  The simple answer is Yes, allows to observe an analogy, we have a bucket 5ltr is your CPU, you currently fill this bucket of 1ltr of water.  The bucket also represents your view Taskmanager, it shows average usage by 25%.

  You second question is more problematic, just adding a second processor can increase capacity by 50% but it will not diminish the use of the CPU by 50%, the OS and the applications that are installed on this machine should be aware of SMP.  This is true for physical and virtual environments.  More for a virtual environment, if your host is overcommited that the addition of a second vCPU could reduce performance for this person, because he's going to be challenge for 2 hearts free pCPU whenever it issues a statement to the operating system or an application that supports SMP.

  Hello!  Can anyone help me in this state of EtreCheck to understand what I need to do to improve performance with my MacBook Pro?  The computer is slow to respond after the computer starts.  Apps are also slow to load.  Once I have apps open, the speed is satisfactory.  It just seems to have the hiccups a lot just to get there.

  I think I know where banhien is trying to guide you. I'll explain his instructions in more detail below.
  
  1. make sure you are on the desktop view.
  2. double-click on the icon on your desktop that resembles your printer.
  3. under the section titled scan, you should see "Manage Scan to Computer".
  4. click on "Manage the Scan to Computer" and a window that's going to Enable.
  5. click on activate to activate computer scanning.
  
  If the icon is not on the desktop, or does not work, you may uninstall and reinstall the printer. If you need to do this, be sure to use the latest version of the software following the link. Hope this helps to clear things up a bit.

  I don't know if I am posting this in the right advice.  I had to do a reset on my Pavilion dv7 laptop, kept my personal files, but now I can't access the Internet.  It shows that I am connected to my wireless network, but I can't go to all the websites that I go into my browser.  I went to Device Manager and went to network adapters.  I can say that the driver works fine and I don't see the warnings or errors on other drivers in Device Manager.  I am at a loss of what to so any help would be appreciated.

  Here is a list of steps that solve common problems with wireless connectivity.

  First of all, we have a step by step guide to guide you through the process of diagnosis here:

  A second option is to try the following steps:
  Network power cycle:
  1. turn off your laptop.
  2. unplug the power to your router.
  3. disconnect the power to your modem.
  4. wait at least 45 seconds.
  5 reconnect the modem and wait for it to come back online.
  6 plug in the router and wait for it to come back online.
  7. turn on your laptop and test your connection.
  
  Turn off the power to the adapter:
  1. open Device Manager. (Win Key + R > type devmgmt.msc > OK)
  2. expand the network adapters.
  3. right click on the Ethernet adapter / wireless, and then click Properties.
  4. click on the power management tab.
  5 remove the check mark next to allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

  Test an Ethernet connection:

  I have a new laptop HP G70.  In the User Guide HP G70 on keyboards - C01540939.pdf, paragraph 3 using keyboards & pointing devices, Page 8 there is a note "the function of the keyboard that is active when the computer is turned off is restored when the computer turns on.   This does not work on my computer HP G70.  It always starts up the number Lock OFF.   How can I configure my computer to set the digit Lock ON when the computer starts?  I always use the number keypad and never use page up/down - button on top/bottom/right/lelt arrow.

  Also, how can I configure my computer to set the touch mouse on the computer OFF for the start.  I always use an external mouse.

  Any help would be appreciated.  It is a simple thing, but the present operation HP G70 is most annoying.

  your laptop EB series has a hidden partition, to access with the computer turned off simply press the [help] button, it should turn on the computer and start the backup partition.

  If it does not turn on the computer and the key to tap the [F10] a few times to the VAIO logo
  a screen indicating "Edit Boot Options"
  Just press enter and launch the tools

  Once the load of tools choose "C Drive Recovery" and all will be wiped clean back to the original factory image. You can even use data backup to backup all your files before you begin the Format.

  Once the device is returned to the original image once you're at the level of the windows desktop, press [help] to open VAIO Care and create a set of recovery software. all you need are 2 blank DVDs

Something happened somewhere in all this, the computer froze, so I tried to hit different buttons to see if I could get an answer, but nothing, so I cut. When I cut back on, I can't no longer to enter the BIOS. The usual HP screen comes up and says press ESC to enter on the start menu, and if I hit him in the first second coming he will take me to a black screen that has my computer on this subject record, starting with the processor type, processor speed, etc. (if I hit any button in a moment the computer hangs on the HP screen). This black screen is as far as I can go and the computer always crashes here, no matter what button I push, but it is said in the lower right corner of the activity for any button I pressed on, for example if I press F2 on the HP screen, it will go to the black screen with my characteristics and in the lower right It will read Diagnostics; If I am pressing F10, it will do as above but read the configuration.   seems that there is a corruption of the bios. First try to make BIOS clear CMOS.   I am trying to create a colortracker using the myRIO. The system is pan tilt servo with a webcam. The project works well and is able to follow and move with the desired color. However, in order to continue the project, I want to ensure the system with another device for the perception of depth and want to use the host computer for webcam and image processing and the myrio to get signals for the servos. The idea is to connect two webcams directly to the computer usb ports and keep the myRIO connected to everything does time i.e. no wifi. Can anyone guide me as to how I would go about sending signals constantly between the computer host and myRIO?
