Make sure you have this update installed, or you won't see it. Click on the link below. If you didn't you can download and install the necessary KB2871389 from the link below.http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/2871389Upgrading Windows 8.1 does not come through your Normal updates. It will appear in the Windows store after the KB2871389. This will be a large tiles in front of you right when you open the store.
If you already find the KB2871389 is installed then uninstall then reinstall again and recheck the Windows store. -
8.1 Windows not in the store after discount
I recently bought a HP Envy 800-060 with Windows 8, which I upgraded to 8.1. Yesterday, something happened which caused the computer not to be unable to start successfully, and I had to perform a system refresh. Apart from the inconvenience of having to reload the software, settings, etc., the restored system Windows 8, but the Windows 8.1 upgrade is not found in the store. The HP Wizard is no help on this, and when I went to the Microsoft website to try and download the upgrade from there, it just hit me back to the store. I guess somehow the Bank thinks that I've already updated, so it doesn't let me do it again. Any ideas how to solve this problem?
Hello
Probably you are missing some required components upgrade patches. However, there are other conditions that could cause the same problem. See the link below.

"When you try to upgrade to photos in app store I get this message"the object you requested is not available in the store US."does anyone else have this problem or can you tell me how to find pictures in the app store" someone else meets this. Is it me or is it pictures?
Ever photos first? It should have been included when you first update of Yosemite and now El Capitan. I know that iPhotos updates get a message like that, but I didn't know the Photos app with a message with it.

When I go to the Store tile in Windows 8, I was happy to see the "upgrading to Windows 8.1 free". I read about this free update, but it has never been available for me so far.
However, when I click on download, it gives me an error saying: "you must use an account with administrator privileges. I'm an admin on the machine (for example I can run a command as administrator prompt without giving any creds). So I am confused on how to proceed.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

JPS-00080: credentials 12.1.2.0.0 store schema Version is lower than the latest version of schema 12.1.3.0.0, upgrade the store schema of credentials to the latest version.
Hi all
When you try to extend my domain, it fails with the above error.
any suggestions on a fix?
is this related to the Fusion Infrastructure ADF RCU utility?
Thank you
Hi JCGO,.
Installed on your DB schema is 12.1.2.0.0, but the Extension of domain requires 12.1.3.0.0.
One solution is to run the 12.1.3.0.0 UCR, fall of the existing on your DB schema followed by installation 12.1.3.0.0 on the DB schema, so that the extension of area Gets the 12.1.3.0.0 schema
Something more is to open the template on which you spread the field. The models are present in ${MW_HOME} / oracle_common/common/models/wls, explore requirements inside the yourtemplate.jar and comment out the store schema version prerequisite credentials. This is not a good approach, but again, it's going to be a good solution since the schema 12.1.2.0.0 and 12.1.3.0.0 won't much difference.
Thank you

install apps from the store / checked / others?
Hi all
After the successful sierra upgrade remains a question...
In Control Panel / common I could select (capitan) between 'install apps from the store', '... certified developers', '... from other
On the Sierra, I only have the options "... the store," '... of certified developers
The last option "... others" was gone.
Can this last option 'install applications from others' be re-activated?
I had a couple of applications that require one '... other What will happen in the future when there is the need to reinstall?
Greetings from the Germany
Chris
This is a "feature". In Sys Prefs, you can choose between the store and known to the developers. You can always choose to open a pkg app or an unknown dev by ctrl-click Installer, and then by selecting open from the menu. You will get a dialog with an option to open the application. Once this is done, your Mac will approve the app.
It is possible to completely disable a guard, but this is not recommended. Here's how: http://www.amsys.co.uk/2016/09/disable-gatekeeper-macos-sierra/

Hello
I have this notebook since 2013 he was running windows 8.0 I try to update to woindows 8.1 without success. And I saw someone on the forum said if back BIOS do return to the old version 01.05. I tried it did not help. Then I try to update the bios to new worm 01.31 again.
Now the computer take ages to initialize. «A disk shows committed a script error "and can't even go to the store and down load it say" your PC is not connect to internet...» "but my internet access and all the program works just slow down.
What can I do now? Going back to the old version of the Bios? How? or you have any suggestions of upgrading to windows 8.1 or 10?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello
There seems to be some sort of software within the current Windows 8 this problem is why I suggested at the start you first perform a recovery back to a clean install without problem and then try to upgrade to Windows 8.1
However, if you do not want to perform a recovery, try other things first. However, if this does not help, please perform a recovery and then go through the standard 8.0 - > 8.1 upgrade process.
1 Please, check the clock and date of your Windows
2. Please check the BIOS clock/date and correct them if necessary
3. ensure the Windows user account control is enabled/Active
3.1 reboot the computer
4. make sure that you have applied all updates of standard Windows (Control Panel > Windows Update)
4.1 reboot
5. make sure you don't have any installed security software that may interfere with the particular process of network, firewall, etc.
6 Please, run Troubleshooter Windows Update to find and erase errors > > http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/troubleshoot-problems-installing-updates#1TC=windows-8 | http://go.Microsoft.com/?linkid=9830262
6.1. restart the computer
7, ensure that all drivers are updated - you can run the HP support assistant before that > > http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03467905
7.1. restart the computer
8 enforce Windows Store reset to clear the cache of WS and settings > > http://www.askvg.com/did-you-know-wsreset-command-to-clear-windows-store-cache-in-windows-8-and-later/
9 restart the computer once more after the above suggestion
Try to upgrade once more to 8.1 following the standard procedure:
> > http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03847367
> > http://www.gizmag.com/upgrade-windows-8--to-windows-81/29394/
To answer one of your questions - it has no official option to upgrade to earn 8 to 8.1 without going through the Store for Windows 8 and Windows 8.0 Pro. Such an option is available for the Enterprise of Windows edition and it is not available publicly. When you use Windows 8.0 (standard home or Pro version) you can use store - that's how Microsoft decides it is.
=========================
If you try everything mentioned above and it still doesn't, please consider if you factory default recovery and then I think it should work according to the standard procedure (immediately after recovery and Windows updates) > > http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03847367
=========================
Please, I would like to know how this happens.

How to uninstall and reinstall an app that I bought, but is no longer in the store?
I bought the Publisher Adobe Photoshop elements 12 some time ago. Now it does not start, it crashes every time.
In the app store, there are many complaints that it happens also with Photoshop 13, in any case a Board of a user (Adobe and Apple seems not to be able to provide the solution even for version 13) says that a good idea is to uninstall the application and reinstall it again.
Now the problem is: in my understanding, I can certainly uninstall an App disconnected from the launch pad (I think... I'm new to mac).
But how can I reinstall, if it is no longer on the store?
It appears, however, in my "purchased items.
Thank you very much
for any advice

Claudio
Put the application in the trash but not empty. Open the App Store, go to the shopping page where you should be able to re - download. Note that if the application will not work with the iOS version you are currently using, you won't be able to use it longer unless the developer upgrades it.

I have installed on my Mac Pages. Before moving to El Capitan, I deleted Pages and now when I am trying to download the store again, it asks me to buy it. Should not be free?
Questions.
- What version of Mac OS X upgrade you to El Capitan?
- What version of Pages you removed before the upgrade of the El Capitan?
- Have you bought the OS X App Store Pages?
- When you bought your Mac?

Windows 8 stuck at 82% during the installation of the store.
Okay, so I have a HP Touchsmart 300. Initially, it came with Windows 7 but was "upgraded" to Windows 8 through this class who gave it to me for $15 as.
That being said, the system was on the first installation of the factory, updated with the software factory still in tact. When I tried initially upgrade to Windows 8.1 on the Microsoft Store, the update failed and crashed my PC to an unrecoverable state. I couldn't use the disc of Windows 8 (I bought it) or the system restore to get it back. The system disk however allowed me to "refresh Windows.A copy that is properly refreshed Windows, I tried to upgrade again through the store. This time, he got 82% on 'install' and more never moved (was on 82% for about 6 hours). There is no USB device attached besides the keyboard wireless receiver and none of the options mentioned in the bios occurs. As it is even Windows 8 without upgrading to 8.1 has become unstable since the last attempt. Constantly, it crashes and tells me it stop unexpectedly and must recover.I don't know if this thing of 82% is a time important, although I was very surprised to discover others seem to freeze at the same exact part. Not sure if this can help, I'm a computer technician (over 18 years) and I ran diagnostics on the hard drive, ram, etc. This machine has been fully functional for the last almost 2 years before attempting to install 8.1. 7 to 8 upgrade went smooth with only a few pieces of software that needed to be reinstalled or removed. This system is not broke down never before attempting installation 8.1.I'm a computer technician experienced 18 years, I have diagnosed about every piece of hardware and the system apart from this question is perfectly healthy. Even the current copy of Windows 8 has no problem.I had a similar problem on a laptop asus, I solved this problem by going to DeviceManager and uninstall my bluetooth device then try once again and once that he had instructed to reinstall my bluetooth device
