Taskflows in giving personalised ADF of exception in Webceter spaces

Hi all

Jdev Version 11.1.1.7.0

The center Version Web spaces: 11.1.1.8.0

We have developed Taskflows ADF containing an af:tree component in Jdeveloper and deployed to the web Center spaces in referring to the below url:

http://www.Oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/WebCenter/Portal/learnmore/WCP-createcustomtaskflow-2135965.PDF

The taskflows when inserted on jspx page region Jdeveloper works just fine, but when I deploy to webcenter spaces it gives the following error: -.

Can someone give me pointers to get rid of this?

This is usually due to an error in the configuration of the objects referred to by this term.

If it helps, the expression "#{bindings.rbawxiTawkr1} ' value 'null '.

If it helps, the expression "#{bindings}" matches "oracle_webcenter_page_scopedMD_s093b542b_5dec_4c87_929d_e74ca7a8f806_Page2".  Now using a RegionModel empty instead.

  • Problem adding a taskflow delimited using the ADF library

    Hello

I created a stubborn taskflow seeking name of emp and diplays the ADF results on same page fragment. When I create a page jspx and insert this taskflow as a region on the same application, it works fine.

I created this application as an ADF Libarary and included in another application. Then I drag the taskflow (from the library) as a region on the page the new jspx asks. I see the region on the page (in gray). But when I run this jspx page I get the following error

java.lang.IllegalStateException: the expression "#{bindings.taskflowdefinition1.regionModel}" (which has been specified for the "value" attribute RegionModel of the component of the region with the id "taskf1") evaluated to null.
This is usually due to an error in the configuration of the objects referred to by this term.
If it helps, the expression "#{bindings.taskflowdefinition1} ' value 'null '.
If it helps, the expression "#{bindings} ' value 'null '. Now using a RegionModel empty instead.

I think that the solution to this should be putting projects taskflow unique packages rather than when you rename the DataBindings.cpx file.

  • Binding components ADF as a task

    Hello!
I use: Oracle Fusion Middleware Oracle JDeveloper 11g, 11.1.1.5.0.
I posted this thread in the SOA section due to the type of project, that I work in (Application SOA). But so far, my question went unanswered, so I now I post it in this section because I also use ADF components.

I'm trying to customize a task of BPEL form.
After I did a project using Fusion Web Application, I could confirms that beans controlled for certain ADF Faces components work and shape (a .jspx page that I would run on built-in Web Logic Server) was functional.
I did a project using SOA applications.
I did a BPEL process with a human Tak and using the task to start form wizard, I made a form.
Then I started to add ADF Faces components that use controlled beans, just like in the other project.
When I deploy the project, all components using beans just don't appear. If I do not use components with controlled beans, that the form is displayed normally.
Is there some additional requirements to carry out the connections with beans managed in the form of task?

In order to clarify the question below, I have a few viewed:
    1 SelectOneChoice "Rubrica" component with binding of the value of the java class ActionListenerOK;
    http://i43.Tinypic.com/x4j0ol.jpg

    2. display the expression builder for binding value above;
    http://i42.Tinypic.com/14mdxqq.jpg

    3. generator expressions for a Button component mode;
    http://I41.Tinypic.com/2r38tw2.jpg

    4. the list of beans managed for the page of the form;
    http://I41.Tinypic.com/rbjqt2.jpg

    5. how the form is displayed when you use the components with java bean bindings;
    http://I39.Tinypic.com/34pghh0.jpg

    6. how the form appears when remove components with tha java bindings.
    http://I41.Tinypic.com/2mwwkuo.jpg

    Hello
I guess it's that you have create a self-generating ADF Form. What I would say is that you create a stanalone ADF Application. To include the payload of your BPEL in your ADF Application process, you must create an ADF Taskflow HumanTask-based and you can then add your file of your project in your ADF Application. After creation Taskflow stanalone task go to the datacontrol your humantask and do drag the special collection on the page and say-> human task with load complete... Now here you have your load useful and as well as your defined components of ADF.

Question is how you will map to the BPEL HumanTask ADF Application?
The answer is:-you must go to the EM and select your composite, click the HumanTask and return it to the administration and add the url of the ADF Application that you have created.

Hereby, you will have access to the payload of your BPEL and your personalised ADF form.

    I hope that helps!
    Kind regards

  • Taskflow Debugging deployed in webcenter Portal

    Hi all

I deployed taskflow webcenter portal. I wanted to debug these taskflow. A future null pointer exception. I wanted that to debug. When I run standalone its working very well.

But in spaces gives me an error. How can I debug taskflow. I saw this link and follow the steps. But I'm not sure, how to reach jdeveloper with spaces for debugging. Can someone can help?

    http://www.Ateam-Oracle.com/remote-debugging-custom-task-flows-in-WebCenter-spaces/

Lol you must only provide the port like 4000, the same port number as you have added to the java option in the weblogic server startup. It should be the same. Add only your host .and port must be only 4000. Try this. It should work

I assume that you missed this step:

    1. after changing properties of connection CRMI - save

    Now comes the key:

    2. Select the bean Select viz ADFConnections - operations - parent. Here, select Invoke.

The action is logged and persistent changes to the MDS repository on successfully executing step 2, otherwise the changes will not be saved and will be reset to restart the server after original values.

Now restart the servers of the ADF managed, test and report the results.

    Thank you

I can't find the option to stream refractor ADF task in jdeveloper. Never is this feature removed or is not available?

1001912 you refactor? You can rename or move a workflow using the Refactor menu in the menu or you can convert the taskflow (getting started with ADF task flows - 11 g Release 1 (11.1.1.7.0))

When I try to add a database connection, nothing happens. By clicking the button OK does nothing?

Does anyone have a similar experience? Thank you

Could you pls check if your connections.xml is a valid xml code.

You can get more details form this link:

    http://radalcove.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2007/06/connections.html

I think you can try to create the new connection after removing 'connections.xml' corresponding to your environment, check the location as below:

  • [MAF - AMPA] How the custom/override error after the failure of the asynchronous Web service call?

    Hi Experts,

I am looking for a best practice to make the error handling in the MAF.

Currently my application is using AMPA and call the REST service.

However, I would like to know how to handle this kind of error

    1. the device is not connected to the network (can we personalized it?)

    error2.png

    2. the device is connected to the network but cannot call service

    error1.png

3 and the other exceptions of the asynchronous call to the AMPA

In addition, how to mark a method call in the exception handler?

referring to this http://multikoop.blogspot.com/2014/02/adf-handling-exceptions-from_14.html in ADF tf we mark as exception handler.

    Best regards

    Hendry

    Hendry,

You have several options. It depends on how you want to handle exceptions:

-If you just want to hide the mistakes of web service end-user call, you can set the showWebServiceInvocationErrors property in the persistence - mapping.xml to false (you want to generally this set to false, by putting your application in production, the default value is true, because during development, it is more convenient to directly see the errors of appeal WS)

-If you want to display a custom error message, you can create a subclass of RestJSONPersistenceManager, register for this subclass using the property "remotePersistenceManager" in persistence - mapping.xml and override the handleInvokeRestServiceError method.

It depends also how you want to process POST/PUT/DELETE requests that fail. Do you want the AMPA runtime register this request as pending for the runtime synchronization action automatically tries to return the claim later? Or you just want to display an error message to the end-user with a text like "try again later?

  • Errors, linking OFA Standard Page (ArPrtySrchPG) in JDeveloper

Several errors trying to run standard OAF pages (specifically /oracle/apps/ar/cusstd/srch/webui/ArPrtySrchPG and its subpages) since JDeveloper to an extension - ultimately what I have to do is by default certain values on the screen creating account/game but customizations do not work.  Because we have many people in our environment of development at any time is not convenient for me to continuously tweak/deploy/bounce Apache whenever I need to test a change.   It is on R12 (12.1.3) and I have the matching version of JDev with Extensions of OA.

Short-version of the question - is it possible to run the ArPrtySrchPG and its subpages in JDeveloper, or I have to go through the application?  Has anyone managed to do this?

    Long version:

I followed the instructions of Anil Passi on this operation to (Apps - pages To Extend First-Run Standard OA Framework of jDeveloper) to try to get this working and I read in the Framework Developer's Guide.  Short version is I Ed files JAVA_TOP, oracle, apps, ar $ down to the myclasses directories and my projects, removed the class of my projects, copied files the $AR_TOP/mds files to my projects as well and am running the ArPrtySrchPG (also using the Design-Time Deposit option when running).

At this point, I can get ArPrtySrchPG to run, but then the following problems occur:

    1) I hit the button to Create a party to go to the ArCreCusPG (which is where I really need the extension to the default sales channel) and the page immediately errors with this:

oracle.jbo.InvalidOperException: Houston-25069: definition of line HzPuiContactPointUrlEO brother two subclasses defs, HzPuiOrganizationQuickUrlEOEx and HzPuiContactPointUrlEOEx, but no discrimination to distinguish them.

    (2) Googling that turns saying to '-Djbo.abstract.base.check = false "in the project properties-> Run Configuration-> Options in Java.  Made which allows me to get /oracle/apps/ar/cusstd/createcus/webui/ArCreCusPG, but at the top, it has a huge stack error/warning - which includes a large number of warnings indicating "the standard passivation OA framework of coding has been violated.  The view with the full name, XXXXX object is not properly prepated to the insertion of the line. "The XXXXX is replaced by several different views, including:

    ArCreateCusAM.organization222_organization_oracle_apps_ar_hz_components_party_organization_server_HzPuiOrganizationProfileQuickAM.HzPuiOrganizationProfileQuickURLVO

    ArCreateCusAM.organization222_organization_oracle_apps_ar_hz_components_party_organization_server_HzPuiOrganizationProfileQuickAM.HzPuiOrganizationQuickPhoneVO

    ArCreateCusAM.HzPuiAddressAM.HzPuiPartySiteVO

    ArCreateCusAM.HzPuiAddressAM.HzPuiPartySiteVO

    (3) in addition, an error that occurs when I examine a party (any party) and then click the account Details button, I get the below error.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.adf.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: double reference: a component with the ID 'lovMap11' already exists in the document "/ oracle/apps/ar/hz/components/account/client/webui/HzPuiCustProfileCrUpRN.

Bottom line - I do not know how much I trust to do anything on this page from a point of view extension when it is the slightest mistake in all directions.

    Any ideas/help would be appreciated.

    Thank you!

    Jason

    Hi Jason,

For extension of CO, you need not bounce every time to reflect the changes. Just change the name of the controller and on the Customize page, update the new name of the controller. In fact, you will save time here instead of debugging the errors of standard page.

For example, your extended CO name is XXCO.java. Now extend your CO and update the new name in the definition of PG using customization. Now, whenever you change CO extended, maintain updated the name of 'XXCO1.java' using option refactor in Jdev. And also update this new name of CO in the definition of PG with the help of Personalization. The changes will keep reflecting directly, without no rebound oacore/apache.

    Kind regards

Are you sure you properly patch?

You try to apply a patch WebCenter MLR oracle_common home:

    Oracle home: \Oracle_CS\Middleware\oracle_common

I don't have the RLM 5 or 6 readily available readme, but I MLR4: it says:

    2 pre-installation instructions

    -------------------------------

    a. set the ORACLE_HOME to ECM home environment variable.

    The default location is: "[MW_HOME] / Oracle_ECM1".

You must read and follow the patch readme to make sure you are running the patch correctly and in the right place. Also, some patches have specific pre and/or post installation steps. You cannot go rogue on a patch process.

    I hope this helps you
