Unable to reisntall creative cloud

I pay for creative cloud, but it won't work. I tried to uninstall. But know that I can't get it back. His only say that some cells are missing. I'm not skr intressting 525 free if it does not work.

  • Unable to synchronize creative cloud

    Hello

    My creative cloud said it is "Impossible to synchronize XYZ". I don't have any XYZ folder and when I click to 'View on the Creativecloud.com' the browser gets me in the 'Archives' folder on the Web site that is empty. How can I solve this problem?

    This morning, I tried to log into my creative cloud, but it simply doesn't. I have the login page, enter my details (even changed my password in case I forgot) but then I get the page saying "You have been disconnected" plus a button of 'connection '. I click on the button and I'm back on the login page.

    Any ideas?

  • Unable to renew creative Cloud

    Guys,

    I have been using Adobe CC for a few months. It was only a month ago, when I received a notification that I need to renew and update my payment information. When I followed the instructions on this page: survivor or restart your creative cloud membership , I noticed that I don't have the button "Edit payment details. I wonder if it's just me who are facing this problem. Hit me up guys on the suggestions.

    I need a quick fix because I on the project of course to do.

  • Unable to buy creative cloud online?

    I tried to buy the student/teacher edition online creative cloud but it sounds just to say payment is bought and never crosses. My credit card is very good and I bought products with them before. Is there a way I can talk to a sale separately from adobe repressentative or conact. I think it is fustrating that I can't communicate with anyone.

  • Error 1002 when installing the desktop creative cloud application

    I too am a very frustrated Adobe user. I use a Macbook Pro with 10.10.5 as the operating system.

    My problem is the same that many other people, I am unable to upgrade Creative Cloud Desktop to the 3.8.0310 version and still get error 1002 to the 2% mark. I have tried virtually all the "stuff" in the book, those recommended by Adobe and those blogs, and nothing works. I have even directly connected to my internet provider, without going through my wi - fi modem and using their connection broadband.

    Up to what Adobe ceased to provide Direct download links, I was able to update my software. My problem has always been that Creative Cloud Desktop will put not to date to the next version, and what happened on my first Mac as well. If Adobe wants to stop direct links, so why can he not at least make sure that the application works 100% of the time for 100% of its loyal customers. You are deflected us Adobe with your policies, especially now that many people use other software that may not be as powerful as Adobe programs, but at least they are reliable.

    Pleiades_k that you have received error messages when you perform the steps mentioned above?  He was facing difficulties to locate the OOBE folder?

    I would recommend that you run the utility for uninstalling desktop available creative cloud application during the uninstall of the desktop Adobe Creative cloud application , and then try to reinstall the updated version.

    Normally you just open the creative Cloud desktop application and click on the blue button on the update.

    I am unable to download creative cloud. I tried several times but I got a message saying download failed. Downloaded to a colleague for me but now I can't install it. I had three error messages:

    Anyone has any ideas on what could go wrong? I called tech support a couple of times, but they are unable to understand what I'm saying. I have lost hours on the phone with them and got no help at all. It's so frustrating that a company may charge you for a product that you can not use and then offer no help in setting up.

    I already have CS6 installed on my laptop.  I use a Macbook Pro version 10.9.5

    Really grateful for any help.

    I was unable to buy creative cloud for SA via Adobe students directly or by the SA retailer so I bought at B & H in the United States. Now it does not load because of the wrong region. Help, please

    I am afraid that we do not have a program of education for South Africa.  You can buy a regular subscription via adobe.com.

  • Cannot start the Creative Cloud sync on Mac OSX

    Hello

    I am unable to start Creative Cloud synchronization of file under Mac OSX 10.9.3. By clicking on 'Start Sync' in the screenshot below causes the creative dialog box clouds white Flash and then the page "Start syncing" appears again.

    By clicking on the new button and it seems a whir in life (see below), but after some time looks like it times out and goes back to the screen "Start Sync". I restarted the creative cloud app, the relaunch finder, changed the target synchronization and rebooted the computer location. Still the same problem.

    I hope someone can help. I bought an add on for Lightroom and you want to use the feature to synchronize to install - as well as the activation of file synchronization.

    Creative cloud opened this morning and was invited to the connection information. Address regular mail and password but it will not connect me, several times to give me the message below. Same e-mail address and work of password to connect to Adobe.com is not my credentials. In addition, my apps open directly if at least I can still work on projects. Any ideas out there?

    I guess you meant the links when you open photoshop CC. I tested all four videos of the 23 min tutorial and they all played fine. If something between you and adobe does not work correctly.

    • Check that your firewall is blocking the net. Try to access youtube videos and see if they play very well
    • Go to the adobe tv site and try to play one of the videos here. Adobe TV
    • If youtube plays very well and adobe tv does not work, next is to check if you have flash installed. Some videos require flash, others are html 5. Sorry that I could not confirm what player has been used for this tutorial. I think that html 5 but not sure.
    • Next is to look at the properties of your browser and check multimedia settings are not disabled if it y in a. (this is totally dependent on the browser)

    If none of this helps, let us know.

    When I try to connect to CC I get the following error:

    Any ideas?

    I managed to find a solution to this problem.

    (1) remove the OOBE folder located at c:\users\"user"\AppData\Local\Adobe

    (2) on the page in Internet Explorer LAN settings, I had to uncheck "automatically detect connection settings. Information about our Proxy has already filled below that.

    Once this file has been deleted, and this option is unchecked, I was able to sign creative cloud and download applications.
