Unable to access markets creative cloud
Today, while trying to access the market from adobe, I got a notification that I have to upgrade to the Complete CC. I logged into my account and is to show that I have a free subscription and therefore limited access and tools. I had to pay $50 + each month for not being able to access parts of the penal code which makes it more advantageous than buying pure and simple programs. For large companies, this can be a drop in the bucket, but as a single company designer with a very small customer base that it's a good bit of money to be shelling out and still not be able to use the assets added to the penal code.
Are you sure you are using good Adobe Id to connect with creative cloud? Please share the order # and email address in a private message so that we can help you properly.

You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

I really need this question an answer as soon as possible. I have a due lesson. I just signed up for the monthly student and teacher, and I'm unable to download the creative cloud and other programs. The address bar is just sitting there. I use AOL as my browser. Help, please.

Unable to connect to Creative Cloud Download Manager. "Unknown Server error".

Unable to sign in creative cloud
I googled this problem and based a lot of discussions about this, but none of the solutions have worked.
When I try to connect to CC I get the following error:
This computer belongs to a network, but other computers on the network can use the software very well. The computer next to me works fine...
According to the PDApp.log, it seems that this computer will not simply choose information from the proxy server on the computer.

Any ideas?
I managed to find a solution to this problem.
(1) remove the OOBE folder located at c:\users\"user"\AppData\Local\Adobe
(2) on the page in Internet Explorer LAN settings, I had to uncheck "automatically detect connection settings. Information about our Proxy has already filled below that.
Once this file has been deleted, and this option is unchecked, I was able to sign creative cloud and download applications.

Having trouble accessing the creative cloud for download it and other applications
I use Safari v9.1.1 on an iMac with v10.11.5 El Capitan.
I tried every way I can see to get the links to download creative cloud or one of the applications with it (I have the number of members all apps) and whenever I click on a download link, it transfers me to the link to download, but then it just sits there. No spinning icon, no "Please wait", no message 'Download now', just a blank in my browser screen and nothing happens (see below - it is just on this screen forever). I just visited this site on my Windows laptop and accesses all what I needed, he does everything just not on my Mac. I can not even the desktop app creative cloud download so that I can try from here. It has been super frustrating for the last two hours.
Any suggestions?
Make sure that you are logged on the Adobe site, having cookies enabled, clearing your cookie cache. If he continues to not try to use a different browser.
Try disabling Norton as he seems to be to secure your machine and can prevent the download.

My Admin gave my a Cloud Creative License and I had to create this account to have access to it. When attempting to activate the license creative Cloud, I get an error message aking me to put end to all current subscription. Any clue?

Unable to connect to Creative cloud on a single computer
When I try to open the creative application of cloud on my computer it says "you have been disconnected. Please sign in to continue.
I sign and after a few fire-wind, I get the same message.
Thus, none of my apps CC works. I am told that I am using a trial version or in the case of Acrobat "your trial period has expired." I am up-to-date on my account when I have dims to verify my account. My Mac seems to work, but the Win 7 computer keeps giving me this message. It starts tonight only. Acrobat cc will not be activated after registration
