  The user.js file is not there by default.
  It is present than if you or other software had created, so if you can't find it, then it's OK.
  Note that Windows hides file .js extension, probably, you see only a user with the type of JScript file.

  Details of the tabs in the application are stored in the file that stores the session information. When using CCleaner make sure that you do not allow him to erase Firefox sessions.

  To help you, you please provide additional information?

  • How is the printer connected (USB cable, ethernet or wireless)?
  • What operating system do you use?
  • All print jobs fail? If Yes and you are using a Windows operating system, please try printing HP and Scan Doctor for Windows.  HP printing and doctor Scan is a free utility (tool) that allows to quickly solve common printing, scanning and connectivity problems.

  Find the file using Windows search, if you remember any file name.

  If you can't find a file on your computer or you accidently modified or deleted a file, you can restore from a backup (if you are using the Windows backup utility) or you can try to restore it from a previous version. Previous versions are copies of files and folders that Windows automatically saves as part of a restore point. Previous versions are sometimes referred to as shadow copies.

  I'm back with yet another question.

  I've recently converted to Windows 7 from XP Pro and have had problems. This last is rather strange. It seems only to happen Monday a.m.. The shortcut icons disappear from the desktop. Today - Monday - they have waited until between 10 and 11:00 go AWOL, but have been known to leave earlier.

  I tried a few remedies offered online following (Yes, the 'Show icons' box is checked) and so far nothing seems to improve the situation.

  I am currently using Windows 7 Service Pack 1.

  I use the software on a Dell Optiplex 380 which has been upgraded to 2 GB of RAM - processor is an Intel Core 2 DUO 2.93 GHz - it is a 32-bit operating system.

  I managed to find a number (KB 2670504) on the Microsoft Web site. This document or software fix or anything that was to offer a solution to the problem, but I wasn't able to find it on the Web site.

  I can only say that I had no problems like this with the faithful XP software. It ran like a champ. But I guess time marches on.

  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  Method 1:

  Run the troubleshooter in the Windows Media Player library

  Method 2:
  It could be that the Windows media Player library is corrupted. I suggest you follow the steps mentioned below.

  Step 1:

  a. exit Windows Media Player.

  b. Click Start, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player and then click OK.

  c. Select all files in the folder and then click on Delete on the file menu.

  Note: You don't have to remove the folders that are in this folder.

  d. restart Windows Media Player.

  Note: Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.

  e. launch Windows Media Player and check.

  Step 2:

  If step 1 does not resolve the problem, disable the Windows Media Player database cache files. To do this, follow these steps:

  a. exit Windows Media Player.

  b. Click Start, type % LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft and then click OK.

  c. Select the Media Player folder, and then click on Delete on the file menu.

  d. restart Windows Media Player.

  Note: Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.

  Try the following steps:

  1. click on the Start button, type region and language in the search box and press ENTER.

  2. click on the tab keyboards and languages and then click Change keyboards.

  3. click on the language bar tab, deselect the hiddenoption, click apply, then select anchored in the task bar and click on apply again.

  4. click on the tab Advanced settings key , check the sequence of touch to each language and then click OK.
