  I did a lot of research with little or no success on this issue. I use the latest version of Mozilla Thunderbird and works fine on my Windows XP machine. I'm currently running Vista Ultimate. Acrobat version is 9.1.1 [after the recent update]. I already did the basic troubleshooting (i.e. set Thunderbird as default email client in Vista) and Thunderbird.

  Acrobat is the only program that I have problems with in this regard. All the other programs I recognizes Thunderbird as default. I did a registry cleaning w / complete uninstallation is completed, restart, re - install and update with still no light at the end of the tunnel.

  Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated... Adobe have a "default mail Client" install program? I don't see all the settings under the 'Préférences' tab in Acrobat.

  I found a way to make it work. It boils down to set Thunderbird as default in a well precise-even if you're already thinking that it is the default, it won't work that way. I use Windows 7 Professional and Acrobat 9.0 Pro.

  Here "how: start > Default Programs > set access and computer program defaults > Custom (expand this) > choose a default e-mail program"

  Then click on "Thunderbird". -"Use my current e-mail program" won't do it, even if Thunderbird is already your default.

  I can now email my PDFs in Acrobat.

  Have you ran the Windows troubleshooting tool?

  Did you run the Internet functionality and security in HP Support Assistant ?

  I'm having a problem with BlackBerry link 1.1.1.26.  I installed, removed and reinstalled several times and have not been able to find a solution.  Once the link is installed and I have running, click on the "Sign In" button and then showed up with an error message saying "unable to connect to your BlackBerry ID."  Confirm you are connected to the Internet and try again "(Win 8 64-bit) office is certainly connected to the internet, using for this post as we speak.  Configuration of simple network DSL modem, router and wi - fi, no firewall company or related issues.  I tried to disable the firewall, and windows defender, reboot and nothing seems to work.  Once I had it connect after a new installation, but the next time I loaded, he was presented with the same error.  Does anyone have any ideas or patches?  Get very frustrating and want out of the file sharing facility.

  I was able to get the link to work yesterday by doing a complete uninstall of the BB and BB Desktop Manager link.  Restart, running a registry cleaner, by restarting again and do a new installation of link BB.  It now seems to work.  I tried a few times and after several reboots it always seems to work.

  Yes, I had checked before the windows firewall State, and there has been exceptions for active link.  I also tried turning off the firewall completely and windows defender, but which had not worked.

  I have a BB 9790 (os: 7.1.0 Bundle 2039) sim-free on O2 to the United Kingdom.

  I made the mistake of updating BBM on 27 Nov (I can't tell you the new version because I can't access it).

  When I tried to access BBM, I was told that I had to updated BlackBerry ID, I did.

  I can connect is BlackBerry ID via BBM, BlackBerry World or Options/device/BlackBerry ID.

  I enter my email address and password, and (finally) arrive:

  I've traveled (on PC) at blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/home

  and managed to log in fine. I have confirmed my BlackBerry ID via an email confirmation without problem.

  BlackBerry ID reflects my new 'security question '.

  I rebooted (battery outgoing/incoming) and which did not help.

  It is excellent that BBM works now on IOS and Android, how about you now run on BlackBerry?

  Thanks for your help and advice, I am now in place and running with BlackBerry ID connected.

  Yesterday, I contacted O2 support and they talked me through re-registration my BB with the O2 network.

  This is me did not help with connection BlackBerry ID but actually disabled my e-mail account on the BB.

  Now, with little or coward, I made a new backup of the BB and made security wipe (if it did not help I was)

  intend to return to my sleep bb 8900).

  But it worked, connected to the BlackBerry ID on my first attempt. BBM and email re-setup

  and backup restored on my phone.

  As I do not know exactly what was wrong with my BB in the first place I could not 100% recommend

  Security wipe as the solution for everyone, but it worked for me.

  I can't connect to the Apple ID (iCloud, Appstore...) after upgrade in ElCapitan 10.11.5

  About 3 weeks ago I improve my OS in ElCapitan as there was a signal of the Appstore upgrade.

  The download process and the installation was successful, but stuck on 'prepare your mac' session. It took about 2 hours, with cursor processing... Then I closed (push the power button on the keyboard) and turn.

  My Mac can work and in "about this Mac" already made it known that the OS is ElCapitan 10.11.5.

  But unfortunately, since then, I can't sign my Apple ID in the Mac (I use several apple 'iphone', 'ipad' products and my apple ID still works)

  

  I came to the nearby authorized Apple service, they don't have that one solution to re - install my Mac and I have to pay

  Since the update seems stuck, it can not been installed properly on your system. The next step, I would recommend that you reinstall OS X from recovery using the steps here:

  1. Turn on your Mac.
  2. As soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down the command and R on your keyboard.

  4. If you are prompted, select a Wi - Fi network, or connect your Mac to the Internet via an Ethernet cable.
  5. After that the recovery menu will appear, select the option to install OS X.
  6. Follow the prompts on the screen to select your destination drive and install OS X.

  Once this process is complete, try to sign in with your Apple ID using multiple services to see if the problem has been resolved.
