  And the use of valid_node and invited_node is fairly lame to start. I always wondered why implemented oracle implementation in their layer of sqlnet at all, being the right place to do the filtering on the router ip.

  So now you must be wondering why a single instance - and no others - used it in the first place. The solution to your dilemma will depend on the answer to this question. It could be that for a particular instance of filtering IP was valid. However, the decision to do so at the level of the layer of tns was wrong, and then pass that instance to a host with other bodies which have different requirements only aggravated the original error.

  I built an esxi host 4 on a piece of the material I had to hang around, as you do!

  I'm eager to open ports in firewall on the host.  I can't tick all the ports incoming and outgoing, I need tab of safety profile VC client (configuration of the host), and then select Properties.  Also the esxcfg-firewall command is missing, even when I use a UMA VMware to place orders RCI to the host, there doesn't seem to be available.   ?:|

  On esx 3.5 or esx 4, I use the host configuration SecurityProfile tab, select Properties, click on the appropriate ports and in and facts. This feature seems to have moved/missing?

  Here are two additional methods you can try.

  1: Restart the computer by using a clean boot of the method

   

  When you start Microsoft Windows, other software may start with the operating system. These programs may include antivirus software and system programs that may interfere with the game. When you perform a clean restart procedure, you prevent these programs from starting automatically.

• Unable to ping the remote host IP address

  I have a home network with 2 desktop computers, printer, TV and BlueRay attached.  The PC is both XP and members of the same workgroup.  I can't get the connectivity between the PC 2.  With 1 PC, I ping successfully all connected devices, with the exception of 2 PC.  2 PC, I ping equipment successfully connected, including 1 PC...  I get the same information using a different router and a different network on 2 PC card.

  I tried the following steps of the Article 314067:

  1. check on two PC's TCP/IP configuration.  Result: good on both PCs.

  2. use the ping tool to test connectivity.

  • Ping the loopback address.  Result: good on both PC
  • Ping to the IP address of the local computer.  Result: good on both PC
  • Ping the IP address of the default gateway.  Result: good on both PCs.
  • Ping to the IP address of the remote host.  Result: bad on PC 1, good on PC 2
  • Ping other IP addresses on the network.  Result: good on both PCs.
  • Ping the host name of the other PC.  Result: bad on PC 1, good on PC 2

  If the ping command fails, the remote host may not be responding, or there may be a problem with the hardware of network between computers. To the rule

  on a remote host does not respond, use Ping again to a different remote host.

  If you cannot use Ping successfully at any time, verify the following configurations:

  Firewall such as Norton, McAfee etc can cause a loss of network connectivity, even when the network is correctly configured. Try disabling the firewall on both computers to see if the ping works.

  I am trying to connect to my localhost server if I can use my program of EasyPHP.  I tried connecting on Internet Explorer and Firefox but not able to connect to the local host. When I ran Windows diagnosis, I got this error message

  "localhost is not configured to establish a connection on port"World Wide Web Service (HTTP)"with this computer.  -What this means and how can I solve the problem? Could a firewall be the cause?
  I have mysql on my computer. When I ran today, he did let me get to my databases. When I used the root username, it not let me access it. • How to run customer and display on the same host server

  I know it's simple, no doubt, but I can't find the answer on the Internet. I am running BB 1.9i. Recently, I noticed that my server to display some of the customer was not run tests, as I expected. After some checking, I decided that it was because these customer scripts were not in the configuration of the server. My first inclination was to just add them. However, after a bit of research on the Internet, I have seen many people claiming that the client and the server must be kept in separate directories. So, I created another directory and my client config untarred it. I took care of bb-hosts was correct and then I tried to run runbb.sh in the client. He has already said a running process of Big Brother and abandoned.

  Could someone point out what step am I missing or a link to a web page that explains the procedure for configuring a client on the server to display?

  Hmmmm... only, you should be able to install archive of bbclient (at the same level as your bbserver). Copy the bb-hosts of your BB server and. / runbb.sh.

  You should only get this message "already running", if a client is already running (not the server).

• Replace the vCenter without redoing the vRanger connection configuration?

  Experimenting with the new device of VMware vCenter, I ran into a problem with vRanger connection.  I disconnected a host of our existing facility of vCenter and added successfully to the new VCSA.  I also added the new VCSA vRanger connection configuration.  vRanger connection sees the new vCenter, as well as the ESXi host on the new vCenter.

  The problem I see is that jobs do not now for the virtual machines on the host has moved.  I can see the jobs tab in my work, but when I try to run one of them, he fails almost instantly:

  Let me be clear. Now your ESX hosts are managed by VCSA, and this one has its own new database. In this case, all the stored in the configuration store object ID is invalid. I'm not familiar with VCSA yet, but if it works with VMware PowerCLI, you should be able to get new IDS and update InventoryNodeVirtualizationObjectId in the BackupTemplateTask table.

  Here is a PowerCLI procedure to get new VM ID. It works with regular, not sure of VCSA VC.

  We currently have an IP SLA related to the EEM scripts that work great to send syslog messages to alert purposes.  However, I would like for each router that sends a syslog to send its host name using wildcards instead of the specified host name.  I'm guessing some sort of filtering would do the trick, but I can't find any good documentation on this topic.  That's what I currently have:

• RV042 impossible to disable the DMZ Host

  All trying to configure my RV042, I "turned on" the DMZ host feature (under Configuration > DMZ Host) by entering the address LAN IP of one of our machines. I think now that I don't want to actually on. According to the help page (and also the manual), he says:

  "Enter the IP address of the network device you want to use as a host DMZ." Otherwise, enter a zero (0.0.0.0) to disable the DMZ host.

  Can someone point me in the direction of a useful Cisco document or explain it please? Ive been everywhere on Cisco's Web site and keep it going round in circles (its as if Cisco wants to sell me something; his tent like out of a Vegas casino without having spent the slots)

  Hello Paul,

  Parminder response is correct, this ACL is used to match the interesting traffic (which will be sent via encrypted VPN tunnel).

  You will need to classify the traffic originating from your end because it's the traffic that will be encrypted, in your ACL it (coming from the other site or customers) it is already encrypted and you'll decripted as soon as he arrive at your end.

• Cannot add host ESXi 5.5 to vCenter for a routed network - cannot communicate with the specified host

  I was wondering if anyone has come across this problem before, who could give advice how to fix them:

  Host of pre-production UCS ESXi migration of a Production vCenter on another network (routing in place)

  Can ping both directions successfully - from vCenter Prod to the host of the pre-production

  no firewall between the two.

  902 port is open on the host

  Host connects to the pre-production vCenter on the subnet even fine

  VCenter production can add different hosts on the same network end

  Even with the various guests of ESXi UCS.

  ESXi host was completely disconnected and removed from vCenter inherited before attempting to add. No dvswitch physical or virtual.

  Then try and add, enter the user name and password and get cannot communicate with the specified host.

  The solution to this. Used ESX host 5.5 3B (3248547) update that disables SSLv3. (Ref: VMware ESXi 5.5 updated Notes version 3B) one of the consequences of this is that older versions of vCenter (such as trying to move the host) can not add/connect host.

  Enable SSLv3 to spend (port 443) on the resolved host (virtuallyPeculiar: connection A ESXi 5.5 U3b host to vCenter with a lower Version A.)

  Note: should not enable SSLv3 to Port 902.

  3 guests, 3 in each and 7 1 TB SATA disks in each Enterprise SSD. Performance is very good.

  Boss questioned the addition of the two hosts more and obtaining some flash VSAN all. Is it possible

  Add 2 more guests, each with 3 enterprise SSD, SSD 7 and 14 1 TB SATA drives value and replace 7 the 1 TB SATA drives in 3 other guests with value SSD and that will get me two VSANS data warehouses? One with all and 1 flash which is a hybrid? Or do I need 3 new guests air conditioned and equipped with SSD to meet this demand?

  It is not possible to mix the hybrids and the groups of flash drives like this, I'm afraid.

  you will need to create a new cluster with new hosts all-flash.
