Update to Windows 8 Pro to Pro 8.1

I have 6 computers Windows 8 Pro in one of the companies that I take care of others in other companies.  I'm trying to find how to download the update for pro 8.1 without going through the store.

I don't want to have every PC Download SGB on three.  It would take all day to download and use a bandwidth of the network.

Y at - it somewhere that I can download this update on the network once?

Thank you

Nathan

Hello nw99287,

Please keep us updated information.

  • These computers are connected to a domain network?

As you say, you've been able to download the Service Packs and other updates for the service in the past. In this case, yes you can download the update and deploy the same to the other connected computers.

However, I recommend posting your query in the TechNet Forums:

Please accept my apologies for not asking this question earlier.

Thank you.

  • Downgrade from Windows - 8 updates from Windows-7 Pro-Windows-8 causing of programs; Troubleshooting and problems

    Dear Microsoft community team,

I installed the Windows (27) - 8 and Office 2010 updates yesterday that was recommended in the notifications of security & systems.

After installing these updates (27) in my HP Envy h8 - 1520t PC, my programs said crash and stop and start automatically. This has been a recurring problem with the updates of Windows-8 that I installed in my new PC.

As a result, I am unable to play my favorite games, use applications and have constant program blocks.

I am very disappointed with these problems. I bought a copy of OEM OS-Windows 7 PRO 64 bit and would like to downgrade from Windows-8 to-Windows 7 PRO 64-bit OS. Can you please provide me with instructions to install Windows - 7 PRO on my PC?

I spent countless hours online and search for bugs on the web sites of Microsoft for Windows-8 updates of the anomalies and corrections, with no resolution. HP has no alternative but to contact Microsoft support. I can't find a link email Microsoft support anywhere.

Please help me as soon as possible. Many individuals have downgraded to Windown-8 to-Windows 7 PRO with positive results on their HP Envy h8 - 1520 t PC. I never had a problem with the Windows 7 operating system.

  • I need help for any moment of recovery and re-setting updated to Windows 7 Pro home

MY HARD drive crashed.  I don't know where to find my code to use the Express upgrade to return to Windows 7 Professional that I had already purchased Home Premium Online.  Any help?  The support of the Web site has been less than helpful.  I spent $99 on it, I want to just return.

The product key must have been sent to you. If you had registered with a Windows Live ID account for your purchase, you should be able to recover the product key.

Sign in to your account with your Windows Live ID (if you have it when the PIN has been entered) to access your product key, you can check your email for the confirmation e-mail you received when the PIN has been consumed to access your product key.

3 contact support if you have any questions: www.windows7.com/getkeysupport.

Why should I use my Windows Live account or create a new one?

Using your existing Windows Live account, or create a new account will give you access to your key product at any time online in the future. It is important to use an account and a password which you are familiar with to allow you to get easy access to your information and to receive the confirmation e-mail which will include your product key.

Will send me you a confirmation email with my product key?

Yes. An e-mail containing your product key will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your Windows Live ID account or e-mail address you provided if you ignored the account configuration. Note: If you use an email tool or spam blocker spam filter, be sure that you can receive e-mail messages from microsoft.com.

What happens if I lose my product key?

If you lose your product key, you can return to www.windows7.com/getkey and sign in using the "Sign In" link in the upper right of the page. This will allow to recover your product key if you have established your account with your Windows Live ID. If you do not configure a Windows Live ID account initially there is no record of your online product key. Check your e-mail since it is the only trace of your product key.

Who should I contact if I have problems installing and / or activation of my product key card?

    Please contact to the: www.windows7.com/getkeysupport.

  • Can I reinstall my OS from Windows 7 OEM and reinstall my Windows 8 Pro update the store?

    Hi people,
    Happy holidays!

Ask yourself if you can help me with something... I just got my computer to my new Acer's OEM recovery media and wonder; I wanted to reinstall my original Windows 7 OS came with my computer in order to recover the programs that I've accidentally screwed up and lost during my special upgrade Windows 8 Pro I had when the store was to have the $14.99. I want to know if it is possible for me to re - install all the original media to the new drive and then run the Upgrade Advisor, follow it through, reinstall my Windows 8 Pro by using the product key that I bought at the time? Which will work? I don't have a recovery disk for the Pro Windows 8, just my product key which is saved for me. And no, there is not any Windows.old folder to reinstall the programs of the recovery partition. And no, I don't mean to update my Windows 8 Pro. I'm looking for an easy way to do what I'm not a type of technology! I appreciate all help. Thank you!

    Hello

Yes, you can reinstall Windows 7 using the disc sent by the computer manufacturer. Once Windows 7 is installed, then you can move to Windows 8. Product key Windows 8 will work, and probably you may need to contact the activation of phone to the activation service.

    Thank you.
