Update creative 2015 on a subscription paying clouds but wonder about buying
on my desktop creative cloud apps, I've updated creative cloud 2015 on a subscription fee. after update of applications, he showed me a trial period of 30 days. Paid for creative cloud, No Code redemption, still wonder about buying Apps
Hey! So, I'm a design student who decided to take advantage of the free 30 day trial of Dreamweaver, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. I downloaded and used all three for 30 days and then decided to buy the creative cloud. I bought the creative cloud under the price student $ 34.99 more tax last night. My order has been processed until one day or the other last night or this morning. So I paid for the creative cloud and he says I have, but all my office applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver and) always appear as before be bought... Am I wrong to buy the wrong thing? I received an email confirmation of payment and purchase. I never received a redemption code or anything beyond what I have mentioned. Please please help as I have finals in a week, it's why I download this software. Thank you thank you thank you for any help.

Can someone help with this stupid non-functional updates for my Photoshop CS5.
The best way is to download and install the updates manually. Let's start with this one:
First go to help > System Info and take note of the exact version of Photoshop on the first line: 12.0 or 12.0.4
Download and install this update:
Adobe - Photoshop: for Macintosh: Adobe Photoshop 12.0.4 updated for Adobe Photoshop CS5 or
Adobe - Photoshop: For Windows: Adobe Photoshop 12.0.4 updated for Adobe Photoshop CS5
Check version again information under help > system information.
Let me know how it went.

Account assets cloud but stuck in the limbo of serial number
I have an active subscription to cloud, but I'm stuck in limbo trial/activation/serial number. It is quite frustrating. 1 day trial a popup appeared I was hoping for was some sort of bug fix update. Now the trial (!) has expired and he asks me a serial number. Tried to disable them with another application, but has been disabled in help. I did all the facilities through the application manager. This is a clean install on the Mac. I used on inscription on an old CS4 license I have to discount.
Help needed immediately!

I get error 130:11 when you try to open acrobat, and I can't open my apps because it says that I don't have a subscription. On July 1, 2015, I bought my student permit that has been for a year. I really need access to the CC for the work.

Ive been using Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop for a while now with creative cloud, but since I've updated the 2015 After effects version, it is said that it is a trail version? But when I go on the creative menu cloud and look at apps it just said up to date, any ideas on this?

I just changed my computer and I have a subscription with creative cloud but my online account settings now say I didn't... but I do pay by adobe lately, September 11... .so now my PhotoShop is now in test mode... I'm not sure that anyone here can solve this problem... but since I'm a member during the period of 90 days cat I don't see any other options...

The version of the CS6 serial number will continue to work as long as you have an operating system that supports the CS6 (what I read, Mac 10.7 is the last compatible Mac OS and Windows 10 does NOT work with CS6)
