  I use the Hyperion 11.1.2.3 version. I am creating the new application in the environment of Dev FDM.  I have a copied from QA environment Oracle schema and schema data.  How can use this schema to create the FDM in Dev app?

  Try this,

  (1) DBA to make a copy of the existing database and place it on the new server.
  (2) copy the folder FDMDATA (deposit of FDM) from the old server to the new server
  3) open the customer based on the new server and choose 'Add Application' and the connection
  (4) enter the name of the Application, Description and the Application in the copied FDMDATA repository path: i.e. \\servername\fdmdata\appname
  5) click the database tab:
  (a) choose the appropriate database (SQL or Oracle) provider
  (b) enter the new name of the database
  (c) enter the name of user and password from database.
  5) click OK

  Its only target the applications that will be classic or EPMA, it has no relevance to the FDM loads or data through FDM. In FDMEE when you have the ability to load the metadata and data from some source systems supported, if an application is classic or EPMA will have an impact on the way in which FDMEE treats the metadata, but from a user perspective that will be just manifest as a choice of configuration when you configure a rule to load metadata.

  There is no api to do this all downloads are handled by BBW.

  The closest you could get to what you want to do is plug into the in-app payment API and add features to your core application.

  There are other solutions to see with the sideloading but it is probably too heavy for your users, search the forum for the many other thread similar to your requests.

  Friends, my query is somewhat complex. I have 6 (two in Hyperion Planning, two HPCM) and two in Hyperion Essbase applications. I copied the adapter in the Workbench and renamed accordingly to load the data for each of them. Now the problem is I want to automate the data load for each of these requests, but don't know how it's done. Through many forums to get a better understanding but no luck!

  You would automate this process via the Batch Loader integrated with FDM. The process to use this is exactly the same as you have one or more target applications. The ultimate target application is based on the name of the place incorporated into the batch processing file naming convention. Each of your adapters different target will be associated with one or more locations in your configuration of metadata location FDM.

  The adapter is not related to the mapping table. Simply import the XML adapter and then save and configure the adapter on each application server in FDM in the environment:

  (a) to connect to the application of FDM via the established customer
  (b) choose file > import and select the file FM11x-G5 - E.XML and choose 'open '.
  (c) click on "Select all" and click "Import" to import the card in the application
  (d) copy the folder "AdapterComponents" which appeared in the card .zip file in the Oraclle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\Products\FinancialDataQuality\SharedComponents directory
  (e) choose file > adapter register and choose the AdapterComponents\fdmFm11xG5E\fdmFM11xG5E.dll file and choose 'open '.
  (f) make a right click on the FM11x-G5-E adapter and choose 'configure' and enter username/password / confirm password/domain of FDM Service account and click OK. * NOTE: This is the account that was used for the configs FDM (App Server, server load balancing, tasks, Web Config Manager)
  (g) choose Tools > Application settings and change the adapter FM11x-G5-E installation Code

  You can then syncronzie the settings of the adapter from the old to the new card by right-clicking the adapter Fm11x-G5-E and choose "Synchronize" and choose the adapter FM11x-G5-C as a source and click OK to copy the settings of the new card.

  You may need to update the target periods and categories in the Control Board on the web.

  That should be all.

  There is no "short" path of migration of forms to J2EE. There are partners who will offer a solution of migration but don't no where near 100%. If you are migrating to Java forms, you MUST also consider architecture as well since a Forms application well written is not equal to a well-written J2EE application.

  Prepare for a considerable effort, costs, risks and adjustment if you are seriously considering this.

  I have a ZTE open I regularly update the custom versions of hollow. In particular, I've updated to version 2.0 of:

  Furthermore, I don't remember ever receiving an update with previous builds, so I guess that is not a problem with this particular version.

  Today I've updated again my phone, still at version 2.0. The problem disappeared: now, when I look at the new updates, applications are updated to the latest version.

  I always run 10.6.8 and would be happy to continue in this way (if it's not broke, don't fix it), but now I get warnings that some everyday applications will soon cease working with my old system. However, a more recent system will be an orphan other important applications (esp InDesign and Photoshop) and their replacement will be EXPENSIVE.
