The Adobe CC Installer failed to initialize [windows OS]

I'm trying to install Adobe Dreamweaver CC, but during the initialization of the installer who I am facing problem.

It's the installer:

Try the steps below

Press and hold the on your keyboard windows key and press R key.

Open Run widnow %APPDATA%\microsoft\windows\sendto and go to the Local > Adobe

Delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE

Then navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe

Delete the files Adobe Application Manager and OOBE

Download and install Adobe Application Manager of

Adobe - Adobe Application Manager: for Windows: Adobe Application Manager: thank you

(before you perform the steps open Task Manager and make sure to put an end to all adobe background processes)

Then try to install
