  Would have been easier if you did it before you create the slides (preferences, default values).

  For existing slides:

  • Activate the film
  • Use CTRL + A to select all slides
  • In the properties panel for 5 seconds change time

  BP budget approval, after that I click on New, can I add a button to the tab the line items so that when I click on this button, it reads all codes of cost in the cost journal and auto fill on the grid?

  You can create a new 'model' BP for this purpose. Line item type. Then add a line manually with a cost on each code. Then you can use the copy in your BP BA record consolidate the function to copy the line items to the new folder of BP (including all cost codes) into your folder of BA. That is to set up a model record once with all cost codes and then copy consolidate billing it to all lines new record of BA. would this work?

The Date and time remains static on the stamp when inserted and always reflect when the stamp was created and the name is always my name. I try to have the user name or the username inserted so that he who is the insertion of the postmark of the stamp automatically inserts their name and what day and time the stap is inserted. I can't get this dynamic stamp works like the default Adobe Acrobat Dynamic stamps. Can anyone help with this one. Thank you

  Have you created a page template for your stamp? Did name the template of the page correctly? It's the right format:

  #InternalStampName = display name of stamp

• Background image of a slide that appear in all the slides after and I can't remove it

  I am changing a course created with Captivate 5, Captivate 7 and for some reason any background image slide 35 appeared in all the slides after one and I can not remove. The most interesting thing is that when you look at the film slides, they are different (like the original) than on the workspace that contains the background image, I'm trying to delete (screenshot below).

  I am using Captivate 5 on XP.

  A question on the slides of question and the navigation between them.

  I have a slide menu with 6 chapters. Each of the chapters contain 3-4 slides. After each chapter, I have a question slide by a simple question about the chapter the user just visited.

  What I would like is that if the user answers correctly, he returned to the menu slide. If he or she responds badly, I would go to a saying to slide something like 'you answered incorrectly' and then go at the beginning of the same chapter. It would be even better if the user got another question when it will return to the issue once again.

  Then the same for the rest of the chapters. I already had a final quiz at the end, but I think that in this way with any questions after each chapter will be easier to use.

  Is it possible to orient the user based on the correct/incorrect answer to a question slide?

  What are the parameters of the Quiz? More specific: option then required. By resetting the failure levels, you now have a caption incorrect, right?

  And the quiz carried at least the menu slide, by inserting a button or click box, as Rod suggested at the beginning?

  BTW, if these questions are as simple as that (you may just created a sample) and one per chapter, I would have created question slides myself, not used the default question slides. This way you have full control and no mind as to the scope of quiz.

• Add a watermark to all the slides in a project

  I have a project with multiple slides already created. I would like to add an image as a watermark in the corner of each slide. I added it to the first slide and I thought when I clicked on the 'Apply to all' checkbox on the properties of the image screen that it spread to all the slides. But this does not happen. I selected 'apply to all' under the settings button.

  How can I add an image to all the slides in the exact same task?

  Apply to all applies settings to all objects of the same type.

  If you want your image to be displayed on all slides, double-click it, then click the Options tab. Click the display of the drop-down list, and then choose the rest of the project.

• Make a break all the slides on the last image

  Does anyone have a suggestion for all the slides to pause on the last frame of the slide? I know that I can put a button, but I don't want to put a new button on EACH page. I was hoping I could put a swf file in the first slide and make it work for all slides regardless of the number of images.
  
  I looked in the read variables, but none of them will tell me the number of images to a slide or a frame of a current slide.

  Thanks for the tip. The click box seems to work to pause the project at the end of the slide by putting it on pause until clicked by the user.

  We have an image used as a button that is hidden. All our slides have a button "Next" that must be pressed to continue to the next slide. However, when a user clicks on the image button that triggers somehow advance to the next slide.  We have already reviewed the timeline, actions for the next button and image buttons, but we cannot see what may be the cause.   You're showing a form in the screenshot button (but not the Actions tab, which is too bad. I do not understand the link to your first post, where you say that you use an image as a button, but this form button has a gradient background, not a picture fill? How to do this is explained in: transforming an Image in a button - Captivate blog

  ATTENTION: it happens that a form button is not disabled when hidden (it was the case for interactive objects up to a version, not sure that one). To be sure, it is really off, my practice is always to create a standard (shared) action which will first turn off the button and then hide it:

  Disable SB_one

  Hide SB_one

  Same thing to make it clickable again, showing only will not always do the trick, you will need:

  See the SB_one

  Select SB_one

  No examples of links here, but if there is a possibility, it could use form buttons. You can also create a hyperlink to a word or phrase, but not in the answers or questions ot other default items to a question slides, in containers of additional text.

  Wish I could find the time to blog again...

• Replay recording stopping at all the slides

  I use auto recording with version 5.5, and when the project is played it stops at each slide requireing me pless play. I did nothing at all ad spin as administrator on my machine.

  Hello

  When you registered, you probably saved Simulation assessment or training Simulation mode. In either of these modes, Captivate adds a box click object that makes pause playback of the slide master where you clicked. If you don't want to do, save again in demo mode, or configure the zones to click, so they don't break.

  Hi Alex

  Sorry, I think that it's all or nothing with regard to the menu. You wish by clicking project > skin-> surrounded by tab and allowing the top border. If you do this, the menu should go up in the new border area where it will not hide any part of the project.

  Is it possible to use a button on smart on a question slide form when you click on it that Captivate does not the key under the screen is a potential area of hotspot?

  Not at all, replied same question recently. The entire slide is considered as being clickable in this case, and since everything on a default question slide is on top of the stack, the entire slide will cover the shape button.

  If you want a question of access point where you control everything, do not use the issue of the default access point. You can easily create a question of access point with shapes like the clickable hotspots with the big advantage that the hotspots in this case need not be squares/rectangles.
