URL patterns in iOS 9

Hello

I read that since iOS 9 developers can add URL schema managers for specific domains. So instead of using "myapp://domain", we can now add handlers for the names of domain like 'www.myappdomain/somefile.html '. Someone did he do this, is it supported in Air 19?

Thank you

Ruben

I think you may have misinterpreted my formulations. This link was just for data for guidance. My mistake, that I haven't posted an official link to that. Anyway, you are right in your assumption that NSUserActivity is coupled with Invoke event in AS3.

  • URL patterns for the suite Microsoft Office for ipad

    Hello

    I'm trying to implement a communication inter-app with an application I created.  I wish I could press a button in my app and have a xls document that I put on my web server that is open in Excel of IOS app.  To do this, I know that I must make use of URL patterns.  I can get the button to open the Excel application itself using ms-excel: / /, but I can't seem to open the server document in the application.

    I tried the following:

    MS-excel://HTMLResources/file.xls (referencing in the resources folder)

    ms-excel: / /http://www.yoursite.com/fIslands/file.xls (reference directly via a url)

    These two options just open Excel, but not the document.

    I even tried to put in a superposition of web using snippets html such as referenced here: http://blogs.adobe.com/jlockman/2013/04/05/launching-external-apps-from-a-dps-folio/

    No luck.

    Someone has ideas, or are be familiar with URL patterns customized to the Office for ipad?

    I know that the office suite for ipad is relatively new, so I wonder if anyone out there is familiar with URL patterns customized to the Office for ipad. For any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you

    Another note: I tried the same thing with Expert PDF and it works: (the app uses the URL window PDFE)

    Thus,.

    PDFE http://yoursite.com/files/file.PDF

    Open the file.PDF in PDF Expert.

    URL of the file must be encoded and preceded office settings: ms-excel: fiction | u |

    For example,.

    MS-excel: fiction | u | http % 3 a % 2F % www.yoursite.com%2Ffiles%2Ffile.xls 2F

  • Using the filter mapping url-pattern WebCenter Sites

    Hi experts WCS.

    I had written a URLRewriteFilter for one of our sites, it works fine and everything. Now, I wanted to change the URLRewriteFilter so that it would apply ONLY to one of the sites.

    What I had for WebRoot:

    WebRoot: mySiteOne

    The root URL: / cs/mySiteOne

    And the URL of the homepage is simply 'House '. He worked initially in my local ashttp://localhost:9080 / cs/mySiteOne/home'.

    For my purpose, I had modified the Web.XML as such:

    <filter>
        <filter-name>MyURLRewriteFilter</filter-name>
        <filter-class>com.my.sites.filters.MyURLRewriteFilter</filter-class>
        <init-param>
            <param-name>SitePrefix</param-name>
            <param-value>mySiteOne</param-value>
        </init-param>
    </filter>
    <filter-mapping>
        <filter-name>MyURLRewriteFilter</filter-name>
        <url-pattern>/cs/mySiteOne/*</url-pattern>
    </filter-mapping>

    in order to MyURLRewriteFilter should be applied only to the 'http://localhost:9080/cs/mySiteOne /', NOT mySiteTwo, mySiteX, etc...

    but I got a 404 error. "The requested resource is not available.". It must be something that I did wrong with the url-pattern <>.

    Note that when I used < url-pattern > / * < / url-pattern > with everything else the same it was working fine.

    Any help, anyone?

    Hi all

    I think I discovered on the setting of when parsing the net... When the url scheme is begin by ' / ', it is compared to the current context root.

    The assessment model will be ://whatever_else_you_included_in_the_pattern /.

    So my must be defined as

    / mySiteOne / *.

    Instead of

    / CS/mySiteOne / *.

    Because the ' / cs' are my context root and it is already included in the starting slash (/).

  • Custom Presenter mobile URl patterns

    Hello

    I've developed e-learning, experiences in connect for some time and that the integration with my custom user expereince. I recently started using present 8 and mobile presenter. I need to know the URL scheme customized to call Adobe mobile Presenter since the iPad safari browser. (like I do with connect connectpro://myconnectserver/mycontent nuer pro). Does anyone have this information availabl

    If this is not possible, I have to know that as well, since it is a major obstacle for us. If we manage to do around him, then we will consider buy multiple licenses of presenter 8. Allow our library of in-depth presentation to be played on iOS devices is very important to us, but if the user must type 5 URL to display the entire contents of one program then this isn't a viable solution.

    Hello

    It seems that you are using an earlier version of connect.

    It's connect version C8.2.2 as I can see it on https://rti.connectsolutions.com/version.txt

    However the ability to call presenter mobile app to a course to connect on a browser in the ipad has been activated in Connect version 9.0.3

    You need to upgrade your server connection to take advantage of this feature.

  • AIR iOS URL scheme

    I'm developing an AIR for iOS app for my client to run on an iPad, and my application should be able to launch other applications using a URL scheme and also to be launched by another application, by receiving a URL scheme by it. What I read, it seems that AIR for iOS apps can receive and respond to URL patterns, but they are unable to send URL patterns to launch other applications, due to security restrictions.

    Anyone know if it is possible for send and receive URL patterns?

    Yes, you can.

    Open installed "Wikitude" app can be done via this script

    import flash.events.MouseEvent;

    btn.addEventListener(MouseEvent.CLICK, callURL);

    function callURL(e:MouseEvent):void{
        navigateToURL(new URLRequest("wikitude://"));
    }

    Likewise, you can open your app from any other. In the example above Wikitude app is URI id. The same below the iPadARIconAppB

    Here is the part of the descriptor of the Application - my old project xml.xml:

    UIDeviceFamily

    1

    2

    CFBundleURLTypes

    CFBundleURLName

    com.camel.geo.iPadARIconAppB.iPadARIconAppB - schema

    CFBundleURLSchemes

    iPadARIconAppB

    UIApplicationExitsOnSuspend

    ]]>

    standard

    You must replace CFBundleURLName by your app in my sample ID and CFBundleURLSchemes put your own application name.

    If you want to open your application to any other - you must open "iPadARIconAppB://" and if you pass params - just "iPadARIconAppB:/ / myparams" and read via Invoke in Adobe Air. "

    The air is great and allow a lot of things

  • URL blocking

    Hello Sir,

    I want to block "orkut" in my network with websense, when I try with the same, "gmail" also had blocked, how do I block "orkut" with them affecting gamil by websense.

    Thank you.

    In Websense v6.3.2 (for early both versions), you can block by URL patterns. Simply place the word orkut in your strategies to block and who should do it.

    Worst case, you can use the RegEX in your firewall/routers and block this way.

  • Security of the URL scheme

    I use JDev 11.1.2.3 and trying to protect the resources for a certain model of URL in my ADF application.  I tried to change my web.xml file to add the security constraint, but seems to have no effect.  I added the following entry to my web.xml:

    < security constraint >

    < web-resource-collection >

    resources of < web-resource-name > < / web-resource-name >

    < url-pattern > /afr / * < / url-pattern >

    < / web-resource-collection >

    <>auth-constraint

    valid users - < role name > < / role name >

    < / auth-constraint >

    < / security constraint >

    What I want to achieve, is to have all of the resources, with the pattern URL/afr / *, accessible only if authenticated.  For example, I don't want someone capable of displaying a js to afr/partition/ie/default/opt/core-SHERMAN-1147.js file. Please let me know if I go about it the wrong way or if there is a better way to do it.  Thank you for any input you can provide.

    Thank you

    Jessica

    It works correctly if you put the resource under the filter adfAuthentication filter in the web.xml file? (Which you're not supposed to do though).

    Ideally, your unsecured pages also will need these resources (FWIW, afr is the resource filter, serving resources - like image, js etc files to the application). So, you don't have to be fi establishing. That would mean that your pages not secure / public pages could not be restored correctly.

  • Question of Clickjacking - addition of several models of url in a single filter mapping

    It's on Clickjacking issue. To avoid this problem of clickjacking I've added the following in the config file (web.xml).

    < filter mapping >
    < filter-name > CFClickJackFilterDeny < / filter-name >
    < url-pattern >https://abcd.rw.xyz.com/mer/nao/app_v4/* < / url-pattern >
    < / filter-mapping >

    I have a doubt here. I need prevent this problem of clickjacking for another application as well (say, https://abcd.rw.xyz.com/mer/nao/app_v5/*). But I did it by adding a filter plus-cartographie, apart from the one mentioned above, in the config file. I can achieve this by adding several models in the same filter mapping URL? If possible, which is the best method? I want to say the creation of a new filter-mapping or add several models of url in the same filter mapping?

    Any ideas or thoughts appreciated?

    In this case, you can use a set of with several elements of . This design is actually better than the one in which you define a url for each item in model. In the design of the latter, the underlying Java code will create additional objects to represent the additional filter mappings, unnecessarily.

  • Prevent manual URLS

    Hello

    I use JDeveloper with ADF Faces and ADF BC 11.1.1.2.

    I have an unlimited flow of tasks with multiple views, including a home page. Currently, a user can manually enter a URL to bring to one of the points of view. I would now like to redirect the user to the home page, if it tries to do.

    The post following 2007 describes how this can be accomplished by searching a GET a ServletFilter: Re: faces - prevent the user to manually enter the URL however, when I try to do, I find that the commandLinks in my application are also using the GET method.

    I was under the impression that commandLinks were supposed to make a POST. Is there another way to tell if a URL is typed manually?

    Here is the web.xml and filter code I was using to test...

    Web.XML:
    < filter >
    < name of filter > UrlFilter < / filter-name >
    > class filter < app.uiview.filters.UrlFilter < / class filter >
    < / filter >
    < filter mapping >
    < name of filter > UrlFilter < / filter-name >
    < url-pattern > /visages / * < / url-pattern >
    < distributor > BEFORE < / dispatcher >
    < distributor > APPLICATION < / dispatcher >
    < / filter-mapping >

    doFilter method in UrlFilter.java:
    ' Public Sub doFilter (ServletRequest request, ServletResponse response,)
    FilterChain chain) throws IOException, ServletException {}
    System.out.println ("\n***Method:" + ((HttpServletRequest) request) .getMethod ());
    chain.doFilter (request, response);
    }

    Thank you
    Brad

    Amir/Brad,

    Actually I was thinking about the possibility of using the referer in a servlet filter as well (not had time to test this out). You could very well write a servlet filter that would seek a GET request with no referer and redirection to a homepage. You may also need to be aware of GET requests model too. Another possibility would be (in your filter) to redirect the GET requests for one of your JSP resources (x) specific with the exception of the 'home page' one - you might even make it resilient against changes in your application by reading the flow of task unrelated to determine all of the 'safe' resources (which would allow GET requests) and those not safe (where you would redirect). If a GET request came across for a servlet filter resource which not was not in the unlimited workflow (as would be the case for a model), you would spend right through.

    Alex,

    There will be no default URL that allows you to view the downloaded images. You will need to do something yourself to make the image visible via a URL; some suggestions would be:

    (1) on the Web/Application Server, create a virtual directory to d:/uploads/logo map
    (2) write your own servlet that can (according to certain parameters you offers in the URL) read the file from the image of the directory and the return flow to the browser

  • Site ads continue to use the proxy settings and I get the message "Authentication required" time and time again. I have stop advertisements to use my proxy settings?

    I have put my school proxy settings and use them very often. On some Web sites, ads continue to use these proxy settings (probably to show me ads based on my preferences or I don't know), and I get the message "Authentication required" time and time again before the end of the loading page. It's annoying because if I have several tabs open and am currently on another page while loading the website with the ads, I'm brought back to this page to authenticate. Can I get asked 3 times to authenticate while this page loads, and it takes forever to load because of this. I don't want to disable my proxy settings because I use it very often. I tried to uncheck the "Accept cookies from Web sites" and nothing happens, it's always the same. I want these ads to stop going through my proxy settings. How do I do that?

    Hello

    You can try the add-on Adblock Plus . In addition to subscriptions, you can manually add URL patterns or click on an ad to add a filter.

    now when I create my tag like this:

    Normal link as "http://google.com" works as expected, but I want to catch the custom url patterns and manage them myself.

    THX.

    Do not specify a names argument SIGNAL() and SLOT(), there should be some types only.

    Also specify types of full qualified submissions (with namespaces).

    I suggest copy - paste signal Cascades headers definitions then remove the argument names.

  • VRU default values

    Hello

    Now I have to set the microapp individually by running 5-6 knots SET in each script. I would like to get rid of these if possible.

    Does anyone know how it supposed to work?

    I use ICM 7.1 and CVP 3.1. (type 5 and type 7 VRUS)

    Attila,

    Unfortunately the parameters of VRU node, and the node of the piece, the node to get data and other nodes VRUS, are not suppored in PVC or IPIVR. As Geoff mentioned, you must use a series of nodes SET near the top of your script, as described in the guides of config and admin CVP.

    If I remember correctly the roles you define in jazn are not automatically migrated to JCS, so even if you can use them to test locally the role should still be defined explicitly in JCS. (Even if it's been a while since I looked in them, so maybe things have changed since then). In my example I used Enterprise role which is defined both in in jazn (for local testing) and through the JCS UI. The reason for the change of class, it's this business role you created into JCS uses this class.

    Hello

    I just quickly tested on WebLogic Mac 12.1.3 and it seems to work perfectly well. I used the demo attached here:

    Can you please try with the above to see if it works.

    NOTE: there are two 'static' in your PATH with the setting above are your JSP taking care of this?

    If not then I guess you should use the as follows: (without 'static') else WebLogic will search in the "C:/gocnrsdpgdc/htdocs/static/static/content/html/test.html '

    C:\htdocs\gocnrsdpgdc

    If you do not want to change the as above, then try using the URL as http://localhost:7001/inet-inet/gocnr-sdpgdc/10/content/html/test.html ("static" is removed from the URL as it is already included in the)
