    Spending is still the task of the lowest and billing is the task of top of the page or the project level

    You can create work/job or event billing also funds at the top of the task page, when you suffer the lowest costs to the task, during invoice generation system tire are the costs which are eligible and the process and creates one invoice

    This means your "project with a contract of $100,000" example statement is partially correct. We can say as below:

    Your company has an agreement with the XXX customer for $100,000. It means agreement correspond to the customer directly and not with the project.

    Your agreement accepted the sum of $100,000, which you can supply to one or more projects for this client. For example-, you have 3 projects for this client you want to pay in respect of this agreement. You need to allocate funds to these projects so that you can provision and to Bill the customer. It is not necessary to allocate all the funds in these 3 projects, you can keep some unallocated funds to anticipate a new project for this client.

    Your funding can be allocated to projects or tasks. Declaration of the User Guide - "the total amount of funding must match the amount of budget receipts of current approved project in order to baseline the project successfully.     If you can access the files, then Yes, you can copy on an external drive.  You will probably have to repeat them after reinstalled the operating system, even if you put them in the same location.

    Make sure you copy all the media used in the project, but also the project files.  If you have plug-ins, they will be reinstalled as well.

    I copy on two different hard disks so that you have a backup if you yet did a backup.  You can also get to do a disk after reinstall image so that you can avoid having to reinstall if this happens in the future.

    I hope to create an ADF task flows based on a human task. I have an ADF stand-alone application in the ViewController which I want to create this workflow. The control of data entry resulting doesn't seem to be expandable.

    Questions
    1. When you create a Taskflow ADF based on a human task, should always be within a project in the same application as the SOA components?
    2. If not, is control of resulting data blank human task or not expandable because the xsd for the HT is based on the MDS? I have configured all MDS connections in my application.

    1. No, it is not necessary that your ADF Taskflow based on human task should be in the same application where the SOA project. But this Taskflow-ADF deployment, to the SOA Project.You can add this project whenever you want to deploy.
    2. it may be the cause because of the Configuration of MDS.

    Do one thing, while creating the ADF Taskflow human task, you select the .task via the file system file not the MDS.
    If you select the. Your soa project task file, then it will ask you to name the Taskflow, just to name the taskflow you want and say ok.
    After you have created the taskflow, it will add a large number of xml files in your project and it will create a data control.

    Thanks to the plugin's Director, the problem is resolved. The shift was caused by a CSS code, defining line for body heights:

    Body {... line-height: 1;.. :}}

    This caused a vertical offset through all my animations on two different sites. Remove this string of code CSS solved the problem.

    Help me understand how the entries will be created, because we receive invoices from suppliers directly from AP and have not any integration of PO.

    Create a new project or type of Capital.
    When you enter invoices in AP, insert the distributions by project, task, type of expenditure and organization. Validate the invoices from suppliers.
    Accounting on the distribution of the AP should be - debit account PIC and responsibility to the credit provider.
    RPC running: Projects cost Provider Interface. The system will import the distributions of invoice as expenses in projects.

    When the building is finished, enter the location of the value Date of the Service on the assets of this PA project. Run, in the projects, the CPP process: generate active lines. Then CPP: Active Interface to hard assets.
    You get in f mass additions the new assets generated by projects, it user will check the information, perhaps add details and post the lines as assets.

    When you close the first FA period, the system will generate the following accounting-
    CIP of credit, cost of the construction of real difficulty debit account.
    If the depreciation is also due
    Depreciation building of debit and credit account of depreciation reserve.

    I need tables/queries, which will hit the screen inquiry expenses
    Navigation's expenses survey - > real-> here when we enter the project number, it displays
    Expenditure items of the project (trasnid, project, task, price, type of expnd, no, invoice etc. po).

    I tried to use pa_expenditure_items_all. But do not know how to get the invoice No., po award_number number, etc..

    Using help-> Diagnostics-> review with last_query option it shows pa_expend_items_adjust2_v. But I don't think it's the painting. Grateful if someone can help.

    I'm sorry to tell you that you cannot get all of the information of 'Expenses screen' in a single Table. You must link source tables to Tables of the project to get the information from the Source.

    Below, I list some of the Tables which will help you recover the invoices & purchase Information relative to a specific project which includes details of total expenditure.

    ap_invoices_ALL - chk for invoice number
    ap_invoice_lines_all - chk for OP header_id
    po_headers_all - chk for number of PO usign header_id
    ap_invoice_distributions_all - she is the link between the Tables Tables & project using project & Task_id invoice
    gl_code_combinations - need to link with ap_invoice_distributions_all for Code combinations

    We are entering a vendor in AP invoice
    We validate the invoice to the po project
    However, the details of the projects is not get on the header line/fatcure/Dist level by default.
    It's supposed to be the default functionality or data should have been populated in project and task after synchronizing with PO?

    The fields level invoice for project & task header are used only as default for distribution lines when you create a stand alone Bill, which does not match the PO.

    When you match a bill of PO, which is destined for the spending project and task fields is filled on the invoice distribution line.
    When you match a bill from a purchase order, which is destined for the inventory, the project fields and task is not met

    You start with the installation of HRMS of organizations. Human resources organizations, that people are assigned to, will normally be the organizations you are watching.
    If the employees assigned to an agency must enter their time for projects, this organization need a classification of expenditure of projects / events. Similar decision so that org hires casual workers.
    If an organization is in itself a cost center or mapped to a cost center that the load expenses in respect of the projects, you will also need to implement the same classification.

    The classification of the organization with project task must be assigned to organizations who manage projects or tasks. Those are usually all or part of the above mentioned associations. Look at these organizations managers of projects or tasks assigned to managers. If there is no clear segragation between organizations of managers and those who will never be able to project and tasks, you could set up all organizations in human resources as a project / organization owner of the task.

    I have been a successful a simple bpel process with a human task with a simple xsd but when I double click it in the list of tasks, it gives the following "Error details are not available for this task" error message, and it did not open the task form, any help :)

    These are the steps to create a BPEL process simple human task & Associates task form.

    1. open JDeveloper
    2. create a new application. Create a new SOA project.
    3. Add a BPEL component to the composite.xml (Sync/Async/Oneway, etc.). By default, the BPEL process will take simple string as input argument.
    4. now double click on the BPEL component, this will open the BPEL Editor
    5. drag & drop in human activity task in the component between the activity palette receive & reminder.
    6. create a task for this activity of human task definition. Change the title of the task, assignment, etc.
    7. now right click on the activity of human work in the BPEL Editor, you will get an auto option. A click on it. It will appear for a project name. Enter a new project name. Click Ok.
    8. This will create a new project for the task form.
    9. now deploy the composite SOA by deploying the SOA project.
    10 deploy the task form by choosing deploy application-level.

    When 11.1.1.2.0 SOA, then you will be able to deploy the task form when you choose to deploy composite SOA.

    If automatically generate the task form does not work for some reason, then you can try to create one yourself. The steps are
    1. follow steps 1 through 6, as shown above.
    2. now, create a new project again. Choose the generic. Add JSF technology to the project.
    3. right click on this new project. Choose new. Add a new JSF file. Choose the form of the ADF task in human task option.
    4. search for the human task created in step 1. This action will create a flow of data control & task.
    5. double click on taskDetails1.jspx, it will create a new page jspx.
    6 expand the display of data control. Make drag & drop the task to jspx page item. It will display a context menu, choose a human task with payload.
    7. This will create task form page.
    Deploy the composite form SOA project & task as mentioned above.

    Is there an API to add the transaction control to the level of project or task?

    We must add the transaction control on projects/tasks, we have created with the API. Doing front end will be a tedious and time consuming task. We are lookimg for a way to update task/project existing with transaction control or add transaction control when we create projects and tasks programmatically.
