  I'm trying to watch YouTube with IE7. I have to reinstall flash again and again. It works for a while, and then when I click to watch a video, it says flash must be installed. Why is this?   Looks like you were the LED Flash option for enabled alerts until you updated, but it doesn't seem to work now. I would check that it is always enabled everything first:
