Update blackBerry Smartphones Cant install
Hello
Im trying to install a soft update on my BB 9360 apollo 7.0 Bundle 1680 (v7.0.0.353) for T-mobile, OS 7.1.0.861
I removed the vendor file and I do all the steps in the doghouse but it does not even 1 second to install then it shows this
And then nothing happens.
Any idea?
OK... so try this please...
(1) uninstall, since your PC, any software of BB (BB OS packages, desktop software, etc.)
(2) download and install a new copy of the BB Desktop software on your PC,
(3) download and install to your PC, a new copy of the BB OS package you want:
- http://us.BlackBerry.com/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp
- I don't know the source you got this file since... so I have no way of knowing if it's OK or not... so I recommend you find a new through this official download portal
4) remove, on your PC, all copies of the SELLER. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:
- C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
- C:\Users\(your Windows username) \AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML
(5) run the Desktop software and connect your BB... the software should immediately offer you the operating system package you have installed on your PC. If, during the process, your BB votre BB a '507' error, simply unplug the power cord of the BB USB and reinsert it. do nothing else... This should allow the installation to continue.
- If the immediate bid is not the case, the operating system package you have downloaded and installed on your PC has been ignored... usually to one of these 4 reasons mentioned above. You shouldn't have to do anything other than launch Desktop software and connect your BB... he should go there and make the offer.

Never count on that... these files are not in normal, and good user areas often, Windows searches reveal their. But, what you mentioned earlier, you probably them, so the problem is probably something else.

Like you have several problem with your device, please try these steps in a sequence:
1 - Save your pocket computer.

- You expect a registration messages in your Inbox messages.
2 remove and return your Service book
- KB05000 : Remove the maintenance book for the e-mail account to BlackBerry Internet Service from the BlackBerry smartphone
- KB02830 : Send service for the BlackBerry Internet Service directories
- (Wait an Enrollment Message arrives in your Inbox for each email that you have configured on your device)
3. and then do a restart of battery like that pull while the device is powered on remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert back
Once you did try BBM to see if it allows access. Or perhaps reinstall the BlackBerry Messenger application using the same method as mention earlier.

Update blackBerry Smartphones / Device Manager issue
Hey guys, I have a problem.
I recently acquired a Blackberry 8330 and let me start by saying this: it's one of the best machines I've ever held. It is simply amazing.
I installed the Device Manager and have been using it without any problem. Then, I went and did an update wireless with my phone, the upgrade of the OS. Since I did this, however, the Manager has recently stopped recognizing my device - my computer recognizes him again, as he charges when it is plugged in and I can always access to the hard drive, but for some reason, I cannot use the Device Manager to do anything - down, States in the Device Manager there is no trendy Black Berry as shown by the 'None' exposed next to the Pin number.
What can I do? I really need to access blackberry via the Device Manager. Someone, please help > _
Things I've tried:
-Restart the Blackberry (both by pressing the red button and pull the battery and re insert)
-Update the device to the more recent version Manager
-The latest version is uninstalled, then download and install the version provided with the blackberry (4.2)
I noticed that the CD that came with the device itself does not contain the most recent edition of the Device Manager, if that means anything. It's just weird that the Device Manager has stopped working after I upgraded. Currently, my OS is V4.5.0.175. I've recently updated both my 8310 Black Berry - same question parents. Before, I could access it via Device Manager. Now, I can't. Please help me!

Data not updated blackBerry Smartphones when inactive phone
Hi all
Recently, I removed my main of my device e-mail address while he is on vacation.
I just put back it, but now I find that data (emails and BBM) are not updated when the phone was in bag for awhile.
If I put myself in response to or sending emails or BBM of unit all starts update again and all emails in circulation and BMMs come out at the same time.
Everything working the normal flow is restored, but after being in the Pocket for awhile everything stops again.
Any ideas?
I noticed the problem when I started getting these archaic messages called SMS asking me why I do not answer to my BBM... naturally the idea of not receiving them is scaring me senseless!

Check the version of operating system of the device, and then use the correct steps to register your device. Basically, you refresh your network connection and the software to control the connection on your device.

Frozen to the software update blackBerry smartphones
I have a Blackberry Curve 9360 and it is frozen all by doing an update of the software (progress overall backup 13%). It has been like that for the last two hours. I tried to take out the battery, but it just goes back to the same screen when it restarts.

I just installed a SanDisk card in my 8330... now when I see my photos, they aren't there, just the memory of the device. All preloaded pictures are gone too. How can I find these?

Two days ago after its entry on the App World on my bb torch, he said, "there is a update available for BlackBerry App World... ' and asked if I would like to install now. I did a bunch of times before with no problems, but I usually choose to restart later. This time, however, I chose the option "Restart now".. .and then he is stuck in a continuous reboot loop! I took in the AT & T store, and even though I have the insurance of the goods, the deductible for a replacement of torch (which they were more than happy to help with) was $ 199! And with 4 more months on my contract for 2 years, I can't simply upgrade to a new BB... or other phone besides.
Help or suggestions on the LOOP would be greatly appreciated!

What you suspect is of course possible... it starts to head in Mode without failure, but the problem is too serious to allow even the Safe Mode complete, and it restarts again. Quite severe, that.
