  At this point, the only thing left that I could suggest is to buy a bluetooth USB dongle and see if it will work. When you install the dongle, do not use the cd to install the drivers, let Windows install the drivers. It sounds like this is similar to what we were looking for with the Toshiba Bluetooth radio but the dongle uses a different radio and they worked for Bluetooth hotsync on other 64 bit Vista systems.

• CC Illustrator crashes at the Promo start screen

  I installed the Mavericks and decided to upgrade to Illustrator CC. Have downloaded fine and when I went to start it opens on-screen promo presenting the new features like rounded corners and segment tool editing etc. When I click on the button "Done" Ai CC blocks. Nothing that I solve it. So I ran uninstall and re-installed and exactly the same thing happens every time.

  A few points of fact:

  -J' have no. PLUGINS installed for IA CC

  -J' I Ai CS5 installed (need this to access the ancient art in my archives which is format of Freehand drawing)

  -J' I have CS6 installed (because most of my customers aren't on IA CC yet)

  -CC Photoshop works very well

  -MUSE CC works very well

  I uninstalled Ai CC again and the last two days had a MAC IT specialist come and clean up my entire system to ensure that it is in perfect condition before I downloaded and tried to reinstall Ai CC. My system was not good too to listen since I installed Mountain Lion, everything works fine.

  I tried to reinstall Ai CC and exactly the same thing happened, it hangs at the screen of the promo. When I go and click on the "Finish" button the beach turns ball and breaks down the entire application. At every time without exception.

  CS6 AI works very well, no problems at all.

• Satellite L750 - Win7 freeze on the frequently start screen

  Hi, my L750 was having this gel on the problem starting frequently in the past few days (almost 2 / 3 times), he just stopped just before the logo windows would load. at first he would continue to run after, I moved the mouse or press a key, but today would not work these tricks.

  We don t know what you are doing with your laptop and what is the configuration of the OS, is not easy to say what can be the problem.

  If this problem occurs only a few days, try to start the operating system in safe mode and roll back the BONES of a few days using System Restore tool.

  I have a NB200 - 11L which has been sitting with an annoying problem for a while now.
  When I turn on the laptop it freezes at the "Toshiba - leading innovation" the BIOS boot screen and goes no further.

  I get the same problem with or without food
  I tried replacing the HARD drive but still no problem.
  With no DISC in the system, it attempts to boot from the network & also allows me to access the BIOS (currently version 1.20)

  Anyone else had problems like this & successful to solve?

  A few days ago, I saw the same problem on my Satellite A205 (American model) friends. After removing the HARD drive, I was able to enter the BIOS settings.

  I ve value BIOS settings by default, the HARD drive has been replaced by a new and now everything works perfectly.

  HARD drive was defective, and obviously the identification by BIOS HARD drive blocked throughout the system.

  I recommend you get the new HARD drive and do the same thing.

  Do a clean reinstall and remove the Firefox program folder before reinstalling a new copy of Firefox.

  If you are using ADF business components, just go to the VO on which is based the table and brand every attribute as "Editable when new" only.
