Is it possible to set the input jack Mic as input line to use with a DVD capture card?

I put t know what you want to do, but the Tecra M2 supports the external microphone jack.
This port is used to connect the external microphone. So you can use it to record the voices on the HARD drive or to use with Skype for example to speak.

Okay, so the question here. I'll try to include some pictures too. So, on the left side of my computer, it has a headphone jack and microphone jack.

Low headphone plug works perfectly. I plug my TRS 3.5 mm headphones and they work. Just to show you that they are infact headphone 3.5 mm TRS:

Then, why is my say title (a bit)? Well, you know how to the microphones and speakers, they are a similar technology just goes different directions? Well I plugged my headphones in there, and I blew air in as hard as I could, and it actually only picked up. Don't get me wrong, it was EXTREMELY feigned (as it should be, since these are headphones being forced to act as a microphone), but nevertheless, I was able to actually record the audio from those. So for me, it means that this microphone jack has some features, but for some reason, my microphone doesn't work simply.

So my question to you, has taken all these information? Why my microphone is not working? Require a microphone powered? Require a jacks 3.5 mm JACK instead of the 3.5 mm standard? I can assure you the microphone works. I tried it on two other computers and got her nice and crispy. I tried to open my touchsmart, but all the wires seemed to be intact. In addition, given that the headphones were able to send some audio adds as further confirmation that the connections are secure.

OK, so update: I thought that one way or another, something must be damaged or something. The reason why I never noticed that this entire problem was earlier because I've always used him built in mic, but after continual complaints from slightly background hum and others (as is the case with built in microphones), I decided to buy a micro cheap for my computer. Anyway, the solution I found was to buy this Sabrent USB external adapter stereo sounds. So pretty, it is a small USB key with a sound card in that you plug in and the computer recognizes it. I changed some settings, because when you plug everything in, he wants to replace both your microphone AND your audio output. Which is ok, you can plug your headphones or speakers, but I wanted my computer headset, jack/speakers to work instead. Just so go into the sound settings and restore the default value for your computer speakers. It is very cheap (even in this pack 2 it's like $5, if that $5 shipping, then maybe pair it with something else). Or if you have your own base micro little has no need power to make it work, just plug in the USB and bam you're good to go. Not the most ideal, of course, you do want to be able to solve the problem at its source, but given the difficulty has been to buy a cheap USB plug no game sound card that I could get on sale for $6 with shipping included, I'm happy.

Tecra A4 Audio Jack sizes

Hi all

I recently bought a Tecra A4. My plug stereo audio 3.5 mm (that I used with my laptop computer players and previous music) can not get into the audio jack of the Tecra. There seems to be a sort of "obstruction" in decision-making.

I've had the laptop returned during the initial period of 14 days. However, the laptop next sent me has had the same problem.

Could someone please advise me on what's going on?

I'm really confused with the description of your problem. AFAIK all laptops have the same dimension of audio input jack (the same standard audio port). I put t know what laptop, you had before, but there is no difference. Important is that audio is well inserted in the port audio (jack whole). Right now, it will work correctly.

I tried my helmet in many other portable (various manufacturers) in my office and it works perfectly.

Re: Tecra S5 - 15 q - monitor display lines vertical and error 43 for GPU

After about 5 years my Tecra S5 is experiencing problems with its graphics.
Most of the time the (internal and connected an external via VGA) monitor displays vertical lines, and windows gives an error 43 on the map.

I was wondering if there is a way to solve this problem, and if this problem could be solved under warranty (although the protohistory of the warranty expired 3 years ago.) .

In my opinion, it is bad material work and as far as I know only way to fix it is motherboard Exchange. I n t have this model of laptop, but I can presume that the GPU is fixed on the motherboard and cannot be traded separately.

Tecra A7 Mic & headphone does not but PC speaker and internal microphone is ok

I have Tecra A7 laptop. The microphone when it is connected to the Jack of no sound is recorded and also when it is connected to the headset in decision-making, no sound.

It works perfectly with the laptop built in speakers and built-in microphone records sound.

Can someone help me configure this please?

What type of program you are using to record the sound?

Maybe it is not configured correctly.

Have you tried with the recorder of Windows?

simultaneous monitoring of the digital input lines when executing digital writing tasks

I'm writing a multithreaded application in C on Windows 7, using the 9.6 DAQmx API and device USB-6509. This requires that we constantly monitor several lines on the 6509 for entry, digital using the change of the device detection feature. You must also write the digital output without having to stop monitoring the input rows. It is very important that the input rows be monitored continuously for the duration of the project.

Each channel is independent. If you can get the input data that you export a value. You need not make a break each task. The two tasks are parallel.

Digital input line showing an entry without connected equipment

I have a feeling, this is a silly question, but here goes. I have the VI below to read the entry of an analogue of the ADC0803LCN to digital converter through 8 lines.

The DAQ assistant is configured to read a digital input for all 8 lines and outputs in a matrix of LED that outputs then a digital indicator to show the binary value.

However even if I don't have the connected equipment and run the program, all lights are lit and on my multimeter I read + 5V to each line. I'm puzzled why I get an output voltage in each line when 'acquire Digital Input' works and why LEDs are HIGH without input logical proof. Even when it is connected to the material, which runs correctly, it still shows all logical LED HIGH with the release of material would not justify this. Any help would be great, thanks. Venue Pro 8 - Jack audio input

Hello!

I pre-ordered the coming Pro 8 (in Poland will be published tomorrow). I noticed, 3.5 mm jack on the top of the unit is a combo for headset and microphone. I'll make myself a cord in Y with two jacks - stereo headphone and mono for a microphone. So my question is what part of the JACK L ch, ch R, mic and ground?

BTW. V8P looks amazing! I can't wait to get it in my hands!

Hi SIRPL, I'm using my iPhone earphone/microphone with the coming 8 Pro and it works well. The microphone of the iPhone in the thread works much better that the microphone internal in the V8P.

If you can find the pinout for the headset/microphone for iPhone, that should work.

I got everthing work! The interface had hung and all is well. It's easy to dig for amateur RADIO (as seen on Ebay)

I mean that it would get more details about the failure.
If the question seems too much on the external display, a graphics card might be faulty.
If the external monitor is fine, the problem is only to s for laptop screen.

Tecra M4 - MIC will not work correctly when it is used by the language bar

I just bought a tablet PC - Tecra M4, but trying to dictate to MS office 03 using the microphone. Alas, when the training of speech MS Assistant it works at first but then the program stop recognizing the word and does not continue.

In the case of MS office, I also turn on the microphone and try to dictate to the program, the small bar recognizes sound and moves high downstairs, where I'm talking to you, but the program does not insert the words I want to say. I don t think that there is something wrong with the laptop. As you said the microphone works with other programs. In this case there must be something wrong with the software or the use.

When I use SDO_INSIDE to find the 8 million points inside 30 000 polygons of postal code, I get the expected results, with the exception of 10 items that are duplicated in the results of each point being assigned to two different zip codes.

When I change the where clause to use only 10 points in question, then SDO_INSIDE will return the correct results.

Tables of point and polygon validates without errors. Does anyone have an explanation for this behavior?

This is because the two motions are different. For example, the

NB100: Line-In/Mic-In - how to pass from one to the other?

Hi everyone - lists of specifications more list entry on the NB100 as an audio Mic-In/Line-In, but I can't find an option to go to the line.
I would like to be able to record audio with an external preamplifier, therefore the Line-In input, would be really useful.

Is it just the input that is activated when enabling/disabling gain/sensitivity between Mic-In/Line-In?

The Mic-In volume would be the same as the change of Line-In?

Any ideas?

In your case you should take a look in the user manual.
The user manual says that this laptop supports and taken headphone and Microphone jack.

The mic jack is a standard 3.5 mm jack, and it allows the connection of a microphone or the other device to an audio input.
This means that you do not need to change anything. Simply plug the connector of right to take.

Mic line Audio/socket socket?

I was told that it should be possible with the A60 for Audio Line In via the microphone jack, it is just a case of changing the settings in the speech properties in Control Panel. The help file, said that it should be possible also. I tried several ways to change the mic jack into the Audio Line In, but without success.

Do you know of a way around this problem?

I'm a bit confused with your explanation. Can you please describe what you want to do exactly? Are what you tried to connect an external audio source to your device (CD player or something like that)?

This is the very interesting theme and can you explain what did you already tried and you have changed the settings. AFAIK in control of Volume under Options you can select properties and under record there is a list where you can select what volume can be shown and there may be mute option is disabled.
