To remove songs and/or pictures that say they are only readme

OK, so I ran out of blank CDs and I was going to just copy and paste the music on a cd that was barely anything on it and the computer said I couldn't. then when I went to delete which was already about it the computer says that since it's a readme file only I couldn't remove how to cancel it?

It seems that "burn you" the Conference on disarmament, which is a standard/process functionality that blocks the content of the cd.

When a cd is "burned", the cd is no longer able to accept additional files/data, and makes it the only playable cd / read only.

There are two kinds of cd available in the store.

one of the types are 'CD - R' (read-only) and the other is "CD - RW" (read and write)

If you use CD - RW, then bypass/jump feature to "burn" the content.

In doing so, this type of CD remains open accepts files of the computer.

However, check your cd player/author to make sure that you can write and read CD - RW
