Hi Carolina,.
Was it a Dell engineer who has reinstalled Windows for you?
In any case, if this is a Dell machine, there will be that a license key joined the PC somewhere, usually on the back, but if it's a laptop, it'll be below.

Windows 7 Build 7600 not genuine after system reset
I recently had to do a complete reset of the system (reconstituted in State 'out of the box') on my HP laptop. The HP Installer went well and the home screen loaded correctly. However, in the lower right corner of the screen there is a message that says "Windows 7 Build 7600 don't authentic not» I ignored and installed a bunch of Windows updates (56 I think) and my computer restarted. When I did I had a reading of message something like "your copy of Windows 7 may be forged" and I was given the opportunity to either purchase a full version, enter a serial code, contact HP. I bought this laptop from Best Buy and they have already set everything so I did not initially install the operating system. They gave me four "restore disc" with her if. Is it likely that the fix is out there and I just need to run all them, do I have to contact HP, or y at - it somewhere I can find my serial code? Any help would be appreciated.

non-genuine windows version after Windows 10 unstallation
Hi all
I am angry! I decided to install Windows 10 recently and have experienced a problem after another until today - about 2 weeks after the upgrade, when in exasperation, I uninstalled it back to Windows 7. I won't begin to express the dissappointment that I feel at the moment. All I can say is that Windows 10 will have to wait until he has solved its problems first until I try another installation. It's so frustrating that, at this time, and after all the hype about the revolutionary product, Windows cannot work directly from the GET go properly without any problem.
I followed the method recommended and went ahead. After the reboot (x 2) with the upgrades and al, my Windows 7 screen has a message during playback on the low right: Windows 7, number 7601, this copy of Windows is not genuine. Translated: Windows 7, number 7601, this copy of Windows 7 is not genuine.
I have the original installation disc for my Windows 7 ultimate (copy of French) and I (later) install the relevant language pack. I was going to simply reinstall Windows 7 but stopped short in fear that I will lose all my files on my PC.
How can I do to get my version of Windows 7 recognized without losing any of my files I have. I don't have a separate drive to copy my files to and have not all disks to copy to.
I tried to look online for a solution, but have not found a solution that looks like mine. The closest I found showed me a process needing to delete a file from the System 32 directory called "slui '... I do not have this file.
Other solutions come from problems update not related to an uninstall of Windows 10.
Thank you in advance for your help.

I suggest that you run the diagnostic tool Microsoft Genuine Advantage in normal mode and copy and paste the results into a response for further analysis:

You need to enter the key of product again after you reset/refresh your pc?
Hello, I was wondering if you have re - enter product key windows 8 after reset or update the operating system
For both refresh and reset scenarios, If no information store state or activation activation is available, or if the activation store is unreadable, the activation status will not be preserved. The user must activate again once the operation is complete.
So, I would say, it depends on how much Windows 8 has been corrupted that force you to use either refresh or reset to 1st place.
If I have a chance I'll try to refresh and see what happens because I have an Image return and even if the discount asks me to activate I will just restore the image.

Hello
I have a PC desktop HPE-170 a current running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, which has been installed on the machine by the store where I bought it. It has been properly activated and has worked very well for 18 months or more.
The other day it decided to not start and a computer savvy friend corrected the problem by removing the RAM memory cards, clean the gold plated connectors and re - insert the. This fixes the problem and it started again.
Today I received a message on the computer of Microsoft saying "your copy of Windows is not genuine" and he invited me to "solve online. Well, click on the 'My Computer' icon showed me that windows was still active.
By clicking on the "solve Online" link took me to a validation page, where after she tried to validation, it says "The Validation failed" and advised me to buy another copy of Windows 7 HP for AUD $149. Gee, thanks, but no thanks Microsoft. I clicked on cancel and the non-genuine message has not yet reappeared.
I also found now that Windows Update doesn't work that way.
I rang MS that says that I need the Windows 7 Setup disk. When I said that I don't have one, they advised me to ring HP. I didn't have time to complete the phone call from HP, but I believe that HP wants me to reset the system to factory with them State guide me by phone.
I have a genuine copy of Windows, a product key, and it shows as activated. From what I understand the system think that I tried to put my copy of Windows 7 on a new computer or similar? I'm not sure.
Is it really difficult to get the system works just like before?
Thanks for the reply.
I'm afraid I don't understand your instructions. I think that you are a fair way waiting for me in the issues of tech savvy.

Download and update this driver seemed to do Windows Update includes itself.
I can now go here; realwww.microsoft.com/ /validate/ and he says: "Welcome to Windows".
I hope I now get no more fake messages on my OS Windows is non-genuine.
I'll see what happens tomorrow.
Last update 18/7: seems to be fixed, no more problems.

Windows has detected the presence of a feat of activation as evidenced by the presence of a table of slic of Dell on a HP computer. You need to install windows genuine. -
I have a Windows 7 64-bit system I bought a provider on the local computer for a long time with Windows installed.
I replaced my hard drives of 500 GB (mirrored RAID configuration) system with hard drives of 1 TB.
After replacing the readers, I also installed a set of Windows updates. We update failed. After you restart the computer, I ran Windows update again. It seemed that all upgrades completed.
HOWEVER, I now have the message "this computer is not running Genuine Windows". Windows Indexing is not running, send me problems in Outlook and elsewhere.
I saw discussions on the online forum on the problem "Not genuine" resulting from an update of Windows failed and resulting also to change the hard drive.
I led Activation (slui.exe 3) typed in the product key from the sticker on the computer and it activates OK but does not erase the message.
I clicked on pay online now and ran legitcheck.hta and my system has failed validation. The options are to buy or to perform a new installation of Windows.
I have a lot of programs installed on the computer, and I can't lose all configuration data and reinstall all programs. That would take several days and I would not have a system can be used in the meantime.
I ran the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool (1.9.0027.0) and have these results below.
There are a lot of files file mismatches and "tampered with". I believe that this is due to the update has failed.
I thought to manually rerun all updates that goes back to the date when first I struggled (about a month). However, I wasn't sure if this solves the problem or make worse it.
You can leave the data below what actions I need to take the next?
I am a independent and use this computer to work. I have backups of my data files, but it is many installed applications that I can't do without.

Mac or Windows and EXACTLY what version of the operating system?
Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause problems "weird."
Using a full account of computer administrator with read/write permission?
Software not valid https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/digital-certificate-revoked-aam.html
CS2, Acrobat 7 + Audition 3 (AND PREVIOUS) activation server has disappeared, then read below

.
You MUST use the special version and the serial number on the page, not your original drive or serial number
.
NOTE that CS2 will not install on a "modern" with an Intel Mac
When you install the special version of CS2 on a Win7 or Win8 or Win10 computer, you may need to right click on the program icon and select compatibility Windows XP in the popup of option
