  I am trying to build a webworks application that supports video playback to the MP4 format (possibly with a fallback to FLV). The video tag works in the emulator of waving (on chrome).

  On the device (the two BB10 Z - Dev B and Alpha Q BB10) video display appears, and playback video, the video disappears. The audio continues the game, but there is no video is visible. When you press the previous button in the action bar, sometimes the video reappears and plays well.

  in any case, I understood the question using web Inspector. The video tries to go full screen when played and hides behind the page. I put it to play online to now use "webkit-playsinline" on the video tag.

  I think it's just a few CSS (I suspect the z-index of the bb to the screen), but I'll get to it later.

  As of late my computer was irritating me.

  When I go to play videos, or sometimes when I listen to music, the computer screen everything will freeze and (sometimes) it sounds like something of a transformer movie.

  I noticed it only freezes up when I play games on my computer. Games on the internet [like on Facebook] can make freeze however.

  When you play certain games, videos (720 p - quality) and sometimes videos from sites (like youtube) after a few minutes of play, sometimes the image on the screen freezes / frame rate cuts, and I can hear a crackling sound (similar to the noise when you plug the headphones) in the speakers.
  It takes a few seconds, 2 to 5 seconds depending on whether or not I stop the movie or I pause the game.

  Someone had this problem? And is there a solution for this or for a reason? (I thought it was because of Windows, but I have recently re-installed and same problem appeared).

  I see no mention of rate constant or variable in the documents of the camera (only 30/60 NTSC or PAL 25/50).

  You seem to have 1280 x 720 @ 29,412 progressive frames per second (variable frequency), presenting as AVCHD.mov. And apparently you transfer the recording to the camera as the video compression AVCHD (MPEG4 AVC/H.264).mov, not a "MPEG" such as MPEG2 video compression...

  Variable rate in first Elements = always no problem. I have the iPod video and iPhone 5 (with variable rate) and any import problems (audio out of sync or other), edition, exported from Premiere Elements set the correct project presets and work with content timeline made. There are some who have problems. For them, the answer is borrow the video in software to change the variable in a constant rate.

  Hello. In the case where someone comes across it because they have the same or similar problem I found the solution. It turns out, somehow, that the volume of my microphone had been wound up to the maximum. Because Skype reduces the audio signal entering when you make noise, the person I was calling I couldn't hear because I was broadcasting involuntarily every tiny noise. This interrupts my incoming audio. For some reason I have the microphone picks up a ridiculous level of background noise. Only, I discovered this after a test of back to back with my mother's laptop. To stop the problem I just wrapped up my microphone volume down in audio on Skype settings until there no sign up tapping or other noises. So I send you not now sounds that would hurt my incoming audio. It also explains how the Lady I was calling could still hear me fine and the quality of the video never abandoned, but the audio signal coming at my end was.
