 pixels between the content at the bottom of the screen. It should publish 1200 x 700 additional content 25-26 pixels for the controls of the skin down. I've never had happen before and for the life of me I can't understand why it's now or how to fix it.

  Have you tried to double check to see that the borders are turned on? That's what provides the extra room.

  Click project > skin > borders tab and check 'See the border' has a check box.

• How can I get the addon "Colorful tabs" to work with the addon "classic restaurateur theme?

  I have the colourful tabs addon. But after the addition of the addon Classic theme restaurateur (to retrieve my tabs on the bottom), the color tabs addon does not work. My tabs are now all the same color work addon of the tabs colorful so that all tabs are different colors, so to say to which tab is the one that you use the right then the active tab puts a thin line on the tab bar of the same color as the active tab. So if you have 5 tabs open and they are all the diffierent colors, whether the tab your page in the Green, then you will see a thin green line on the screen (sort of like a horizontal border line). I can see a colored line (different from the color of all the tabs are now) under the tab bar. If I click on a different tab, change the color of the line. I can't tell what color my tab SHOULD be if it was just work, so I know that this addon is installed and working, but not to the poster for a reason any. Is it possible to fix this?

  If you only use the extension of the CTR for the tabs at the bottom, then there are other ways like code in userChrome.css or an extension like tabs on background that might work better.

  You can move the tabs on the lower position, just above the navigation area without the use of an extension cord with code to userChrome.css that basically, you just give the tab bar a higher value of - moz-box-ordinal-group (most toolbars have a default value for - moz-box-ordinal-group: 1 to show them in the order of DOM).

• Win 7 VPN client cannot access remote resources beyond the VPN server

  I have a Win 7 laptop with work and customer Win 7 VPN set up, and through it that I can access everything allowed resources on the remote network.

  I built a new computer, set up the Win 7 client with the exact same parameters everywhere, connected to the VPN with success, but can not access any of the resources on the remote network that I can on my laptop.

  Win 7 64 bit SP 1

  I did research online and suggestions have already had reason of my new set up.  In addition, I have a second computer that I've set up the VPN client, and I'm having the same problem.  VPN connects successfully, but is unable to access the resources.

  Tested with firewall off the coast.

  Troubleshooting Diagnostic reports: your computer seems to be configured correctly, distance resources detected, but not answered do not.

  I created another VPN client on the new computer to another remote network and everything works perfectly.

  Remember the old VPN connection to the remote network that does not work on the new computer works perfectly on Win 7 64 bit laptop computer.

  So, what do I find also different between identical configurations "should be" where we work and two new machines is not?

• Additional row on the toolbar

  Hi all

  Below is a screenshot of aid for a project of mine.  As you can see, it looks like there is an extra empty line between the line that contains the toolbar buttons and the table of contents.  If I click on one of the buttons of toolbar button seems to be as big as the 2 rows (I have the button content selected in the screenshot).  I don't see a way in the skin Editor to change that.  Any thoughts on what is wrong or how to fix it?  It's created with HR 11 webhelp.

  I note that there is an additional toolbar button to send your comments. I think here, is that it can be linked to this button. Try to turn it off in the SSL recipe and see if the toolbar normalizes. If so, it would seem that it is related to this additional button. But if not, something might happen the skin itself.

I'm running on a virtual server with 10 GB of RAM and 60 GB HARD drive. The physical host machine has 16 GB of RAM and 320 HARD drive. I am a beginner in this so please try to be clear.   It is possible to have a reserve of memory on the 1000v (I think that the model comes with them as standard when you deploy).

  If you right-click the virtual machine and 'Settings' and then go to the tab "resources", under the heading 'Memory', you have whatever it is the value of the booking?

• Why CC LR skin softening Wo Brush flatten the skin?

  I love the skin softening brush LR and I learned to create a 'taste' for different skin types.  But it seems that each "recipe" I always create 'Flattens' skin tones between the eyes and cheeks and I lose a measure of 'depth' and the contrast of the face.  In some cases, this is the goal, but in most of the cases, I have to go back with a second sweep of light under the eyes and an eyebrow and sometimes to the bottom of the nose.  In addition, I might also have to add a little more color and 'pop' cheeks too. After these two steps, I am then required of use of a variable level of "erasing" mix a seamless change between tones to achieve the desired contrast level and depth.  This process works, however in most cases, 'contrast level and desired depth' (although rough and not softened) was already present before I applied the softening of the skin.    

  So long story short, which is a struggle for me... Is there a method to soften the skin, without turning it into an operation step 3 or 5?

  The major part of softening of the skin is to remove detail or blur. Removal of contrast is a way to do this. The default skin softening brush dials to the bottom of the clarity that's just contrast for the tones. My version of the brush of softening the skin uses a water drop in sharpness so that the fall of clarity is much smaller.

• How to make resources (page template, skin) visible by default

  The new page template, or skin are hidden by default. How to configure as available by default without having to define them explicitly. Basically I want the same behavior for my page template regarding the 2 page STANDARD templates that are available by default. -Thank you

  There is a file called credits-site - resources.xml in your portal application (look through Explorer). It will record all the resources of the portals.

  Look at your new portals resources and change visible attribute to TRUE.

• How to change the image at the top of quality, correcting the skin tone?

  

  I want to correct skin tone change it in good quality headshot.  I always change, but cannot fix the skin tone. I'm Brown, but the image that it makes my skin very clear and white. And if I try to remedy this, I have make my skin too dark. My goal is to make the head with the correct shade, not making it too dark, but the head is still "bright." Could someone kindly guide me.

  There are several ways to do so. Here is one.

  The drill is to change the tone of the whole image with an adjustment layer, and then mask the effect where we do not want.

  Try this:

  1. Open image file
  2. Open a levels adjustment layer to increase the contrast - use the sliders on the left and middle under the histogram.
  3. Open a layer empty at the top, and then press CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + E to create a visible layer of timbre. It is a layer that combines all the layers underneath.
  4. Open an adjustment layer Photo filters. In the dialog box, select warming 85 @ 83% density filter, uncheck "keep the brightness.
  5. The entire image turns tan, not to worry. Left click on the mask (the white rectangle), then paint with a black brush about 15% opacity on the face (since it's now too dark) and on the shirt. If you go too far, correct the effect of mask with a white brush
  6. Open an empty layer on top. then press CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + E to create another visible layer of timbre. Improve slightly the sharpness with sharpness on this layer, and in addition, sharpen eyes and lips from time to time with the sharpening tool.

  Tips: Increase/decrease the size of the cursor brush with the keys of support according to the letter P on the keyboard

  You can enable or disable the chips of color between black and white with the letter x. d is the default value.

  

• adding additional drives in the application process

  Hi, how it is possible to add additional disks in the application process? Now, go in the settings of the virtual machine in vCenter client to add disks after the virtual machine has been created in LCM. We take for the applicant specify how many additional disks and what size (just not RDM VMDK)

  It can get quite complicated because this is certainly not the standard features of LCM and would not be supported by VMware if this customization is not performed by the team of the Orchestration Services of our Professional Services organization... However, that being said, a general approach would be as follows:

  • Duplicate the workflow application for Virtual Machine to the category of workflow custom under user and give a custom name like ask VM

  • Add new entries to the custom workflow that are something like: additionalDiskCount (number) and additionalDiskSize (number) (which implies that all the additional disks would be the same size)

  • Update the workflow to store these values by using a standard LCM Action such as:

  System.getModule("com.vmware.lcm").addDataToTokenKeyAsString (provisioningToken, additionalDiskCount, "additionalDiskCount");

  System.getModule("com.vmware.lcm").addDataToTokenKeyAsString (provisioningToken, additionalDiskSize, "additionalDiskSize");

  The two lines above will store the specified user to other values that the token of data in the database of LCM and you will be able to get it back later because it is related to this particular request token.

  • Hide the initial request button of the tab requests and create a new button that points to your custom workflow

  • Create a new workflow that takes an object of lcm:ProvisioningToken as an entry called "token".

  • Inside of this workflow (let's call it 'Add disks to ask'), you will need to retrieve the additionalDiskCount and additionalDiskSize values that have been stored with the token:

  additionalDiskCount = System.getModule("com.vmware.lcm").getDataFromTokenKeyAsString (token, "additionalDiskCount");

  additionalDiskSize = System.getModule("com.vmware.lcm").getDataFromTokenKeyAsString (token, "additionalDiskSize");

  • You then get the object of VMware3:VirtualMachine of your token:

  VM = System.getModule("com.vmware.lcm.vim3").getVmFromToken (token);

  • Then, using those extracted values and the virtual computer object, use a loop to pass these parameters and some other default values you want in the workflow 'Add drive' (it's in the category library/VIM 3/Virtual Machine management/Device Management workflow.)

  • Once you have confirmed that this new workflow 'Add disks to ask' is working properly by passing only an object token with these entries of additional data stored with them, you can add this workflow for the reminder 'onCreate '.

  The above process is a general approach that could be taken. The specifics of real workflows that you create are up to you and the support of this customization
