Toshiba PX1396U - 3T 01 stopped working recently

Good evening

I have a drive external hard (model above) who has recently stopped working. When trying to connect the hard drive of the computer hard drive flashes blue and does not allow access to content in files.

Any ideas what this could be?

Thank you

Hello

In my opinion, it could be a HARD drive maybe it's broken s malfunction
You can try to remove the HARD drive casing HARD drive and that can connect to the computer using an external HARD disk controller. Maybe it would work otherwise I put t see another option to access this HARD drive

  • Toshiba Flash Cards has stopped working...!

    HI :)

    My problem is:
When I start my laptop an error message pops up saying: "Toshiba Flash Cards has stopped working".

What is Toshiba Flash Cards? and what I will do with this error?

Also, is the utility of flash refers to the Fn key card in the keyboard? If it is, so the problem above will not let me use the usefulness of this key "Fn".

    Thank you: x

    Hello

Software Toshiba Flash Cards belongs to Toshiba value added package (VAP) and it controls the functionality of the FN button too.

If this service has stopped working so I recommend if you allow it.
For this you must have access to the services of Vista:
    -Go to the Start Menu
-In the white line (search) type services and press ENTER.
-Click on continue in the UAC prompt, (if it is necessary to provide the password for administrator approval)
-Search for Flash or PPV cards or similar
-Right click on the service if you want to disable or enable, and click Properties. You will find an option to enable or disable this service

    Also on this page:
    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/59910-services.html

But if this will not help you then need to reinstall the VAP.

  • What can I do this message-"Toshiba DVD Player has stopped working"

    Hello

My DVD drive used for good work... and then I installed iTunes.
He then worked for a while, but only by using "Run as Administrator".

After a few weeks I started getting the message "Toshiba DVD Player has stopped working".

I uninstalled iTunes - and uninstalled and then re-installed DVD player - but it still doesn't work!
    Any solution please?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Ms. Q_reeus

My solution is to remove a Toshiba DVD drive and install VLC player. You can get it for free.
It can play all video formats, and you don't need additional codecs.

  • Toshiba Service Station has stopped working

    Window will appear indicating
"Toshiba Service Station has stopped working"

It offers two choices: check online for a solution and close the program
    close the program

When you select check online nothing seems to happen... the move dashes indicating
something does occur briefly then nothing... .no window opening, no report,
and yet the information station continues to not work.

    What happens here?

    Problem event name: CLR20r3
    "signature 01: toshibaservicestation.exe"
    "" 02: 2.1.3516.17155
    ««03: 4 a 899406»»
    and so 9 signatures.

You know what, before starting to look for the solution and spent hours playing that I advise you to install the OS by using HARD drive recovery option. Reinstall the OS and check if everything is working well with the factory settings.

In the past, I did several times and immediately after the new installation, everything worked fine.

Who knows what you have done with your machine. All we has own way to configure and optimize the operating system to use. Maybe you have turned off something. Who knows? It is not easy to offer a concrete solution to this.
Reinstall the OS and verify functionality without changing anything. I am 100% on it will not work properly.

By the way: what model of laptop do you have?

  • Toshiba Disc Creator has stopped working Error Message

I have a Toshiba Satellite P305D-S8834 and tried to burn a CD using Toshiba Disc Creator v.2.0.1.3. But I kept getting an error message saying "Toshiba Disc Creator has stopped working." and could not properly burn a CD. Although I contacted Toshiba support, I couldn't not useful information. Advice would be appreciated.

Try to remove and reinstall Disc Creator. Install the latest version from the Toshiba site.

Also update the BIOS and make sure you use quality such as TDK DVD discs. Disks unnamed wear easy and use of dye at low cost.

Also try to remove the UpperFilters and LowerFilters:

  • Toshiba Service Station has stopped working - Satellite L500 PSLS0A

I have a Toshiba Satellite L500 PSLS0A-019002 with Windows 7 Home Premium pre-installed that I received as a gift from two months ago.

Apart from some do not like the weird and useless (to me) Windows Vista / 7 functions, the Office I get the error message "Toshiba Service Station has stopped working" who proceeds to find a solution, but apparently never find one because this situation repeats itself whenever I start.

On another thread in the forums of Toshiba, someone suggested to download the independent utility called Toshiba Service Station and put it back. I see no such utility listed on the page of downloads for my Toshiba model. Because I don't know what the Toshiba Service Station did (unless it goes by another name - Toshiba Bulletin Board perhaps?), I don't know what causes the error or how to fix.

Does anyone have a more accurate solution?

As the user above has said, you can remove it. It is not important utility and does not have a big problem in your system.

  • TOSHIBA Power Pack pack stopped working after 12 months

Can't believe Toshiba power pack stopped working 12 months and 20 days after purchase.
I bought the warranty 'extended', but it does not cover something external to the laptop.

The unit itself is fine, but the Accessories pack must be less than this model (I've never had this problem with other laptops work).

Cost was $ 110 to replace.

    Thanks Toshiba.

    Hello

I agree with you, it's too expensive to buy a new one for $110. But the time for power supply operation 12 months is normal

  • Graphic driver NVIDIA Geforce 6250 has stopped working recent 64 bit upgrade to Windows 7

I get the blue screen closed and once the system reboots I get the message that my graphics driver for Nvidia Geforce 6250 has stopped working.  It happened several times and I can't seem to find a solution.   The computer six years ago - AMD 64 x 2 and I recently installed Windows 7 XP.  and that's where the problem started.  I read somewhere that Nvidia is no updates for this graphics card.  Is this true?  Do I need a new card?  If I reinstall windows, as well as 32-bit which eliminates the problem.  Help me...

NVIDIA still has drivers for the 6250 - HERE-

I really don't think that you would however have the latest version.
As the card is only a DX9 compatible card, I'd go for the WHQL 197,45 drivers.
In addition you will still not be able to use the AERO interface because it requires a DX 10
    graphics card.
Then you get into a situation of having to possibly a new PSU, in function
    your choice of replacement.

Then we come to the amount of system RAM your machine has - perhaps not more than
2 GB DDR?  If not, the 32-bit Windows 7 is the best option, but honestly - XP uses very little RAM
compared to Win7 and is better with 2 GB of RAM or less, especially if you play
    all of the games.

  • Record for computer Toshiba laptop stopped working

    Hello

I did a format for my camera and he got on the factory mode. Before that, I did an inscription to my pc now, after it has been formatted, it gives me this message at startup "Toshiba note book recording stopped working win will find the solution".
I don't know what to do to stop this message.
Give me a solution to stop it without affecting on registration of the product in the company of Toshiba.

If you already have registration and registration has been performed correctly, there is no reason to panic. After the installation of own recovery you will be always asked the same again and again.
Just ignore this option and use your laptop.

A question: do you see this message every time that you start your laptop?

When it starts I received a "R6025 - pure virtual function call" error, and then microsoft alert that Toshiba Flash Cards software stopped working

I use Windows Vista Business 32 bit OS and I downloaded the new version of the software Toshiba Flash Cards (v.2.00.05), but this does not solve the problem.

    If someone could help?

    Hello

It seems that this error is known for support of Microsoft people, and so they have published an article in the knowledge base.
This error is also displayed if you run the Microsoft Money software.

Please, try the steps outlined here:

    I would recommend this as:

    3. at the command prompt, type the following lines one at a time and then press ENTER after each line:

  • Toshiba Service Station & cfFncEnabler has stopped working

From the start I get 2 error messages.

Firstly said that Toshiba Service Station has stopped working and then cfFncEnabler stopped working. Windows looking for a solution and will notify you when a is found.

    Close the program.

Any ideas as to why and what can I do about these?

    Hello

Hmmm maybe there is something wrong with both applications
In such cases, it s always advisable to reinstall applications recommend

The Toshiba Service Station is a stand-alone application and can be downloaded from the Toshiba driver page
The cfFncEnabler seems to be a program that controls the FN keys.
So, you will need to reinstall the tools that control the FN keys

As far as I know this is a utility of Toshiba Flash Cards and VAP.

    Hello!

Did you remove the old VAP first before installing the VAP?
Remove the old VAP, restart the computer and then install the new VAP.

Did you install the laptop with the Toshiba recovery disc or disc of Microsoft?
