Trial software, but have a paid subscription?
I saw similar posts, but none of the answers have worked for me. I tried the update, the signing in and out, closing and restarting programs without result.
I'm on a Mac using El Capitan 10.11.3. Basically, I had a subscription across the CC suite (student) and he said: I am currently using the trial version or it has expired (according to programme). But I have to pay the subscription, it shows on my adobe account and my bank statements. As I said above, I tried logging in and out of the account both within individual software as well as the Manager of CC. Many suggest through the bar help to disable, then the software license but I can't seem to find these steps or they do nothing.

Make sure that you install products on a new computer, rather than transfer, copy, or restore them.
If you open an application that belongs to your creative cloud membership (CS6 or LR6) and you see a message indicating that you are running a trial. See this link: why app launch in trial mode/creating cloud app unexpectedly returns to the mode of trial?
If you updated to Creative Cloud 2015 and some or all of your CC applications show 'trial start or buy now' in the desktop app creative cloud, or if you launch any product of CC 2015 and the pop up displays a test message window, please check this link for the resolution:

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

I checked your account using the email address you use here in the forums, but I don't see any order history. May register with a different email address? Or you sign up via the player mobile app for iOS or Android? If you got your subscription via an in-app purchase, Adobe wouldn't have the time of your order. And, you should contact the app store, if there is a problem with your subscription.

An Acrobat.com account is free! You can register here: https://cloud.acrobat.com. (Other services online Acrobat.com to create and export of files PDF - but they are completely optional).
Just make sure that you also get the free software Adobe Reader app on your iPad.

Creative Cloud 2014 Says trial is when we have a paid subscription
We have a paid for subscription CC teams here, but I can't get CC 2014 apps to work on my Mac. He said that the trial is in place, and when I try to click on "software license" it asks for a key. I tried all the fixes I could find, logging and the back, by checking the hosts, verification of certificates. Everything is fully updated, and old CC applications work without problem. What is the problem?
Resolved, the person in the chat session has determined that the problem was that I was connecting CC with credentials of the team leader. It makes sense that it would not allow me to update because it doesn't have a license assigned to his email. After that I logged in CC under my email, everything worked perfectly. Ugh, something so stupid. I've been dealing with this since CC 2014 is released.

You don't have to pay to use a trial application nor will you be charged for it. It is free of cost and essentially for you try the app before you buy it.
Although you cannot use an application for more than 30 days trial.

Charge the battery and not work
A big limitacion I note is when you load your flash drive, you can not use it. When you see the film and battery, you can't see the rest of the movie, you have to wait to load. At least 2 hours. Big mistake. Any suggesttion?
