  I just upgraded from Pages 09 to 5.6 Pages. Pages 09, if I did drag a color from the menu of color on a text box, it might change the color of the text. 5.6 pages this action changes the fill of the text box, not the color of the text.   Force the behavior of Pages ' 09 v5.6? Absolutely not.

  Pages ' 09 and v5 are entirely different applications and not surprisingly, they work differently also. In the Pages v5, fill, text and a text box border color come from different parts of the application, not a central color palette.

  Work on an online application. Downloaded on my HDD and fill me in the blanks using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. Typewriter in general but I want to use a text box to a large area of lots of hits. How to remove the Red edge "BOLD"?

  You can view the properties bar by pressing Ctrl + E. Then select the text box, and you should see where you can change the color of the border or remove by setting the border to nothing.

  How to change the font size of text by default and color in format Adobe Acrobat, DC area?  Adobe has just updated Acrobat and before the update when I made a text box the police was red and 12pt which is what I want, now after the update default black color and 10pt.  I can change the size and color in the properties, but I don't want to do that for each text box, I create.  By right-clicking in the empty space inside a text box, I can bring up a menu that said 'do the default value of the current properties', but which applies that to the border of the text box not the police, if anyone has any suggestions that would be great.

• Placement of Widget Presentation buggy in a text box (WYSWYG).

  Do you remember 'what you see, what you get? It is in this case.

  I wrote just one page with a few text boxes. In each box there is a wigget of presentation made available online at the first paragraph.

  First of all, I intend to place the widget presentation near the right border of the text box, with the text around it. In design mode, everything is fine (that I see). But, as I go to display mode, the widget appears outside the text box to the right (this is what I get). It's the same I get when the publication.

  
  

  Then I tried to change the position of the widget, from right to left, place near the right border of the text box. Once again, in Design view, all right. But in view mode, in the wall as the publication, the widget appears in the desired position, but on the text, instead of having the text around the widget.

  I guess it would be the best way to make it fixed. I do it immediately.

  Meanwhile, I found somehow to alleviate the problem. I placed the widget from presentation inside a rectangle and grouped. Now, I can put this group in the text and set it up as it should. I just published.

  A little more work to do. But I still think that there is a big bug. Made me loose several hours!

• cant' print text boxes

  I added text boxes by using the function of "Fill & Sign" but now when I print the text boxes aren't there.  Even though I changed the border and text in one of the Red to black, that he doesn't always have to print.  I would be grateful all experience that someone had to do this work.  Thank you.

  Please select the Document and margins to the title of the comments and forms in the print dialog box. It is just above the Preview Panel.

• Trying to fill the text box on Acrobat Pro but the program recovers not color.

  Some of the PDF files I am trying to use are pictures which may not get picked up by Acrobat Pro text recognition. I am trying to use the tool text box to fill the area with a color, but the fill feature does not work.  When I try to useu nder properties the fill feature is a white box with a diagonal red line through it.  However, I am able to use the feature of color of border under properties.   Is there a way to fix this?

• Text boxes have gone white! Problem of formatting or glitch?

  We use InDesign on the same computer for years, and today (while establishing a print publication), text boxes went white. The text was not deleted, just inaccessible and invisible. The only way that the text could become visible was messing with the formatting - change column number, increasing the border spacing, etc. - and even then it would not completely work. Is it a formatting problem or a bug in the program? We have already done basic troubleshooting (restarting the computer, modify files, etc.). I would like to know why this happened, so we could avoid any incident in the future.

  I have a real problem to identify ways to format a single word in a text border box.

  I created a symbol with a text box called initialText. I then placed the following code in compositionReady on the stage:

  Yes. I guess that your text is placed somewhere in the main timeline or in a symbol. If you are not sure of the way, when you are in compositionReady of the timeline on the side, you can use the code window to add your code.

  Chose / editing text and the forest down to the text name and double-click it. Will add the code text where you are (compostionReady of the chronology of the coast or where you are.) See the example below:

  Projects that I am working, I scan in all copies of documents I acquire and add at the bottom of the first page of the relevant information, that is, the source of recordings, volume, and page, using the tool text box (or typewriter).

  In earlier versions of Acrobat, I could choose a font style once and it has carried over to any subsequent document, I proceeded. In Acrobat Pro XI, it always happens as Minion Pro and I need to change in Arial Black every time. Is there a way to define Arial Black as the default choice for the text box?

  I came across a work-around for this for Acrobat Pro XI.  It is a process in two steps and a little heavy, but it works.

  First, go and add your text box and everything what you need text.  After having done that, select all the text, then bring up a bar of properties of the text box text by placing your cursor in the toolbar area and select 'Properties Bar' top of the page, right click or simply press Ctrl + E.  The properties of the text box bar will appear (floating, but not all the time).  Let the selected text, and then change the font properties to what you need.

  Secondly, deselect the text, select the border of the text box, make a right click and then select "Make current properties default" in the pop-up window.  FYI, the property bar to the box text will be changed from a floating real estate bar at this time, so if you need to make more detailed changes, simply close the bar and back to Ctrl + E to call upwards and make other changes.
