  I have an early 2011 Macbook Pro with 8 GB of RAM on OS X Lion 10.7.5.  I run Parallels 7 (for Quickbooks).  IF I update to El Capitan, I also update of Parallels.  I'm not really having problems using Lion with the exception of Safari, so I switched to Firefox.

  You can always back up your system with Time Machine and upgrade and test it and make a decision later and if it does not you can restore the backup. to your current configuration.

  I would like to know if there is any provision in oracle for procedures parallel execution in the same package. I suggested to my friend to create the DBMS work and start both at the same time to run in parallel. Apart from that we have any parallel concept of the performance/multi-threading in the oracle procedure?

  I don't know what is your procedure and why you must run in parallel, but I suggest you look at DBMS_Parallel_Execute package(11g) to perform an update in parallel or parallel Function (PARALLEL_ENABLE).

  Naming of the partitions explicitly takes the pleasure of using the partitions.

  Nothing jumps out to me, except that you can use more memory. at least 4 GB of it. Parallels is just out of date if you a Yosemite running. 10.7.5 report. Internet plug-ins you have flash drive twice so you can remove one. Chrome is not using it. See if there is an update of parallels for your operating system. You fixed the permissions, which you say has helped. Go to the recovery and use disk utilities to check / repair the hard drive. If you have the drive backed up, you can use recovery to reinstall the operating system to see if that helps. You do not need to clear and normally this will not remove the files you installed. If your slow down are mostly in safari, clean the cache and history files. Also check the extension. You can turn them off and see if it helps.

  I use a MacBook Pro on which I have just updated the Parallels Desktop virtual machine software.  This software has removed the earlier version (doesn't give me a notice, unfortunately, so my Office software deleted it from the virtual machine image).  Now, when I try to run office software in the virtual machine running Vista, I get a notice I need to activate the software.  When I try to activate online, I get a message that I've already activated all copies that I am allowed.  When I try to activate by phone, I'm going to "activate by phone" in the activation wizard, press the 'next' button, but then the activation wizard stops without giving me the phone number.  Help!

• Several Refresh Cube

  We conduct several cubes in a single workspace. We need to update more than one cube in parallel, using the DBMS_CUBE package. Is this feasible? 2 cubes can be updated in parallel? It will not be read-write conflict focus mode on the analytic workspace?

  All A cube partitions will be built before cubeB is started, but if paralellism is high enough, then they should both start. It will not work to call dbms_cube.build in two different sessions.

• The image degraded video playback quality

  I recorded hours of video with the version 6 and cc.  I use a macbook to the retina with parallels. Before, I was able to play the video I created back (1024 x 768) with no degradation, but now when I play the video deteriorates while the video is running, but when I press pause, it is perfect.  play, becomes blurred.

  I just updated my parallels to their latest version and I was wondering if that could have caused the problem.  I get the warning when I run cc that I created the video with mercury (I can have done on the side of native bootcamp)

  So I guess that if Parallels 9 is compatible, then windows and Quicken will be as well?

  2.) I am also under Office 2008 for Mac - which I suppose will not work after the upgrade?  Does anyone have any experience with Office for Mac OSX.

  Nope, both (maybe) need of updates. Corresponds at least to version 10, but instead of 11. Office 2008 might still work, but the reports vary; 2011 version works very well for me.

  I have a big problem, and I do not know how to solve.

  I have a huge tree, nodes rely on 40-50.

  I have an array of object, each object is a node in the tree. I want to update the State of the tree with the objects, but it takes so long.

  Dividing the table obj with pieces more small, all for loop can run in parallel (?) and in the vi run time update contains the procedure to update the tree.

  Each VI update time run works on tree reference and sub-table of parameters. Why this term method of operation is the same, when I share the entire table?

  Can you suggest me any solution to improve the tree update time?

  Just installed Windows XP Professional 32-bit SP2 on Parallels to run on a MacIntosh computer with an Intel dual processor. When I try to run Windows Update gives me [error number: 0 x 80244019]. I have already downloaded value Windos Updater PC x 86 which is not recognized as a bit32 file. No chance!

  It looks like, I'm very technologically challenged. Now, I forgot my password to login here and asked a new. The system I would change it but it also gave me a new screen name. Go figure!

  In any case, I'm the same guy who asked for help at the top of this page. It seems that I was doing something wrong before this time because I could manually download the correct files and service pack and update my window works as it is supposed to do.

  You do not want drivers for parallel port on the laptop anyway given that the laptop is not connect via the parallel port, but rather on the network. You would most likely want to install drivers on the laptop Asus print server, and then print to a network printer drivers. Download the Asus former and latter printer mftr. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!
