Update takes a while to download and install

In fact my 32-bit Windows 7 pc takes a long time to update also shows 0% UPDATING progress, but my internet connection is on that I know not what is happening in fact for a long time, that I was not downloading updates up-to-date, but for the upgrade to windows 10 that it is mandatory to install and download previous updates so I'm waiting for the progress bar to complete, but it is stuck at 0%...

Working on it

Right-click on the icon Get Windows 10 in the Notification area

Click go to Windows Update.

Click Start.

----------------------------

If it does not upgrade to Windows 10, click Show all updates available, then see Upgrading to Windows 10 (Home or Pro), click OK, and then click Start.

----------------------------

If the upgrade is not available, wait a few days and try again. Once you click Start, the installation will begin. You will need administrator permission to continue. The installation should take about an hour (according to the FAQ). Once installation is complete, Windows 10 should install successfully.
