Have found that I can not drag/reposition the objects with the MOUSE - Although everything can be moved with the arrow keys or by entering the values digital location.   Please, try to restart the Mac in safe mode and check the performance of the application.

  Try safe mode if your Mac does not end commissioning - Apple Support

  If the application works in safe mode. Try to restart and check if it works in normal mode.

  Also if you have the third party extensions installed on any browser, try to remove them and restart and check if that helps.

  Contact the manufacturer of your laptop as there must be a way to restore the computer. There may be a hidden restore partition.

  Do you have an error message when you try to start?

  Step 1: Disable the automatic restart of the menu advanced startup options and then enter the error message, see the link below:

  If you change the motherboard that you normally have to reinstall vista

  your hard drive if you ever reinstalled vista contains the drivers for the old motherboard etc.

  and if vista is pre-installed you can not put the motherboard unless you do so in collaboration with the computer manufacturer

  If a retail license, you can change the motherboard

  but you will normally always reinstall vista for reasons
