  2. Reset the default preferences.

  Aagh, forget it.  I didn't have the Acrobat apparently - she has not installed correctly.  Got it installed, and the fine print PDF.

  Thanks for posting. If you uninstall the Dell printer software then you will very probably be able to install it on the HP mini if you perform the activation of the phone. However, you can not install on two computers at the same time.

  You can access advanced startup options? Follow these steps:

  Hello. When you get audio through the correct helmet but none through speakers, and reinstall the audio driver does not correct (relocation restores the default configuration and resolve any configuration problem), then it is a hardware failure and you need to contact Technical Support.

  There are 3 problems that can expose your symptoms - the speakers are disconnect, failure, or impedance detection mechanism in the headphone jack fails. If you are interested in trying to cut down you can run the tests in ePSA.

  1. reboot the computer.
  2. immediately at the Dell logo screen, start typing the key until the start time menu appears (if the computer starts Windows shut down the computer and try again).
  3. in the start time menu, press the arrow of to highlight Diagnostics, PSA + or Enter ePSA, then press to start the PSA.
  Look for a "Make Quick Check" Audio button on the lower side right of the screen of the main menu of ePSA. Press the button and check if you can hear sound from the speakers.
