Update from Windows 8 to 8.1 of the store

Good, so I have my new DELL laptop and it is using Windows 8. The shop offers the update, but when I press on to download it says that I need you login using administrator rights. Then I go and log on as administrator, but then he says that I can not use the shop as an administrator. I am lost and have no idea how to update to Windows 8. 1. I thought that maybe if I ran the shop with the admin rights... However, there is no choice or that is. Help, please!

I create a new local account to admin-level only and see if it works from there.

To do this, create a new account. When he asks you an email address, click on "sign-in without a microsoft account" at the bottom, choose "local", then administrator level.
