USB is tight!

Everyone thinks that a little too tight their Moto X PE supercharger fits USB cable? I'm afraid that this will cause the port damaged in the future...

Yes, better than loose. The end of the cable is designed to wear over time, so it loosens naturally. Motorola has a tendency to design robust enough USB ports. My 2013 x port is still in good condition. Can't say the same about LGs and Samsungs, although there could be abuse of the user also.

    Hello

I received my A200GE - 26Q Satellite Pro yesterday (yay!) and I was testing every bit of last night. The USB ports are extremely tight. I almost have the USB in the force and pull VERY hard to get it out. What develops these damage the ports/usb?

Also, is there anything we can do about it? I don't think that Toshiba will change that because they work and therefore are not eligible to be fixed under the warranty.

My DVD player is also quite noisy. Is this normal?

Don t think that can damage anything, but if you connect or disconnect something and then be careful don't use force.

The CD/DVD drive is always a bit harder while working.
I guess that there s nothing unusual.

  • Ports usb 3.0 HP M6-1045dx for right side do not work

I just changed the motherboard and the hard disk cable in my m6-1045dx and it seems to work without accident for now.

Now, I can not USB 3.0 ports right to work. I plug anything on them and they don't work at all.

Here's what I've tried so far:

I tried to uninstall the drivers and reboot. The laptop and reinstalled the drivers but they did not

I tried to install a driver wifi intel and who did not

I tried to install the usb 3.0 intel chipset driver and who did not

Help, please. I don't know where else to go. Thanks in advance

    Here's what I did.

    I took out the battery.

I removed the large bottom panel.

I removed the small panel for the wireless card see if I could see the two screws that connect the usb 3.0 ports and fortunately I did.

I have check the tightness and the screws were really tight.

I decided to unscrew the two screws and lifted the backend of the usb 3.0 a little Board. I then sprayed some CRC QD electronic filter on the contact areas.

I put the two screws back in and tightened their top as much as possible without stripping or breaking the jury.

I put the panels back on and put the battery back in.

He started upward and to my surprise, the USB 3.0 ports worked perfectly.

Until the problem of USB 3.0 port, the motherboard has been changed then maybe contacts to be cleaned. That's my guess.

Pepe999, thanks for the replies. I appreciate it.

  • Via a USB port with a network printer

    Hi all

I have a peculiar problem.  My company has Win7 and locked our laptops.  Can I install USB printers but not network printers.

I have a LJ 425 MFD dn, who worked as a champion for the last couple on my network ofyears domestic.

What I want to know is, if I can now connect to the rear USB port and also use it to print?  The machine will do both?  If this is not the case, can I connect to print, and then sign out and let him return to the networking features or do I have to restore it on the network every time I'm doing this (fixed IP).

    Thanks for any help.

    Jim

This will depend on how tightly locked down your business is portable.

To tell you the truth, you should check with your company system admins to see if what you want to do is possible before searching and mucking with equipment of the company.   We recommend that you violate your company computer policy just for the convenience of printing at home.  If its for work, then it can wait until you're on the job to print.  If you have a reason to print at home, then your company should be responsible to provide you with a printing solution that is approved.

Thing to know is the software that is installed by default by HP.  If your newly guarded work computer running inventory on the applications that are installed you could be marked for a software not authorized by your IT Department.  The only pilot facilities are a little safer, but you will have to rely on 3rd party applications provided by your company in order to avoid stepping on the toes of scanning.

You say you can install USB printers so we will assume that you are willing to take the risk and the computer is allowed to add printers custom.  You'd have to do is to download and install the drivers/full software solution for your operating system and personal printer.  Locate the drivers and the download page for your printer from here: http://support.printers.com. Once the files on the computer, and then run the installation and perform a normal USB installation according to the steps in the installation wizard.

A printer can be the USB connection or network connected at the same time.  If there are job never contradictory in the queue of the printer will just print them on a first come, first served.  There should be no need to unplug the printer from the network to print via USB after correct installation.

    Hope that answers your questions.

  • Digital and analog inputs simultaneously - NI USB-6009 and NI USB-6212 - ANSI C

    Hello

I'm reading at all times and at the same time analog and digital inputs. Digital and analog samples must be sampled at the same clock and acquisition should be started (triggered?) at the same time (I don't want, after some time, analog reception more digital samples - the opposite is also true).

I found an example (in C source code) "National Instruments\NI-DAQ\Examples\DAQmx ANSI C\Synchronization\Multi-Function\ContAI-Read dig Chan" and tried to run with two USB cards: NI USB-6009 and NI USB-6212. Unfortunately, the two results by mistake, as described below:

DAQmx error: the requested value is not supported for this property value.
    Property: DAQmx_SampTimingType
    You asked: DAQmx_Val_SampClk
    You can select: DAQmx_Val_OnDemand

    Task name: _unnamedTask<1>

    State code:-200077
End of the program, press the Enter key to exit

-Is it possible sync analog and digital acquisition in the paintings?

    -If so, how?

    Thank you

    Hello tcbusatta,

Two of these modules, USB = 6008 and USB-6212, support only timed software inputs and digital outputs.  This means that you cannot define material timing (like finished sampling or continuous) for these modules.  Digital lines can be retrieved or written once to each call DAQmx read.

This means that you will not be able to get any type of synchronization tight between the analogue and digital channels.  You will need a Board such as the NI USB-6341 in order to synchronize the AI and DI closely.

  • Hard USB unplug

    Hey guys,.

I bought V570 model 2 days and I was wondering if its normal I really have a hard time to remove any peripheral USB on it, as really having a hard time, I basically have to hold tight the laptop and force out usb (especially my external hard drive).

It is really easy to plug in the USB, but for disposal it does not feel just the way I have to force it out.

    Any idea on this?

    Thanks in advance,

  • Question of GPIB-USB-HS

Hello everyone, I have 5 machines hooked: set of 2 meters, which connect to a power supply that goes to a function generator and led to a thermostream which then my GPIB-USB-HS is used to hang my computer. I am running an executable file from a previous VI, I tested on the computer that has the original VI. I have the correct runtime downloaded, and I can open the VI. There isn't an arrow broken for the execution button, but when I run it, it immediately stops running as if the VI running, but nothing happens. No errors or messages. It's as if nothing does not communicate. So my first instinct was to control the GPIB. They are all tight, and I checked to see if maybe the instruments were not recognized by the GPIB-USB-HS, but MAX watch I have all 5 connected instruments when I 'Search tools'. On the GPIB-USB-HS, there are a light yellow/orange on the loan and nothing on the assets. The GPIB correspond all too much, and the address for the GPIB-USB-HS is set to 0.

    Thank you.

You can create the exe with active debugging and place probes to determine what is and what is not running.

Also, you don't mention if you have installed the runtime of NI-VISA.

  • Get files from the Image of the T3i via USB

I am currently using an old EOS Digital Rebel with a 18-55mm lens, which I use for photography of product (to the site).  The company is more and more so I take lots of photos, and it's getting heavy to keep the withdrawal of the CF card and load into the PC.  I want to move to a configuration that does not need a card to move between the camera and the PC - or anything with a USB port or wireless.  Any who can verify that the T3i works the way I think - I'll run a USB cable from the camera to the PC and I can get the pictures from your camera easily, such as access to a hard drive?  Or I'm wrong about this?  I need a USB cable which is 10' long or so, that too, I think not is a problem, but it would be good to hear that someone else is using it in this way and it works.

I'm also looking for a recommendation of the lens, as I'll probably buy the body only instead of getting another 18-55 mm.  I would like something with a little more possibility of zoom (to get a little tighter), and it would be good to have a macro capability.  Any suggestions on a Canon lens?

Last question - I would like to have a bigger screen connected to the camera, to get a bigger view of what I'm shooting or just being shot while still in the camera.  I can do it with a T3i?

    Thank you

A T3i will do anything you ask.  BTW, it does not use a CF card; It uses SD cards.

It will ship with a short USB cable but you can get "powered" USB cable 75 feet long or more.

You can attach the T3i a laptop with Lightroom.

Best buy in a Canon lens is EF 24-105mm f4 L.  No lens will Excel in all possible situations. Thus, the beauty of a DSLR like you can taylor the lens to use. But it will come very close.

    After the foregoing:

References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.

Step 1: Please make all underneath the same if you have done some before as is often
the set of operations that solves the problem.

Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double click on the device.
The driver tab - click on update drivers (this will probably do nothing) - then do a RIGHT CLICK
the reader - UNINSTALL - REBOOT this will refresh the default driver stack. Even
If the drive appears not to continue below.

Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, might

Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then check
in both ends of the cables. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For portable computers, you can
Often, clean power and contacts data with a pencil eraser.

Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the system
Designer and manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

    ===============================

Step 2: You have disc problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case
(Read burn CD & DVD and CD and DVD). So it is not unusual for 1 or 2 pieces
No function while others do so properly.

Did you follow the Troubleshooting Guide for the reader who still does not work? He

Here are the keys in my opinion, are those in question - for the CD/DVD drive - sub
the key of course because there will be other subkeys in these keys. Do not forget to ask specific
involved as well as the settings key.

  • Any update yet to USB sticks being not recognized?

I searched for help and found similar problems have yet to see any real solution.  Seems that many face the same problem with key USB cannot be recognized on Windows 7

Is there any solution yet?  I'm not computer whizzkid so if there is a REAL difficulty (not something dubious Regedit that sounded like he screwed up computers everybodys!) please let me know how to do - it is so frustrating!

    See you soon

    Hello

Have you checked the player on other computers running Windows 7, Vista or XP?

Be sure to check forums and with Support of the manufacturer of the Drive, their documentation online.

It is SanDisk however, these methods can help with other brands of USB keys.

Cruzer not recognized by the PC
    http://KB.SanDisk.com/app/answers/detail/A_ID/10/kW/Cruzer/r_id/101834

    ===========================================================

Check with manufacturer's support the system, their drivers and documentation online and ask for their
Forums (if any) for known issues. Search for updates of BIOS, chipset of low-level drivers and others
USB drivers on the site of the manufacturer of the system (motherboard for systems custom built manufacturer).

If a PC remove ALL power and reinstallation of the cards, memory and cables (at both ends where possible)
-in fact, remove and replace - do not just tight. Remove the dust bunnies and make sure that the ventilation openings
are clear. For a laptop on everything that can be done is to reinstall the memory and clear the vents.

If nothing works and it's a PC, you can disable the onboard USB and use a USB add-in card
is not expensive. Of course for a PC or laptop using a real computer store (one who does in)
Home service) or system manufacturer support can be requested.

  • Mobile gamepad XBOX 360 not recognized when connected to a Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium computer USB ports

Very well - so a few days ago (Saturday ~ 2) (25. 2012) I connected to my XBOX 360 (Wired) controller on my Toshiba Satellite L655 computer laptop with Windows 7 ~ Home Premium 64-Bit. To my surprise, a Notification bubble popped up from the taskbar, saying that the "unrecognized USB device. It has malfunctioned. "

Naturally, I took, waited a few seconds, and then reconnect the USB key. The same message has popped up. Now, I was angry. Repeatedly, I took and reconnected it all a few seconds until that FINALLY the 4 green lights around the button Guide everything illuminated and then back except the one on the upper left, which was the way it should have been.
I went to the control panel and clicked on the 360 controller to see if he had any input. Nope.
I pulled out once more, has waited a while and plugged in. No, lucky. The same thing happened again. The Notification bubble came, all 4 green lights on and then all four of them died. I don't know what happened.
When I plugged the controller to the laptop the FIRST FULL TIME, he installed all necessary drivers in less than a minute and I was on my way. Every time after that, I have taken the controller into the USB Port and began to play. Now all the time, that is to say that it cannot recognize the controller?
I've tried everything, even a system restore. Nothing did. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for a few minutes, there was an entry of the controller, then he went just blank.
I need this controller in order to play my racing games, seeing the keyboard control just aren't the best. I don't know what the problem is, but I wish I had a solution A.S.A.P. Please, Microsoft, please. Help me!

I had the same problem, cannot find a solution that worked everywhere, including Microsoft support forums.

About to give up, I remembered the old cure NDA, shaped, "why not?"  I've tried everything else. "So I've disconnected everything on the gamepad, blew in every connection and reconnected everything, by ensuring that the connections were tight.

It has worked perfectly since then.
