Trial software, but have a paid subscription?

I saw similar posts, but none of the answers have worked for me. I tried the update, the signing in and out, closing and restarting programs without result.

I'm on a Mac using El Capitan 10.11.3. Basically, I had a subscription across the CC suite (student) and he said: I am currently using the trial version or it has expired (according to programme). But I have to pay the subscription, it shows on my adobe account and my bank statements. As I said above, I tried logging in and out of the account both within individual software as well as the Manager of CC. Many suggest through the bar help to disable, then the software license but I can't seem to find these steps or they do nothing.
